Another incredible experience at Bellevue Kawasaki. Friendliest staff on the West Coast, and the family atmosphere of such a shop is unparalleled. I went in with multiple bikes in mind (Ninja, W800, or Vulcan) and was able to definitively decide on the model I wanted with no hassle, pressure, or feeling of taking too much time. Can not stress how great of a dealership this is, and can t wait for my next purchase from Brett and the team!

Amazing sales team! They helped me order the exact bike I wanted. It took less than a week for them to get it in and assembled. I really appreciated how nice and relaxed the whole experience was. At no point did any of the staff try to up sell me. Which is amazing! They helped explain all the financing options in easy to understand terms. They also have free cold beverages for you while you shop and an adorable dog. The staff kept me well informed during the whole process. I highly recommend this shop. They will answer all your questions and help you find the accessories you re looking for. This location even does service. I worked with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Really took care of me and truly honest to their customers will be returning for all my maintenance. These mechanics are really excellent at quickly identifying underlying issues and fixing them at the most affordable parts costs possible.

this doesnt make them cheap. unfortunately, mv agusta parts and service are expensive but there is noone better than these guys. so... you pay a bit more but it IS a value.

Great people. They fixed my motorcycle fuel cap lock, I had almost given up on that because everyone was saying have drill out the lock. Plus after a week of getting home remedies and peoples similar post on the net, I wish I went there first off. Best part he only changed me the same amount as a single persons dinner at olive garden

Thank you Cole for helping me pick out a new Arai helmet and Alpinestar boots!! The helmet was a great price, unique style, and a major upgrade from what I previously had. I appreciate you helping me order the perfect size boots too - they fit great. Thanks for the great customer service!

Great dealership, friendly staff, their service department is great but fairly expensive. But I'd buy a bike from them in a heart beat, they'll hang out with you and talk about the bikes and let you test ride them.

A while back had the valve cover gasket replaced. When I got it back they had removed my block off plates and kleen air mod and reset the ECU to factory. Set it all to stock....so I lost my tune... when I asked them about that. They just denied it.

Just got a Kawasaki recently here (this week) and I want to say this was the best experience I've had while buying! They made the transaction super simple, they had a positive attitude with the work flow and how they approached things. And you can actually ask questions and get answers, without getting a run around. I want to thank Brett and Krystal for the help! I will be coming back here to do my business!

Im new to kawasaki bikes. Ive been there twice now, and normally i despise going into dealerships but i had an overwhelmingly positive experience both times. Parts are reasonably priced(a bit higher than internet prices from amazon, rezvilla. Etc) but readily available. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, and Brent was very helpful in answering some of my (probably dumb) questions about proper maintaince schedules and repairs.

The place is great. Been there multiple times for all of my bikes and gear needs. Great customer service. Read through some other reviews on here and was dismayed at some of them. Can't try the place for just 5 seconds. People are great. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. Give it another try. They really help you buy the right stuff for your bike and give great suggestions when you aren't really sure. Sells team is great and they price match so that's a great bonus. A little small and tight but they got just about everything you will need for your bike. Love the place and people and will continue going back.

Very helpful and nice staff. They even helped load the bike that I went to pick up for my friend. They gave my friend the part number for the spark arrestor so he will be legal to ride in the hills.

Always have great experience here Brett sold me my 1st bike some years ago, til this day I can walk on he knows me by name... that matters a lot and speaks about their relationship with buyers. This is the place I recommend people go if they are in the market for a new or used bike. Great place to purchase

Brett and staff did a great job assisting in my purchase of a 2018 KLR650. Matched the price of a sale at Auburn dealer and provided great after sale support. I haven't had to buy many parts or get service yet, but I certainly wouldn't be looking to buy a bike and not give these guys a shot at the business.

I have been there twice. First time was during the week day when the store was empty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The 2nd time was during the weekend when when the store was pack with customers. Their employee were extremely rude and impatient. Very unprofessional.

Always feel welcomed whenever I go here. Friendly and knowledable staff. I m new to riding and they never made me feel like an adolescent. When I asked for help with a new helmet purchase, they sized me up and had me try a few options and educated me on the different features. They gave me the space to make a discussion with no pressure. Thanks!

Buy from a real Vespa dealer! Their name should have tipped me off.
:) These guys quoted me 2 weeks to get accessories, it's been a month. No call. When I called, they need to call Vespa to get an update on the scratched fender they damaged when I picked up the bike.

I stopped in at a real dealer in Portland and they had everything in stock, knew the product as well. Bummer.

