3 minutes late for appointment and call to say will be delayed and the receptionist says well the estitisian stayed to wait and we are going to charge you. Not my first time at salon and they were cutting trees down at the top of the street which caused the delay. Keep the money I won't be back. Bad service doesn't get repeat business.
