Great staff, they answered all of my questions. The photo process was pretty quick. My statue took 4 weeks to come. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase, although it doesn't look as good as the ones they advertise in store. As you can see when theres a light source directly on it you can see little specks of white.
Typical soho BS. They only charge 95$ for a 3D print but charge 900$ if you want the 3D file. Sad for the 3D community who can actually use those files. Great for the bozo tourists who want little 3D figures of themselves.
I've been waiting for my 3d product for over a month now, they lied about how long it takes. NOT COOL. I missed the birthday gift it was meant to be. : (
Incredible place ... it is a bit expensive if you convert to your currency but well ... I think it is worth it ... the macana is that they currently have a 2-3 week delay for production.

Way overpriced for a full color 3D print. There are other companies that will travel to you and accomplish better results for cheaper. Not to mention they charge $900.00 for the 3D file itself. LOL

Why is it so expensive to make a four inch piece of plastic? I get it, its a "replica" of yourself but why do you need 95 dollars for it? You said you recycle the powder so what do you need that costs 95 dollars? I recommend lowering the price or giving a reasonable explanation.

Although the figures are incredible m, the process that takes them takes 3 weeks so we did not do it since the shipping is very expensive

We brought my son in to have a Doob of him made. The experience was AMAZING!! They take their time with each patron making the process special and memorable. Not to mention the fact that their customer service is out of this world!!
Place and food was good, the issue i have is how they over price and tripple tax the tourist.
As I still wait to receive my order for over a month, now even if my doob replica comes out to be exceptionally perfect, it won't excite me coz this whole wait time has made the experience sour. They would say you should receive the order within 3 weeks, but that will never happen. And then even if you waste your time calling them to ask about the order, the front desk would say they don't have any info and will direct you to emailing their customer service.
Either their production is extremely slow or they just can't estimate an exact time for their customers. And they charge a BOMB for a minuscule idol !!! Wish I had heard to some of the yelpers who already had criticized about their lousy service ...
very cool product but not if desired for an occasion as delivery is highly variable and frustrating. Moreover, the people in the store completely dissociate themselves once the order is placed which taints the experience.
Our doob is an absolute perfect replica, and we were absolutely ecstatic to use for our wedding cake topper! The day of the scan was perfect, we had a ton of fun posing in the booth.
However, despite shipping being listed as 2-3 weeks, and being assured multiple times that our doob would arrive before our wedding (almost 5 weeks away from the day we were scanned), our order was put on a backlog without us being notified. I had to call in to learn that our doob had been backlogged and delayed, which I found extremely unprofessional. The first person I spoke to assure me he would expedite the order and get it to us on time, however, when I called 2 days later nothing had changed, and it became apparent that this employee did nothing to actually expedite the process. Another employee, Diego, I spoke to at that point, went above and beyond to ensure the doob arrived in time. He called back and forth between production and calling me back to keep me updated on the process, and was able to get the Doob to us the day before our wedding. It is entirely due to Diego's efforts that my rating is 4 and not 3 stars.
We adore the replica, received countless compliments, and do recommend Doob3d for future customers, but only if you keep in mind that their shipping will take at least double time, and their customer service has a lot of room for improvement.
