After 18 years of working around employment agencies I can speak through experience. My partner has been in contact with this agency on a number of occasions regarding positions only to find that on every occasion they have not returned the calls after promises to do so. Very unprofessional & I personally find disrespectful. Enquiries about some positions are met with silence as no one knows who is dealing with the position.