Great deals on used bikes! Between my son and I, we have bought 4 motorcycles here! If you are looking for a no pressure buying experience, you have to try these guys. They have much more than bikes. Scooters, side by sides, gear, and a great service department too!

Terrible customer service, overpriced , very rude unfriendly and Irragant sales staff. They are an individual entity so Kawasaki will not support your complaints that's why they are not BBB certified, STAY AWAY from these guys. Lots of local riders had similar experiences. Just a friendly suggestion to my fellow riders!

My ZRX 1100 ran rough but Brett went to work on it and now it is smoother than silk for an older bike. Brett is a great guy to have work on your bike. He really knows what he is doing. I had another shop in Lake city work on it last year and that was a mistake. Brett corrected the problems they had overlooked. He is a guru!

I bought a used cruiser from them and the dealer stated that he is selling it for a low price and could have sold for twice the money in the next couple of days. I was convinced that I got a good deal and guess what the motorcycle wont start right after I take it out of the shop. He jump started it right away. I should have returned it immediately. Again convinced by his "it's because you are a new rider" logic, I took it home anyway. Finally in 3 weeks, I realized that they sold it with a bad battery and a busted transmission. It broke down 3 times in 3 weeks and I had to get it towed thrice ,jump started, repaired in those 3 weeks.I ended up spending $500 mor eand wanted to sell it back to them [best decision ever].He reduced $100 from the original price saying that I burnt the clutch because of "rider issues". When asked about selling it to me in a bad state, all he could come up with was it was my fault that i did not get it checked by a mechanic when I bought it.

To summarize, bad customer service [attitude & sarcasm] and not honest.

I bought my first bike a couple weeks ago at Bellevue Kawasaki. I had a great experience every time I went in. Casey, Roberta and the whole staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also did a great job following through making sure I had everything I needed. Thanks a bunch!

I brought in my wife's 1973 CB350F with mysterious carb issues. 11 weeks and $800.17 later, I understood the bike was running well, tuned for no airbox (I had not brought the intake boot), and we agreed I would put the boot on at home and re-tune if necessary. The diagnosis was that two carb floats had been absorbing fuel and becoming heavier. When I came to pick the bike up, though, I learned the battery was dead, and the bike was not running well. They said it needed the intake installed and was tuned to accommodate the intake pressure. (Maybe that was miscommunication?) And although the invoice says the bike test rode well, they could barely get it to start and everyone at the shop agreed it was running terribly. They insisted that an engine can't be tuned to run properly without the air box. So I went home and came back with a trailer. They had mercifully installed a used battery, so I installed the intake and tinkered with the air mix. It ran fine after that - at least until it seemed to develop a problem it had before which is, for all I know, unrelated to their work. They had also said they would replace the fuel petcock, but apparently didn't get around to it. They did replace fuel lines, but skipped the hose clamps, so the fuel lines kept coming off. Also, there's rust on the exhaust, rear pegs, and misc. bolts that wasn't there before, so I guess it spent part of the winter uncovered outdoors. Bonus pro tip to BM: If a customer has to come back with a trailer to pick up a bike that "test rode good," don't spend 15 minutes on the phone casually troubleshooting someone else's bike issues while the customer waits to lighten his wallet to close a 11-week old invoice in the middle of his work day.

Great, positive employees made the process if getting my first motorcycle and the proper gear enjoyable. A wholly different experience to going to a car dealership, much more positive and you can actually have a nice interaction even if you aren't dropping thousands with a salesman.

Bought a KLR650 yesterday from Bellevue Kawasaki and it was a great experience!! Brett gave me a great deal and was super helpful/knowledgeable. I basically got the bike I wanted for the price I wanted in the location I wanted (no driving out of town). I would highly recommend this shop for any future MC purchase.

Love the staff, they all race and/or ride and are knowledgeable and helpful on products in the store. Family ran smaller bike shop with a super nice exclusive Italian brand of motorcycle (MV Agusta). They are super competitive on prices as well just ask ! I ordered some stuff there for my dirt bike and I got a great deal and fast shipping ! Highly suggest swinging in !

I recently purchased a pre-owned Yamaha from Bellevue Motorsports. Having worked in the Powersports industry most of my life I'm picky about the dealerships I will do business with and the team at Bellevue Motorsports delivered for me. I worked directly with the sales manager Brett Hicks and he made my long distance transaction easy and confidence inspiring. I feel the price I was offered was very fair without excessive back-and-forth haggling and Brett was happy to accommodate my concerns buying a bike sight-unseen at a distance. Highly recommended.

This is a small family owned dealership that always does there best to go the extra mile. In this corporate world it is nice to see the small family owned business survive. They will always be fair and do there best to satify the customers coming through the door.

