I've been so pleased with the high quality of Beattie Pools and their amazing customer service over the years. I know several friends who have used them in the past. I have referred them to so many. I would LOVE for them to make the trip to the Southwest to build the pool on my new property! We have enjoyed our experience with them. Thank you!

1st time they came to open my pool all they did wa...

1st time they came to open my pool all they did was put water and chemicals in it . My pipes are now clogged with leaves. They also left there mess of open containers and such In my garage. I called them and asked them to come back they said I would have to pay again and I agreed. They didn t show up and reschedule my cleaning twice. To which I told them not to bother coming back. They said my pool was to dirty to clean. I am a brand new pool owner so I was clueless and they were the most unhelpful useless people ever. Very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this company nor would I even let them clean my dogs pool. My realtor is one of the top in our area and she will also be making sure that none of her clients will be using this company . They will be loosing a lot of good business over this.

After being a Beattie Customer for over 10 years, I know that this is the best place to go for all Pool and Spa needs. Everytime we open a green pool in the spring, Beattie Pools is there to help. Everyone is extremly knowledgeable with years of experience. The receptionist is also very helpful and friendly. A great business and an amazing family!

To Beattie Pool,

I want to bring to your attention what happens when a long time customer is treated poorly by your staff. On Sunday, June 7, 2020 we went into Beattie to replace a pool pump for our Cartridge Filter System. I had call on Saturday afternoon to verify if Beattie had a pump in stock.

We met with a sale rep to pick up the pump. The sales rep could not find our name on file and repeatedly questioned us on whether or not she had ever purchased anything from Beattie.

My family had been customers for over 19 years. We had purchased our 1st pool from Beattie, 2 cartridge systems and most recently on May 29, 2020 purchased a pool and liner from your store. We continued to purchase chemicals and equipment over the years as a loyal customer.

I was insistent that we had been a customer for a long time and talked with a second rep about the pump. I was told that Beattie did not have the pump for our pool and left with no solution. Our card was evenly found, no apology was given as I left upset with how I was treated. We do understand supply and demand shortages related to the virus.

We went to Spartan Pools purchasing a new filtration system ending our relationship with Beattie. I will be posting a review online alerting current and potential customers on how Beattie is capable of treating customers.

My Beattie Pool is 14 years old and I was having complicated concrete deck work done. The building contractor contacted Kari Randolf and she went out of her way to find styrofoam molds that were used to shape the rounded edges. I always have Beattie professionals open and close my pool, conduct chemical tests and provide just the right combination to keep my pool clear and safe! I highly recommend Beattie Master Pools and Spa!

The workers are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were helpful and not condescending to me when I admitted how little I knew about managing my pool. I will continue to come here based on the interaction with the staff alone!

9 years ago we bought our house and it had an in-ground pool - I was a complete novice at all things pool related. I went to another store in the area that the original owners of the house went to, and I was turned off by their rudeness - so I decided to try Beattie Pools and I have been a completely satisfied customer ever since. They are extremely nice and helpful (even to the novice of folks) and even remember your name when you visit often enough :) They open and close my pool each year and installed an energy efficient pump this last year and they have been beyond amazing - following up and asking questions on how the pump is doing when I stop by! I have no plans on changing my pool company and they've been wonderful for the last 9 years that I've gone to them!

Disgusted, disappointed and angered by interaction...

Disgusted, disappointed and angered by interaction with Beattie Master Pool and Spa company, and specifically Kyle Randolph with whom I have spoken from the beginning when he came to see the site and offer presentation on their services. After weeks of price negociations via email (which could have been done by phone much faster), we cannot get a hold of him by phone, always have to leave messages at the office and then emails are sent as a response with more promises on "have little more patience" because of the "red tape" involved with permit applications, but then "the process goes by pretty quickly." The cherry on the cake was when we were notified by email of a day when he would call and that phone call never came because another email announced that "he was deep in mud and forgot to call." Two weeks later still no phone call. We personally called the Township, the Soil erosion company and the Homeowners Association inquiring about the status of the permits and it turned out that NO PERMITS HAVE EVER BEEN FILED FOR, NO APPLICATION ON FILE, NOTHING PENDING. This after a month and a half of waiting. When I called to simply tell him how despicable his treatment of us has been, I was given the third degree by the receptionist, basically blaming me for the permits not being done because the "contract was not signed and initial deposit not made." The "contract" she was speaking about was allured to in yet another email by Mr. Randolph but never attached to the email and when I requested he resend the email with the attachment, I received the same silence with which I was growing accustomed to being received with.

