These folks should not be the first people travelers or Chicagoland residents encounter when passing through the airport. They have a complete disdain for all those that pass by their domain. They are rude, incompetent and darn right awful human beings. The city can and should do better.

We live in area of the city that has more police cars than most but every time we call 911 over a serious issue we get audited by the 911 staff to see if our calls meet the requirements needed to get a peace officer to show up. In some cases we have police that show up as Judge and Jury which doesn't make sense as their titles indicates they are peace officers and that is usually the outcome someone who is calling is after. For example my neighbor was robbed at gunpoint in front of her house, when she called 911 they told her to come to the office, how is that possible? I feel the same way, we need protection and competency in our ward and neighborhoods and everytime we deal with 911, they treat it as if we were calling 311, how is anyone ever supposed to take this department seriously if they don't take our calls as such. I am writing this in hopes that changes for the better happen and not retaliation on the fact I writing this today. Where I grew up 911 was a serious call to make, here in the city of Chicago, you're lucky to get past the gatekeepers of 911. All we want is peace and respect which is what most officers expect when you come in contact with them.

I'm an uber driver. I was communicating with a passenger at Ohare trying to direct them to my car while in a loading zone. A gestapo like agent, badge no. T374, was yelling at me thru my car window disrupting my communication with the passenger telling me to move forward. I'm not aware of any rule that states we have to move forward while in the loading zone, the passenger was behind me. I'm thinking about making a formal complaint.

These are the people who dreamed all their life of being ACTUAL police officers, and then fell short because they think just because they have a pen and paper they can write you a ticket. Heads up, OEMC, you're not REAL police. You're not real ANYTHING, and you sure af don't get paid enough to jump in front of my car to stop me to give me a ticket.
