I think the good reviews are friends and family... I've tried to go there for many years as I have many Kawasaki's

Every time I am reminded of their rude high pressure buy now or get out mentality. The service department has no Idea what service is and treats everyone like they are beneath them. Sad when you're treated like vermin from a parts jocky... Who earns 1/10th what you do but such is life.

I will only go here as a last resort. Their prices are not competitive if you can find the same part anywhere else.

Brett has been the most relaxed and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He calls me to touch base on things I've asked about, things he recommends, and is super helpful with his research.
I pre ordered a Yamaha GP1800R HO and it'll be here in February. I'm already looking forward to it, and more business with Brett going forward.

Honestly the best motorcycle dealership I have ever been to. Brett and Casey made the process of trading in my GSXR 600 for a ZX6R very easy, and were both very polite and fun to be around. They also gave me a great deal on the new bike. I even got some tacos out of it, and who doesn't like tacos? I will be referring all of my friends and future friends to them from now on, and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be doing business again with them in the future.

They have a good variety of motorcycles and gear. The sales guys are low pressure and informative.

I don't own a Kawasaki any more, but bought my first new motorcycle here in 2006. I go here all the time still for parts and gear though! Super friendly staff and they do good work

I bought another amazing Kawasaki from the team at Bellevue Motosports! Don't let the small size of the shop fool you. Shop with confidence. This place has a lot of bikes, prompt, courteous service department, and friendly, honest staff. I am always happy to drop into the shop when I drop off a bike for service. Brett, Mike and Cole are always happy to share the latest news on the bikes and parts in shop.

I am a life customer for sure! I've never felt so taken care of well informed and over all just enjoyed going to the mechanics like I do at this place. Brent and nikko are my favorite but everyone there is so amazing and helpful. Bikes are like children and this is the best daycare in town.

Love this place! Everyone is really helpful, and there is always someone there who can answer any technical questions I have.

Went in to look around and found a couple of their bikes BEAUTIFUL. So I asked to test ride (since others had that day) and was asked by the manager "well how are you gonna pay for it" in a verrrrry condescending manner. Well I could have been a jerk and whipped off, "well I could trade you my $19k Aprilia, or my $17k MV Agusta, or pay cash for it via my checking account". But rather than stoop to his pond scum level, I walked out with my checking account full and RSV4 purring. I happily took my business elsewhere.

I wouldn't even buy a screw from these people.
