AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT

I purchased a hot tub in October 2017 paying 50% upon order confirmation. I was assured that the tub would be delivered after the holiday season.
After several emails and various phone calls I receive confirmation of the shipment at the end of January 2018. It is confirmed that the delivery would take place in the days immediately following February 16, 2018. Obviously I was asked for the total balance that I paid on time . After about a week I received an email from the logistics department where they informed me that for reasons not attributable to them there would be a delay in delivery. It would arrive after the first ten days of April 2018. Therefore I replied by asking to receive the tank within the limits signed in the contractual phase which in any case had already elapsed abundantly.

It's been a week but I haven't received any response from them.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

We will probably start a legal procedure to withdraw from the contract and get our money back together with the damage suffered, as the delivery of the tub was part of the restoration plan signed with a construction company that also had to take care of the collection
and installation.
