Really excellent. They moved everything in, put most things together with only one or two small hiccups, did not try to conceal any damage but communicated it early on and thought through solutions.
They were here the whole day. The office was great, helped me through the 90 different customs forms and made sure everything was updated and on time. Highly recommend!
Avoid them unless you are ok with waiting half an year!!! We moved from EU to US in April, it's 5th month and no sign of our shipment even leaving Netherlands!!! Most frustrating customer service with a team that does nothing, breaks all delivery times and hides behind small letters in agreement.
I should have put my stuff on a raft and kicked it across the Atlantic. I would have the same odds of getting it back to the States.
For the amount of money they charge, they don't seems to know much about shipping time, when/if your stuff is actually in transit, customs processes, and general logistics of your stuff being shipped. I imagine literally anyone would be better.
This company was contracted by my relocation coordinators. They showed up within the time range they said they would. They were very friendly and professional throughout their shift. It was amazing how fast they were able to pack my 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment. Everything was packed well and they were in and out within the estimated duration. Couldn't have asked for more for my first professional pack and move experience!
This was my 1st international move in about 8 years, but KHZ movers were prompt, exactly on time as to when they said they would arrive, and to my surprise there was ZERO damage to my goods. With a move from the U.S. to NL, I wasn't expecting it, especially since I've had damage using local movers and only within the same city. But, the moving employees were great and the company was extremely flexible since I had to wait a few more days than expected because of a move-in date change.
I would definitely use them again and I appreciate all of your help!

This company was given to me as the arrival partner for my international move, they have been unhelpful, in no way understanding of the pressures of moving internationally and seem to have taken some sort of pleasure in holding my delivery to ransom when i have just asked fro a little understanding when it comes to unexpected costs incurred through no fault of my own.
The men that came to pack the household goods did their jobs correctly. The office coordinators are missing in action. Over two weeks and they have not returned my messages. I don't even know if my belongings have even left the country. I could have used PostNL to ship it faster and with tracking.
I moved to Paris last Wednesday. For my company I had to request several quotations. KHZ was by far the fastest! I eventually got in touch with three really nice girls / ladies (Suzy, Debby, Daisy). Were clear and clear in all communication. Just spoke fluently at the level at which you want to have a conversation. Immediately it felt like a warm company where I immediately felt that my things arrived complete and intact. In Paris, the men were right on time. I was about to beg they wouldn't unpack the boxes for me. I wanted to do that at a later date because I had to go back to work. All my things were repacked, very neat. All in all, a great experience. I will move again in two years, so you will definitely see me again!

I have known KHZ Movers for a number of years through my collaboration with my company. What I like about KHZ is that they are always looking for how to get / keep their customers happy. This translates into employee training and the search for customer-friendly, helpful and reliable employees.
KHZ is also regularly inspected by various authorities, and in this way has already obtained various national and international quality marks. In addition to the Netherlands, KHZ is the partner for many foreign removal companies who can carry out all removals exclusively in the Netherlands. And that says something.
Very poor service. A move to the UK resulted in two weeks waiting for the forniture to be delivered. They subcontracted the work to a very cheap local company with no tools whatsoever (box cutters included...).
Avoid them.
KHZ helped us with our recent move. They were great! Efficient, friendly, hard-working. It took less time than expected and I am totally happy with the job their Amsterdam team did at packing, crating, and loading all of our stuff. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing a moving service. They went above and beyond what was expected.