Bottom line, customer service and treatment from the president himself Mr. Kyle Randolph are despicable, deplorable and certainly not reflective of the unbelievable high rates the company has advertised online. It is very sad that you are treating your customers this way. We have turned down another offer to choose Beattie Pools to build our pool based on ratings and reviews posted online. You owe your customers at least the courtesy of keeping them up to date and definitely the honesty of telling them if you can or cannot build their project. You certainly are not doing anybody a favor, we pay you for your services. Empty promises and lies are not helping you be successful in business, at least not a reputable business.

We regret ever choosing your company and want to let others know to hopefully help them avoid making the same mistake we have made in choosing your company.

We are so lucky to have a family owned business such as Beattie Pools in our area! I have been going to Beattie Pools for my pool supplies and troubleshooting for the last 3 years and wouldn't go anyplace else. They are helpful and patient with all of my questions and are always willing to assist me in every way possible. The Beattie family and all of their employees are experts on all pool issues and work hard to make sure every customer is satisfied! I highly recommend Beattie Pools for any pool or spa needs!

We purchased a home 3 years ago with a spa. We had no idea how to care for, maintain, or even what model we had. All we knew was the brand was sold at their store so we stopped inside to get some help. The staff here helped us trace back the purchase from the original buyers and provided us all the detail we needed. They taught us how to properly and safely maintain a spa. They ve also helped us on a couple occasions find the right replacement parts, rebalance the water when issues arose and answer all of our questions in a professional manner. I couldn t recommend this business to enough people and they will always have our business.

Beattie has been is business for a long time. My family purchased our in-ground from them about 20 years ago and we purchased everything from Beattie ever since. That being said, within the last couple years, their customer service is way down. Too many different people working in there that simply do not know what they are talking about. To be fair, I don t believe it s their fault, they aren t trained properly. The new owners must take the lead and train staff working in the store.

As far as their actual service department, it is very very expensive and does not have their employees properly trained or customers in mind. To the tune of $100.00 an hour. Even as simple as cleaning up their mess when they leave. My mother had her pool closed by a gentleman last year. It was obvious he did not know what he was doing from the beginning. My mother did call Beattie to let them know about the service and she was told it was a new service tech. But no apology. The lady actually became a little argumentative. But once again, the employee was not trained. And absolutely no excuse for not cleaning up the antifreeze bottles off the floor.

This year, my family has tried to contact Beattie many times. Yes I know COVID is going on. But come on, not even a call-back? So after over 20 years, my family is moving on to another company. I will no longer recommend Beattie Master Pools. There are far better companies in the area.

I can not say enough about the customer service I have received over the 4 years at Beattie's. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful everytime we come in. I worked for Beattie Pools for many years and saw first hand at a how important each customer is to them. I have recommended Beattie's for over 20 years to people and was so excited when I too became a customer by having our own Beattie Pool in our back yard. Thank you Beattie's for helping our family make memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

We bought our last 2 pools from Beattie Pools and ...

We bought our last 2 pools from Beattie Pools and have been very happy with their service. We had 33' round pool and last year we put in a 40' inground pool. They did an awesome job putting it in and we are very happy with it.

The service in the store is always good too. Happy to continue doing business with them.

They will test your water samples from your pool for free. Very important service. Free.
However. Be sure you are going to use what you buy. No return policy. With or without receipt even if never opened. Just sayin.
