Buy from a real Vespa dealer! Their name should have tipped me off.
:) These guys quoted me 2 weeks to get accessories, it's been a month. No call. When I called, they need to call Vespa to get an update on the scratched fender they damaged when I picked up the bike.

I stopped in at a real dealer in Portland and they had everything in stock, knew the product as well. Bummer.