I have bought many many bikes from Bellevue Kawasaki, and I am sure that I will buy many more. Great family owned and run business when it seems that those are harder and harder to find. Great location and they are always happy to have folks stop in. With MV Agusta and now Buell in the line up as well, there are some great options. These folks ride and race both road and off-road. That gives them the knowledge and experience that I like, and I think you will too.

This is an outstanding dealership. I bought my new bike here one year ago. After shopping around they by far had the best price and sales experience of any area dealer. I've used the parts and service departments regularly. Today I stopped by for non scheduled impromptu service help. Was again treated like a champ. Can't say enough good about Bellevue Motorsports, Mike, Marshall and Brett. 5 Stars.

Great place to buy a bike! Had to travel a bit to find someone with the new 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX on the floor so I can get hands and butt on it. Brett was very cool, held the bike while I put both feet on pegs and said just give him a days notice and he'll prep the bike for a test ride (only on the floor for a few days before I came by). Despite his 10% sales tax disadvantage, he matched the best deal I could get north and offered discount on accessories, so I was happy to come back later and purchase from him. Mike was very helpful getting me properly strapped in by introducing me to a Canyon Dancer Bar Harness, what a great device for keeping clear of your plastics. Great bike and a great place to buy from!

I think their 3 star rating is a bit high! I came into the store with high hopes and at first glance, I thought this store deserved 4-5 stars but after working with them for a bit, I now see why a 1-2 star rating is more appropriate. When I stopped by the first time, I had an issue with my license plate holder. Got an aftermarket replacement part in my hand on my first stop at their store...however, got home to install said "replacement" part and it did not fit. I had to take my bike back to the store a few days later and they had to modify the aftermarket bracket to fit. SECOND time I chose to stop by the store, I needed an oil filter and since they had them in stock, I decided to buy 2. No problems with this transaction however, while I was there I decided to look into saddle bags; I have a Kawasaki bike and wanted to see if they had anything that would fit my bike. Sales rep said, "YES, THIS SET OF SADDLE BAGS WILL FIT ONTO YOUR BIKE AND ALL YOU NEED IS THE 'UNIVERSAL' BRACKET." So I made the custom order purchase thinking that the bags would look great in my bike. Sales rep then tells me it will be a week max before they get them into the store. Well, a week passes, and I get a call stating that the parts are on back order and that I would need to order a different bracket; so I go along and agree to a different bracket. The second week passes, and I get a call that my parts are in and all I need to do is stop by to have them fitted...I though to myself hmmmm, why would i need them fitted if they already fit my bike?? and this is where it gets interesting. So the day they called me, I drove over to discuss this "fit check." This is now my THIRD stop into the BELLEVUE KAWASAKI dealership and I had the impression that I would be getting my saddle bags installed on my bike. Well, come to find out once I got to the store, the saddle bags DID NOT fit and my bike would need some custom brackets and the turn signals moved to a new location in order for me to use these BRAND NEW FITTED saddle bags. So I ask the sales rep...why is this? why did you sell me something that will not fit my motorcycle? He goes on to state that they are just standard saddle bags and that they are not specifically made for my bike...GREAT!?!?!?! Now I have saddle bags that do not fit my motorcycle and after a long discussion with the mechanic and the sales rep, we came to terms on how I could get the saddle bags installed which of course involved me, THE BUYER, spending even more money for the shop to fabricate brackets and move the turn signals (lets just say it cost more to do this than for the saddle bags alone). And so, we agreed to terms where I would bring the bike in one more time the following week (three weeks after the initial order) in which I would be given a LOANER bike to go back to work and any errands I would be doing for the 4 hours they would have my bike (mainly lunch). Yes, being given a loaner is NOT normal, but since I was having issues with the order and install of the saddle bags, they made an exception....at least I thought they would...Finally, the 4th and LAST TIME I EVER STEP FOOT into Bellevue Kawasaki! So, after coming to agreement on the terms at which I would be leaving my bike with Bellevue Kawasaki, I returned to the store to get my saddle bags installed only to be told that they would not provide me with a loaner bike and that I would have to find other means of transportation because they do not give out loaner bikes for shop work...WHAT A JOKE!!! Instead, they want me to drive all the way out here on a Saturday, so that I can sit, wait, and PAY for them to fix something they sold me as "fitting" on my bike via "a few loose screws." I told them if they cannot hold up their end of the bargain then why hold up mine and to cancel my order in which they replied, "...THIS WAS A CUSTOM ORDERED PART IN WHICH WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS." I then replied, "...well, my credit card will handle the refund and you just lost a customer..." Make the RIGHT CHOICE, go somewhere else!

