I didn't have my documents ready by the time of my appointment but they still took me in and they are very helpful. I forwarded to them the paperworks few days after my appointment and they completed my approval.

They gave me a compassionate discount on my appointment. Waiting for my ID # from the commission took days but this clinic is patient with me and assisted me until I was completely certified. I made some research about medical marijuana and found it really effective for patients where the traditional method of treatment did not work. It helps a lot in pain management with very little side effects compared to those pain meds

I am glad I called them and get educated on how to get my medical card. The lady on the phone explained to me the process in a detailed manner and told me what I need to do and the medical records that I need to bring. They are so helpful. It's a bit tricky to find their location with all those tall buildings though but they are really excellent.

To begin, setting up the appointment was so quick and easy. As soon as I filled out the forms for new patient and it said that someone would call within 3 days of my scheduled appointment - I freaked. Why? Because I scheduled it for the following day. Needless to say... I received a phone call within a couple of hours, if that, to set up my appointment for the following day. AWESOME! So about 15 minutes before my appointment a secretary called me to remind me to sign into Telehealth. Now, that is the ONLY issue I had was Telehealth wouldn t let me see or hear the doctor via smart phone. BUT - Dr. Amy called me once she realized I couldn t log onto Telehealth and was very understanding. She was willing to do the appointment via phone. PERFECT! Now, Dr. Amy was VERY informative and fluent with the laws, facts, uses and what type of medicine to use and for what. She was very specific, kind , helpful and taught me a few things I never knew. All in all, I would definitely recommend Compassionate Care Consultants, LLC to any patient that may be on the hunt for this type of medical doctor.

Made an appointment for 1045. I showed up at 1030. Waited until 1115. Called and left messages, emailed them, no response. So I left. Pretty unprofessional imo.

Their medical team makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. There was a bit of a wait so I suggest you make the appointment sooner. They are kind enough to accommodate me for an appointment even if I called the day before. The nurse practitioner was very accommodating and took her time with me to answer all my questions. The amazing view of their location is a plus! You would not mind waiting on the line while seeing the view.

I set-up an appointment, brought my medical records, met the Dr., got my certification, ordered my card to the commission, got my card. I m glad that at least the certification can be used when I went to the dispensary before I received my medical card. It takes time for the entire process with the commission but it s not complicated. Overall, I am satisfied on how Compassionate Care guided me and helped me to be in the medical marijuana program for my seizure disorder.

My name is Gary. I am a 100% DISABLED VETERAN. I have in this debilitating condition for over 5 gears. I have been given so,so many OPIOIDS for my pain. The side effects are horrible! I a m in CHRONIC PAIN FOR 24 HOURS 7 days per week. I believe in the proper chemistry to help us Wounded Warriors, but these OPIOIDS first take your pain away, then the worst side effects are with you always! Oh! You are now ADDICTED! I don't know who this would sound good to, but it certainly is AWEFUL for me! The VA is good but there hands are tied on what they can give for pain! I tried medical marijuana over a month before I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alex Yazhbin. I took 2-3 l buffs of MARIJUANA and within 2 minutes, I was feeling better fantastic! I was able to eat good again, my body pain was gone, headaches gone, anxiety gone, everything was gone within 2 minutes!!!!!!! OMG! THIS WAS FAST AND EFFECTIVE , I was able to watch a movie in its entirety! I sat down with Dr.Yazhbin and immediately he made myself and my Caregiver comfortable! He immediately looked over tons of my current and past medical records, while doing this, Dr.Yazhbin explained what type of strain I need and how to use the MARIJUANA. Dr. Alex Yazhbin is professional, knowledgeable, FRIENDLY and is open to all questions! I like that they ask me questions and make sure my condition is qualified and i have all the required paperworks before sending me to their clinic. Consultation took about 20 mins then i got my medical marijuana approval the same day.

I got my marijuana approval same day. i booked my appointment after I received my MMCC number which a day before the appointment and they made sure I will have what they need on my appointment. I have to wait for 30 mins before I was seen but I have no complains as I am glad they still took me in last minute. They also gave me some dispensaries in the area which I can go to.

Very helpful staff from the lady who booked my appointment, the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner. They walked me through the process on how I can go to the dispensaries and be legal with medical marijuana.
