Beauty-Luxury Spa Review

My experience with this company is very negative. And I really regret having recommended it to many customers. In fact, the commercial service of Beauty Luxury is made up of polite, helpful and extremely polite people, I liked them immediately. But disaster comes when you need assistance. They have no physical assistance service, even for a fee. They try to solve problems by having photos and videos sent but it is clear that the problems cannot all be solved in this way. When my tub had a problem, I sent videos and photos as requested. They proposed solutions that I tried in vain and then I realized that instead the problem was of an electrical nature and concerned the heater (an electrical connection burnt due to a short circuit, it can happen). Result: they tell me that the heater can't be fixed, that I have to buy it from them again. Obviously I buy it by spending almost 500 euros and they tell me that I have to assemble it at my expense (I would have preferred to pay one of their technicians to have it assembled but it is not possible). So I call the one who is considered the best existing precision electrician locally (this electrician has been working with my companies for 10 years and cares a lot about the professional relationship with me, besides being a dear friend of mine, in fact he doesn't send his employees but he comes firsthand). The problem is not solved. The Beauty Luxury then makes me do other tests but nothing ... At that point they ask me for more photos but after a standstill of about a month (we are on June 13 but it is from March that I try to solve this problem but first there is it was the lockdown and this certainly is not attributable to Beauty Luxury of course, so I only consider the following period) they tell me that the fault lies with the electrician who tightened the heater hardware too much, ruining it and causing cracks. So they tell me I have to buy another new heater. But the electrician made the installation perfectly: there are no cracks and the watertight seal of the heater is perfect. The problem is not now that, in addition to the old heater which was certainly damaged, there is undoubtedly also some other problem, but certainly I should not be the one to say it but a technician of their assistance who, I repeat, I would be happy to pay.
In short, I will stay away from this company in the future and I will certainly advise against it. Unfortunately, this tank is for us to work and the stoppage of the same is creating serious problems.
If you have to buy such a product, be careful not to fall into my own mistake. Purchase only from those who have a physical care network. Unfortunately, I realized it at my expense. If I had read the reviews before I would have realized that the problem of after sales assistance had already been reported by other users.

The beauty luxury, tells me to buy a new card, which I do not buy because the cost is excessive and because if the problem was another, I would not have made the return.
It has been more than 2 years since I have been calling, but my tank is still broken.
I am a disabled person who found relief in the tank.
A company that does random maintenance and lets customers buy spare parts is not a serious company.
If you have to buy a tub, rely on those who have serious assistance near your residence.

I strongly advise against buying products from beauty Luxury because the company is unable to provide after-sales technical assistance during the warranty period and beyond. They have no qualified technical personnel and the products are Chinese imports with a minimum life span. They are importers without knowing anything or little about what they deal with and they say that the products are made in Italy.
I asked for certainty that it was of Italian production and they confirmed it for me. It's not true.
I received the tub without an instruction manual, neither for installation nor for use.
The radio never went out and the tub is leaking water.
The tank broke during the warranty period and the company was unable to repair it for me and, worse still, they ignore my reminders.
But they want the money upfront, everyone.
This is not the behavior of a serious company.
Now the practice is entrusted to my lawyer.

Discouraged. I personally went to pick up the sauna at the Rimini site making myself 8 hours by car. Unfortunately I did not remove the abundant packaging that was made on each piece to check the quality of the product. Once I got home I found that the sauna had a crack on the underside of the long wall as well as a poor material and poorly made walls (one does not hook completely and the strips are not well glued to the wall). I was told that the damage was caused by me in transit! Furthermore, there are no assembly instructions (which for the less well-versed, perhaps it is appropriate to provide them). I was really disappointed, in addition to the anger of having spent a lot of money on a poor and poorly made product.

It seemed obvious to me that I arrived at the headquarters with a rented van too, I know very well that you don't carry a sauna with a car. The name does not appear because the purchase was made in the name of my father (who does not use the computer very well, so I wrote it). I should have attached photos to the review that reflect the "vices". First accuse saying that the criticisms are imaginative perhaps it is appropriate to ascertain what is being said. This is a further lack of professionalism.

AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT

I purchased a hot tub in October 2017 paying 50% upon order confirmation. I was assured that the tub would be delivered after the holiday season.
After several emails and various phone calls I receive confirmation of the shipment at the end of January 2018. It is confirmed that the delivery would take place in the days immediately following February 16, 2018. Obviously I was asked for the total balance that I paid on time . After about a week I received an email from the logistics department where they informed me that for reasons not attributable to them there would be a delay in delivery. It would arrive after the first ten days of April 2018. Therefore I replied by asking to receive the tank within the limits signed in the contractual phase which in any case had already elapsed abundantly.

It's been a week but I haven't received any response from them.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

We will probably start a legal procedure to withdraw from the contract and get our money back together with the damage suffered, as the delivery of the tub was part of the restoration plan signed with a construction company that also had to take care of the collection
and installation.
