Bell Cornwall got in touch with me via email and personal number. We agreed on me coming in to see them where I was interviewed about my previous work experiences and inquired about what I'm looking for in regards to future employment.
I have to say the team is very professional and keep a close contact throughout the recruitment process. Even on the day of interview with a potential employer I received calls from them asking if I was ready and prepared.

I've recently been supported by Anupa Patel and she's been excellent from initial enquiry through to offer (and beyond!). Anupa has a real warmth about her, incredibly personable yet professional throughout our interactions. Bell Cornwall really set themselves apart from other recruitment agencies, in the fact that they are very diligent in wanting to get the right candidate for their client but equal importance is placed on placing the candidate in the right business for them. Charlotte Bell was also very helpful and requested to meet me before I was scheduled to meet one of their clients - again demonstrating an additional step by Bell Cornwall to ensure that it was right for all concerned. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, a very professional organisation with a personal approach.

They don't listen to candidates needs and put you forward for roles without you agreeing. Not very pro-active in finding roles for people and suggest roles that are lower in wages....

5 star is well and truly needed. Absolutely fantastic. Where do I start? Well it will take me a very long time to write it all.

Jessica is brilliant. Kept me in the loop each step of the way. Put me forward to my dream job and successfully got it the role. I thought I wouldn't have got it to be honest. Without the whole team at bell recruitment I wouldn't have been able to get this.

I sent my CV to Bell Cornwall and very quickly Emily got in touch to chat through what I was looking for in terms of work and also to chat about my current circumstance. She went through everything in so much detail and took onboard exactly what I was after. Emily was so organised and professional, and it was never a bother to get in touch with her. Good honest agency. Understand our requirements and send candidates that fit the bill, rather than trying to squeeze square pegs into round holes. Generally the candidates we have seen are all of a high calibre, so I'm guessing some that apply are rejected at an early stage so as not to waste my time or that of the applicants - I only wish all agencies took this approach.

Happy to recommend Jeremy and his team, although his golf isn't the best!

Post fake jobs. Job specs they post online discriminate claiming you must be a graduate or 10 years plus experience . Avoid avoid avoid!

I am very pleased with my experience with Bell Cornwall; I had an opportunity to meet with Charlotte Bell, she is an inspiration! I read her story before I met her and when I met her I was even more blown away- she listened to my situation, with no judgement, she motivated me to follow my heart, where many other recruiters would "show you the door" she didn't. This company is excellent! I'd been looking for a new job for several months and wasn't having much luck, an interview here an interview there but I wasn't actually landing the jobs afterwards or the pay/hours were inadequate. I met with Jess at Bell Cornwall and told her all of this and she helped me, she gave me several job specs to look over on the Monday we met, by Thursday I had an interview and by Friday I found out that I'd got the Job. I now hold a position in a large international training company with good pay and great hours thanks to Bell Cornwall Recruitment.

It's an Excellent company with excellent staff that work hard and actually consider what you're looking for when trying to find you a job.

I don t know who s been giving these jokers 5-star ratings other than people that have a spotless CV or will work for a pittance. Forget any of your achievements albeit Law Degree, LPC, work in a solicitor s firm etc, it will all be brushed under the rug and their aim is to undermine you as much as possible.

On both job hunts I ve had as a beginner and then as an experienced candidate, their staff have been rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. They have particularly very little knowledge of the legal field and will focus on any negatives about you possible. I ve never had an interview with a real employer as bad as them. British arrogance x 1000. Get a job on your own steam like I did; without them taking a cut.

Really professional yet friendly recruitment company. Grace was my main point of call and she was really helpful in trying to find the ideal job for me.
