I visited this salon with my friend on the 6/4/2016 for eyebrow shaping and a polish change. We did our research on salons that offered eyebrow contouring to make sure we found a place that could give us exactly what we were looking for. I will say that the salon was very cute and the staff was friendly but that is about it. They were very disorganized, they confused our appointments and services with someone else and were trying to figure out what person was going to do what.The website stated that the professional would measure and shape our eyebrows in accordance with our facial features. All I can say is it took a total of 10 minutes and I paid $30 for a service I could have had done at any other salon for $15 or less. On top of that the lady that did my polish change seemed to not have a clue of what she was doing , she said there was not much she could do if I didn't get a full pedicure, to my understanding if your going to charge someone $20 for a polish change the least you could do is file a jagged toenail. I have read the reviews and have not found a negative review so leads me to believe that my visit was a fluke or they delete the bad reviews.