I took my Yamaha V-Star in for maintenance and the service staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I stayed around while they fixed the bike and I completely enjoyed myself talking to their staff and learning about the work they were performing. I also test rode their Volcan X with a girlfriend, and the entire experience was professional yet casual and comfortable at the same time. I highly recommend checking out their shop! They are having sales right now as it is Kawasaki's 50th year anniversary, so go check it out!

Would not suggest going here. I took my wheel off my bike and took it in to get a tire mounted on it. Usally this costs no more than $20. I paid $47 to have a tire mounted. Charged some ridiculous fees, including tire disposal fee, when I told them I wanted my old tire back. Not only did they get rid of my tire I asked to have back, they charged me for it. Bad customer service as well.

Horrible customer service. Aggressive salesman. When our transaction went south because they didn't want to show the approval rates from the financial institution. I refused to leave until my personal papers are returned to me. I personally had to call the police on the sales person because he aggressively pushed me and my 2 year old daughter while I was sitting on a chair waiting for my personal papers to be returned. He threatened to put my daughter down so he can punch me. Physical aggression, especially while holding a baby, is criminal. Don't buy anything here.

Extremely unfriendly employees, including the manager. They did not even let me park at their own parking lot, for some reason claiming that I was trying to cut through the traffic. The employee blatantly placed his own bike in front of my moving car, forcing me to go backwards all the way to the exit from the plaza. When I complained to the manager, he supported his employee - the manager did not reprimand the employee, and did not apologize to me.

My husband and I came in to look at purchasing my first dirt bike from here. Brett was very helpful and clear about the out the door all inclusive price we would pay for my dirt bike since not all places detail out the taxes and fees associated. When we went to go purchase it, it was a very painless process. When we went to pick it up the dirt bike, the gentleman who helped give me an introduction to how the dirt bike works was very understanding that I didn't really have any prior knowledge and thoroughly explained everything to me. Because of these two good experiences, we returned to have our 10 hour check for both my dirt bike and my husbands dirt bike (purchased elsewhere). Would definitely recommend Bellevue Kawasaki for anyone looking to purchase a dirt bike from a manufacturer they carry.

I hate writing bad reviews which is why this is my first. I was reluctant to use Bellevue kawasaki due to a bad experience years ago but I had a flat tire and they are close to my home. I called them and asked if I could drop off the bike while the tire was ordered. They were okay and said the bike would be ready the following week. The following week I got a call letting me know that the tire was never ordered because of an error in their new system. I was annoyed but okay with it . The following week when I picked up the bike I noticed they had rode it 6 miles and were only doing a tire install. They apologized and said they normally ride it a couple of blocks to test it. Ive owned this bike for 21 years and would expect a company to respect my bike the same way they would want theirs respected. Next time I will ride or have the bike towed to Lynnwood motoplex where I have my service done in the past.

Good and friendly place to shop for motorcycles. I recently purchased 4th motorcycle from them and always the same performance. Brett knows the customer and what they may need. You get a full and professional service from them.

Brett, Lucky the dog, and the whole crew at Bellevue Motorsports made purchasing my new Vespa so easy and fun! The process was quick, and Brett went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, and saved us some money! We drove all the way to Bellevue from Tacoma just to work with them because they literally are the best! If you are in the market for a Vespa, motorcycle etc. Bellevue Motorsports is your place.

I have been with Bellevue Kawasaki for over 4 years now, and continue to keep coming back for their service.
Having purchased multiple bikes from them, it's evident that they take pride in their work and work to manage and maintain
a community feel with their customers. It's easy to say that a bike can be purchased from any locations - however, what it truly comes down to,
as with any business, is the customer service. Bellevue Kawasaki's customer service is not only sincere but they take the time to talk with you,
and work with you through your problems and needs. And that's just on the showroom.
Going back into the service shop, Brent is possibly the best mechanic you could have ever have the opportunity to help you.
I've gone in multiple times quite upset that I had an unexpected maintenance issue I needed taken care of, and each time
not only is it done in a quick and timely manner - but I leave smiling and happy knowing I'll be taken care of (and he has a good sense of humor.)

My experiences with Bellevue Kawasaki is one that I would gladly put my 2 cents in and give not only a high review, but also recommend to all
other riders, and especially first time riders looking for their first bike.
Having bought my first bike here also, Bellevue Kawasaki will gladly help you out, and without pressuring you like most dealerships, will be ready to
help you if and when you're ready for the next step up.
