My experience with this company is very negative. And I really regret having recommended it to many customers. In fact, the commercial service of Beauty Luxury is made up of polite, helpful and extremely polite people, I liked them immediately. But disaster comes when you need assistance. They have no physical assistance service, even for a fee. They try to solve problems by having photos and videos sent but it is clear that the problems cannot all be solved in this way. When my tub had a problem, I sent videos and photos as requested. They proposed solutions that I tried in vain and then I realized that instead the problem was of an electrical nature and concerned the heater (an electrical connection burnt due to a short circuit, it can happen). Result: they tell me that the heater can't be fixed, that I have to buy it from them again. Obviously I buy it by spending almost 500 euros and they tell me that I have to assemble it at my expense (I would have preferred to pay one of their technicians to have it assembled but it is not possible). So I call the one who is considered the best existing precision electrician locally (this electrician has been working with my companies for 10 years and cares a lot about the professional relationship with me, besides being a dear friend of mine, in fact he doesn't send his employees but he comes firsthand). The problem is not solved. The Beauty Luxury then makes me do other tests but nothing ... At that point they ask me for more photos but after a standstill of about a month (we are on June 13 but it is from March that I try to solve this problem but first there is it was the lockdown and this certainly is not attributable to Beauty Luxury of course, so I only consider the following period) they tell me that the fault lies with the electrician who tightened the heater hardware too much, ruining it and causing cracks. So they tell me I have to buy another new heater. But the electrician made the installation perfectly: there are no cracks and the watertight seal of the heater is perfect. The problem is not now that, in addition to the old heater which was certainly damaged, there is undoubtedly also some other problem, but certainly I should not be the one to say it but a technician of their assistance who, I repeat, I would be happy to pay.
In short, I will stay away from this company in the future and I will certainly advise against it. Unfortunately, this tank is for us to work and the stoppage of the same is creating serious problems.
If you have to buy such a product, be careful not to fall into my own mistake. Purchase only from those who have a physical care network. Unfortunately, I realized it at my expense. If I had read the reviews before I would have realized that the problem of after sales assistance had already been reported by other users.
