Cheapskate management, take for granted by fine u park the bike not at designated area, the notice board far on the bike parking (always full), then when u park illegally they not inform u even they saw.

The office is beside Ampang Park LRT station so it's very convenient to go to, across Intercontinental Hotel too! Reputable companies are housed in the building--British High Commission included. There's a Starbucks and CIMB ATMs at the ground floor and during workweeks, vendors sell local delicacies in trucks or pop up stores at the road beside it.

Nice building, nice location. Best place to have office in downtown.

Modern office building, great location near KLCC, nice views

Near to KLCC, fine building for business owners.. specially for IT companies. This building has British embassy, MSC and many other offices, secure id operated lifts and access to Lrt Ampang Park.

Menara Binjai is a 35 floors Grade A Corporate Office Tower strategically located in the heart of KL near Jln Tun Razak for easy accessibility. To enter this building you need to register at reception follow-by scanning the visitor card at the scanner near the lifts for it to show which Lift (in Alphabets) for you to use (there are no manual buttons in the lift, it is all controlled & automated). You can easily access this building through LRT as Ampang Park station is located just beside this building and you can use this station to access the nearby popular areas such as KLCC, Avenue K and many more. You can also easily walk nearby malls such as Intermark Mall & The Linc as well as nearby Office Buildings & Hotel such as Menara Citibank, Troika, PNB Darby Park, Intercontinental, GTower & Double Tree. British High Commission is located here.There is parking available in the building.

Starbucks is the only option in the building to eat.

SUPER SLOW LIFT SYSTEM. they turn off a few lifts just to save power.

Nice offices. The lift scheduling is wierd. building management tries to save money at the cost of inconvennience for those who work in the building

This is a green building with an awesome view of the cityscape from the gym

Good location but since there are offices as well as apartments in this building, some minor inconveniences are caused.

Very strategically located, with unique old name, best as meeting place with big cafes in place.
Yet auto bidet installed in toilet bowls making it not so Muslim users' friendly..

New building. Next to lrt ampang park. Security is good due to there's embassy or something but the lobby receptionist need to add some sweets in her life i guess. Such a sour face..and rude.

Security okay. There is a gym free for every company that rent this tower. Parking is full, there is no waiting turn. Can parking kt building next door, cheap je monthly. Rm215.
