I ve been coming to this salon for years and I truly loved my facials. I m sad to say I will never be returning after my experience this morning.

I was late for my appointment due to being stuck at the doctors and unable to get to my phone. I called as soon as possible and while trying to come to a resolution I kept being interrupted and told I was going to be charged for this appointment.

After all of the money invested and people I ve brought to this place this is how I was treated? Isn t the customer always supposed to come first??

Take your money elsewhere because that s all they care about here.
