This is by far the best day spa in Delray Beach! I got their green tea pedicure and shellac manicure and I am in heaven. My nails look amazing and I would recommend the green tea pedicure to anyone who walks through that spa door! It was so relaxing and the fragrance of the lotion and scrub smells sooooo good! 3 minutes late for appointment and call to say will be delayed and the receptionist says well the estitisian stayed to wait and we are going to charge you. Not my first time at salon and they were cutting trees down at the top of the street which caused the delay. Keep the money I won't be back. Bad service doesn't get repeat business.

I visited this salon with my friend on the 6/4/2016 for eyebrow shaping and a polish change. We did our research on salons that offered eyebrow contouring to make sure we found a place that could give us exactly what we were looking for. I will say that the salon was very cute and the staff was friendly but that is about it. They were very disorganized, they confused our appointments and services with someone else and were trying to figure out what person was going to do what.The website stated that the professional would measure and shape our eyebrows in accordance with our facial features. All I can say is it took a total of 10 minutes and I paid $30 for a service I could have had done at any other salon for $15 or less. On top of that the lady that did my polish change seemed to not have a clue of what she was doing , she said there was not much she could do if I didn't get a full pedicure, to my understanding if your going to charge someone $20 for a polish change the least you could do is file a jagged toenail. I have read the reviews and have not found a negative review so leads me to believe that my visit was a fluke or they delete the bad reviews.

The owner Nancy, just won Business Person of the Year from the Delray Chamber of Commerce and we could see why from our visit. I will recco to all my snowbird friends.

I have had 3 different massage therapists at this particular spa. The staff is quite friendly and welcome you with a nice drink to start. The rooms are quiet, dim lit, and the music is very relaxing. Regardless of which therapist I had, the experience was absolutely amazing. I felt like it went on forever and the heat pads were a perfect touch. I will be back again and again, count on that. I got my eyebrows waxed here. I really liked how clean the place was and how friendly the people were. The technician (Maryliz by the way, would totally recommend her!) really took care to ensure everything was right and even with my brows and even answered questions about my brow growth as I have been trying to restore their growth after some loss. I actually called in earlier that day to ask if I would need another brow service they offer that costs more money, but the lady on call told me to just come in for a simple wax and if NEEDED we will do the more expensive service. I was happy they didn't try to upsell me or anything but instead just wanted to make sure I was satisfied without spending to much. Would definitely recommend this place!
I should have looked through their Yelp reviews before making an appointment. Many others have had similar problems with customer service. My daughter and, I had appointments for facials, pedis/mani and, eyebrows. When we walked in the strong fragrance nearly knocked me over. My eyes started tearing, my throat was burning. The lobby smells like a dog grooming shop that sprays perfume instead of putting in a purifier. The owner said they have an ozone purifier but, I know what ozone smells like. This is not it. On the up side, they let me cancel without charging me. My daughter had her services, as I waited outside. Her facial was okay but, the extractions left her with blood spots. In all my years of getting facials, I've never seen that. Her manicure was just okay. They didn't paint, edge to edge of her nail. Her eyebrows looked great. Gotta say, they did a great job with them. What really put me off was their attitudes. Even though they allowed the on the spot cancel, they were sour about it. They even talked to my daughter, who is 14 years old, about it. It made her uncomfortable. When I went into pay and, tip 20%, for her services, the staff was throwing dirty looks and, smirky. The spas should really be aware of what they are putting in the air. And, their staff could put on their happy face, especially for a 14 year old who is having a once in a while treat.
I always love going to Bella Reina. The products are excellent but more importantly, the atmosphere is warm the technicians are friendly, warm and caring.
I've had both a massage and mani/pedi at Bella Reina - I'm really picky, and both were phenomenal! The massage therapist found all my tight spots and worked them out. I felt amazing during and afterwards. As for the mani/pedi, I've become a bit obsessed - they use a vegan, non-toxic polish (no other salon in the area offers that) and not only does it dry quickly, but it lasts for super-long!

The best in the area! The natural nail polish is the most impressive manicure I've ever had---I'm able to keep my manicure in prime state and it lasts for weeks! And it doesn't hurt to take off (like gel polish). This and a Green Tea pedicure (OH WOW! What an experience) are the only services I've gotten so far, but TRUST ME--i'll be back for more! I got a facial with Jaritza first - and she was absolutely incredible. She took the time to give me detailed and professional feedback regarding my skin and skincare routine. The staff is very professional and listens to your concerns and/or preferences. They are also very accommodating when scheduling your appointments, etc. The products used (and for sale) are top quality and will make your skin care easy and productive. I recommend Bella Reina wholeheartedly, so much so that I brought my daughter in law, her mother and the bridesmaids the day before the wedding. I have been coming to Bella Reina for many years. I have traveled all over the world and have never found a place like this. All the products used are a 10+ and staff are professional, extremely knowledgeable and just nice to be around. They really make it a pleasant experience. In addition, I am really particular about the procedures used to clean the stations and the tools used. Each person is presented with absolutely sterilized tools and files. It's amazing and really makes me feel really comfortable about having any service done there. My favorite is the green tea pedicure. Try it...it's a slice of heaven!!!

I contacted Bella Reina Spa on short notice yesterday to get a massage for a headache I was not able to get rid of. They were able to accommodate me yesterday afternoon for both a massage and a facial. The Spa is absolutely beautiful and all of the ladies were so sweet and welcoming. I got a facial from Jess, she was knowledgeable and so willing to share how to help my blemished skin. My facial was relaxing and refreshing and she even gave me product recommendations. This morning I woke up and to my surprise my skin is clear!!! My massage was done by Brandy, it was the most AMAZING massage I have ever had! I have chronic shoulder pain and she used techniques I ve never had done and my shoulders are loving her work! If you need a massage definitely ask for Brandy she is top notch!
Just tried to make an appointment but was hunged up on and call never returned(they took my number down) And I have never heard of anyone requiring your credit card information just to make an appointment before the service was provided. It's unprofessional and unnecessary. just to make an appointment..no thanks! Rude and obviously don't know how to treat customers.

I am in love with this spa. I have had multiple services including reflexology massage, the basic spa facial, the Queen's pedicure and a regular massage. All services were extremely satisfactory and done by a staff that really takes their time with each individual. I travel from Jupiter to use this spa and the hour drive is worth it. Not to be missed....

I have had facials from spas all over the world and nothing compares to the experience I had at Bella Reina Spa. I had a Micro Current Facial and it was out of this world amazing. My esthetician, Israt, was unbelievable. Her massage technique was the perfect combination of hard and light pressure. When massaging the face, Israt explained that she massages away from the fine lines to promote elasticity. It's been a month since I have received the treatment and people are still commenting about how rejuvenated my face looks. Bella Reina Spa is the only place I will go for any facial and would highly recommend it.
I had the most luxurious Pink Queen spa pedicure with Nancy Reagan this past weekend and it's almost 7 days later and my feet and legs still feel so soft and smooth. I've been to Bella Reina several times and every single time the experience gets better. Their level of pampering is like none other. 10 stars!
