The ultimate professionals! Having worked with Bell Cornwall from both a candidate and client perspective I cannot rate the organisation highly enough. They are an organisation who rise above and beyond the " standard recruitment agency". I registered with Bell Cornwall as my only contact in Birmingham. I am 19 and fresh out of school looking for temping work in my year off before going to University. Whilst this was a limiting factor for many other agencies, it was not for Bell Cornwall. They found me employment quickly and consistently during my time with them.

I was always paid on time and any issues regarding pay were sorted out quickly. This was due to the good relationship I had with the Bell Cornwall team, particularly Grace, who was my main contact with the firm throughout my time with them.

Brilliant service from Charlotte at Bell Cornwall. She was always in contact with me about opportunities and feedback on interviews, even temp roles that came in. I really felt they were looking out for my best interests in a role. The good luck card I received when I got a job was a lovely personal touch.

I registered with them then never heard from them again. Not very good at all! Robert Walters were able to get me an interview within a week of registering with them for the same jobs I asked Bell Cornwall to look at for me. So unsure why Robert Walters were able to deliver where Bell Cornwall failed.They seem to have good reviews so maybe I got a newbie who didnt know what they were doing, but regardless, rubbish service would not recommend at all. Use Robert Walters.

When signing up with Bell Cornwall I thought that it was just a way of getting me on there books and that I would probably never hear from them again. (This is from past experience may I add with other agencies)

How wrong can one person be ! Since registering with this company Charlotte and her team are doing all they can to get me employed again.

Several years ago when I moved back to the UK from Canada I met with this agency hoping to secure interviews. After my initial meeting at Bell Cornwall they secured me one interview, the following day, and I was offered the job that same day.

I recently worked with Bell Cornwall on a job search (for myself) and found them to be extremely professional and friendly. I trusted that they understood what I was looking for in a role, and they didn't waste my time. They prepared me well for interview and were always quick with the feedback. I have no hesitation in recommending them to job seekers and HR departments alike.

Heard absolutely nothing from them despite registering weeks ago. There was even a vacancy (was there though..?) that suited hours/location I was looking for and I had relevant experience required. Despite discussing the vacancy with them over the phone before registering, and then chasing with an email after registering, I heard nothing from them. Interview I had on registering too was weak. Asked "where I see myself in 5 years"? Come on....! Avoid and ignore the 4/5 star reviews!

I cannot recommend Bell Cornwall enough for their efficiency, work ethic and friendliness . Within the first two weeks of signing up with Bell Cornwall, I was placed in my current job role, which is so well suited to my requirements/expectations. The first time round I was in contact with Jenny, and she was so helpful and efficient that it was only natural that when it came to moving on from my position, I went back to BC. The company are really efficient, organised and committed, and I couldn't of asked for better support during a recruitment process. My experience with BCR was great! Shannon contacted me about the job on a Monday, I had an interview on the Wednesday and Thursday and was offered the job by the Friday! All members of the team are helpful over the phone and Shannon called me regularly to see how I was getting on, I even got a Good Luck card from them when I left my temporary job.

I applied for a job advert, instead I found something much better! The interview with Jessica was thorough, and she made me feel really comfortable. From day 1 they ve been really patient with me, found me different roles I d be suited to and I m now about to start my job! I have only great words to say about this company having used them twice during my career. First in 2014 where they had me in my first ever office job within a week of signing up with them.
More recently a month ago where after applying for a job through a job board I was contacted the same day by Grace who invited me in for an interview to go over my CV, she went through the whole thing and advised me on a lot of changes that helped me to become a much stronger candidate. Although I have secured a job with a different agency, my CV would not have been even considered had it not been for Grace. Truly professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with! She even congratulated me and wished me luck, which you wouldn t get with a recruiter who is solely after their commission and doesn t care!!

If I ever wish to return to employment in Birmingham I will 100% be getting back in contact with Bellcornwall as I know they have supported me time after time so far!

I have had a great experience with Bell Cornwall! Everyone I had contact with could not have been nicer. Within approximately 2 weeks I had an interview with a great law firm and a few weeks later I was offered a job. They have really great connections with law firms, this helped as previously I could not get through the saturated market of Admin. In particular Aamna and Mike have been there every step of the way with advice and reassurance. I would highly recommend the recruitment agency to anyone is struggling to stand out from the many other applicants and I can honestly say they are an agency that care.

I totally understand that when looking for the right personal for a specific role you need to have the right skills suitable for the role.However i spoke to one of the recruitment consultants who was so rude she didn't even give me time to finish my sentence and she dismissed me.Their customer service is not that great.I am human and have feelings.My problem is why did the recruitment consultant contact me in the first place if you did not want to go ahead with the application.

From the moment of registration with Bell Cornwall through interview and then subsequent job offer, I have found this agency to be extremely professional and efficient.

Every single member of staff had to interview me for some reason. Ran late for them to send the director in and tell me he has nothing for me. Really not sure why they'd waste my time. Would not recommend there's plenty of better places that have employment opportunities and will actually be productive in placement.

Bell Cornwall is the best recruitment agency I have ever worked for and I have worked for numerous recruitment agencies over the years whilst in-between permanent jobs. The consultant's are very professional & polite and nothing is to much trouble. After 18 years of working around employment agencies I can speak through experience. My partner has been in contact with this agency on a number of occasions regarding positions only to find that on every occasion they have not returned the calls after promises to do so. Very unprofessional & I personally find disrespectful. Enquiries about some positions are met with silence as no one knows who is dealing with the position.
