To Beattie Pool,

I want to bring to your attention what happens when a long time customer is treated poorly by your staff. On Sunday, June 7, 2020 we went into Beattie to replace a pool pump for our Cartridge Filter System. I had call on Saturday afternoon to verify if Beattie had a pump in stock.

We met with a sale rep to pick up the pump. The sales rep could not find our name on file and repeatedly questioned us on whether or not she had ever purchased anything from Beattie.

My family had been customers for over 19 years. We had purchased our 1st pool from Beattie, 2 cartridge systems and most recently on May 29, 2020 purchased a pool and liner from your store. We continued to purchase chemicals and equipment over the years as a loyal customer.

I was insistent that we had been a customer for a long time and talked with a second rep about the pump. I was told that Beattie did not have the pump for our pool and left with no solution. Our card was evenly found, no apology was given as I left upset with how I was treated. We do understand supply and demand shortages related to the virus.

We went to Spartan Pools purchasing a new filtration system ending our relationship with Beattie. I will be posting a review online alerting current and potential customers on how Beattie is capable of treating customers.
