Beattie has been is business for a long time. My family purchased our in-ground from them about 20 years ago and we purchased everything from Beattie ever since. That being said, within the last couple years, their customer service is way down. Too many different people working in there that simply do not know what they are talking about. To be fair, I don t believe it s their fault, they aren t trained properly. The new owners must take the lead and train staff working in the store.
As far as their actual service department, it is very very expensive and does not have their employees properly trained or customers in mind. To the tune of $100.00 an hour. Even as simple as cleaning up their mess when they leave. My mother had her pool closed by a gentleman last year. It was obvious he did not know what he was doing from the beginning. My mother did call Beattie to let them know about the service and she was told it was a new service tech. But no apology. The lady actually became a little argumentative. But once again, the employee was not trained. And absolutely no excuse for not cleaning up the antifreeze bottles off the floor.
This year, my family has tried to contact Beattie many times. Yes I know COVID is going on. But come on, not even a call-back? So after over 20 years, my family is moving on to another company. I will no longer recommend Beattie Master Pools. There are far better companies in the area.
