I have been renting here for over a year and have had a great experience. The price is reasonable and the property is always clean when I come by my unit and the management (Nick and his wife Tammy) are very friendly and genuine people. The only issue I ever had was my door was hard to open but when I told Tammy about it sge addressed it quickly and I haven t had any issues since. Very happy and impressed with this company.
We couldn't be happier with this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic managers and super great to work with. It's clean, safe and secure. It's also in a great location. Central to everything and really close to our house. Great deal and super affordable!!! Definitely come check it out.

Reserved a 10x10 unit online for a promo price of $79 for the first month. Went in to sign papers and was told due to how many units were taken I couldn't get that promo price. Clerk advised me that it would be ~$110/month all said and done for a 10x10 but he would send a note to corporate asking them to honor the $79 price in the meantime. Fine, I only need it for a month. Talked to clerk about prorating if I didn't use the full month and he said that was doable. Used the unit for 1.5 months and closed out. Cleaned the unit as good as it was the day we moved in. Talked to the clerk about a partial refund and said he had to send it to corporate cause he couldn't do anything at his location.
Paperwork dropped somewhere and no money was refunded to my account.
Employees at this storage unit have no ability to correct clerical errors. Everything is deferred to the corporate office with no follow up. Prices are misleading. I reserved that unit at the advertised price but then told they couldn't honor it even with the unit still reserved to my name? I feel that this type of pricing system is dishonest to customers. The only reason we kept the unit is because we had the moving trucks ready at the gate while signing the papers. It was too much of a hassle to go find something else at the moment and they knew that.
Oh and that "free truck rental" is after a $200 cash deposit and paying for gas/mileage.
I ve had my stuff here in storage for over a year since my husband is in the military and away for an extended period of time. Every time I come to check on my stuff or take something out the property is clean and well kept. A few years ago our stuff was ruined in NC storage because of a hurricane and the staff couldn t care less. The staff here is great and assured me our stuff is taken care of as well as set us up with great insurance. Overall a great business with a great staff with a well kept property!
The Store Manger Al has been more help then we could ask for. He has been with us through all the illness and have given me well wishes and encouragement. He make sure to inform me of upcoming due dates for rental payments. He is the best. The facility is empecable it is always neat and tidy. The service is beyond what you could expect. you are always met with a warm hello and a gracious see you later.
Came in on very short notice, had to move THAT day. Paul helped us immediately and quickly... Our unit was perfectly sized for our family of 5 and very clean. Free moving truck for move in day was perfect for us!

Had issues at first with management but at the end while we were moving out of storage the manager went above and beyond with late access in unit for us to move out of state. Pay on time which we weren't always and they did work with us so I would recommend for your storage needs.
Don t make the same mistake I made. I initially read the first bad review for this location. I was hesitant, but the location fit my needs perfectly. I decided to rent a storage and hope for the best.
I am SO glad I did! The on-site husband/wife duo Nic and Tammy are quite the team and exceeded my expectations. From my first interaction it was clear they care about their customers.
The price I found for the online special is the price they honored. Each step of the way they told me what to expect. As I filled out all paperwork they explained everything, which they didn t need to do. We discussed the terms, expectations and what to do if in the future I no longer need the space.
I am 100% satisfied with my experience and wish them much success!
I had a little trouble at first when trying to rent their moving truck, but Nick went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to use the truck with late notice for the following morning. Nick had made sure that I was a happy customer and I highly recommend this place to everybody
I have had my unit for 2 years now and have had nothing but pleasant and helpful experiences with the staff. Access is easy, security is on point, and the employees take the work seriously which is so hard to find nowadays. Totally recommend them if you're looking for storage.
My wife initially got a storage place here. We needed another that was larger as well. The onsite duo of Nic and Tammy are great. Very personable, went through all the options so I could make a decision that made sense for my family. I highly recommend this storage facility and staff.
We have been pleased with the management and our storage experiences over the past 10 years have been great. We have a spacious unit, a place to plug in a lamp to see better (and a fan in the hot summer).

We've had a storage unit at this site for over a year. When we moved in last summer, Nick and Tammy were so accommodating. We set up the unit from another state and it couldn't have been easier. We were given the storage facility truck to use for our move in. We are now going into our 2nd year of renting from them and they continue to be awesome folks. Thank you guys!

I thought their services were great to start. But ever since this pandemic hit and I got laid off, it s been a struggle keeping up with my payments. However, the business definitely does not care. I have been getting letters left and right about late payments. Phone calls from the office that they will sell my storage if I don t make a payment. I have even been trying to work out a payment plan to catch up brining in half of what is owed. The lady in the front office tell me she won t accept it and to come back when I have the full payment. However when I have the full amount I m already being charged more late fee and other charges tacked on that make the payment incomplete again! I truly can t wait to have pay off my storage and leave this place for good. I had used your storages 3 times before and the previous person in office was very helpful and kind. I will NEVER use your storage again.
I am just moving in but so fare Karl and Donna have been a wonderful help. Moving is never fun but they have helped make this move much smother. The facility is clean and in a great location. I am very happy with my experience so far

Update: ever time I went in to pay or ask a question took at least 30 mins. Messed up my payment 2 of the 3 months I had a unit. When I went to move out my stuff was wet and had to toss a bed and a bunch of my kids books.

When I showed up to rent a space, i was very nervous cause this was my first time needing a storage and I had NO clue on what to do.
