Beacon International Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd Review

First time I'm here. Kinda blank out my mind, but their employees helping me out. They are really kind. Their staff, place is clean. In the lobby while waiting for your number, there are buffet for patients/visitors. You can eat, no charge. Been here for 3 time this week. Sometimes crowded (not that too crowded), just no seat to seat. I do a blood test and drug test. I can say, it's quite expensive ($$) . But worth your money. Oh, not forget the doctor which in charge in me quite attractive, can't say the name tho. Her humour is good. Joking around a bit.

So stupid and slow service, the staff keep on not organising the customer and don't know how to service, this kind of service always delayed ppl time.

Nice environment, friendly staffs, luxury car fetch us from office, non-stop eating, nice & unique sofas. But to improve further on Ultrasound Test, we fasting from 12am up to 1pm (after completed the Ultrasound then only we can have our meal). We are super starving & myself almost fainted.

Received my first whole body check at Health Screening Department in Beacon Hospital. I'm impressed with all medical staffs here as they are professional and helpful. :)

Never thought cancer treatment abroad can be quite affordable, supported by highly experienced doctors with great deal of knowledge, informative radiologist and most advanced equipment for treating cancer and cancer related diseases today. Beacon also provides friendly and excellent services for its patients and all staffs I met during our treatment there really showing a great care to my father, I must say the most kind.

First time visit this Becon Hospital, service is good. No complaints. The friendly staff is helpful from the entrance till the office.

Staff and doctors are friendly, they provide breakfast and lunch even for those who wait (not for patient only), expect waiting time around 4 to 5 hours depending on the crowd, bring jacket as it can get cold in the morning. Overall, will come again.

First come here for checkups. The service is great, all staff are friendly and responsive, which makes them feel like no one at all. Make us not afraid to check .. Full service is a comfortable lounge n breakfast is also provided for patients who do general checkups while waiting for the results to finish.

Signed up their package membership for me and my family for long term health scan need. Helpful attention all the way before sign up.

Since after signing up to be a member, for over 2 weeks, no one bother to call up for follow up or to make an appointment. I called to my consultant Lillian Lim. Indeed she did help me to make an appointment. Sensing an unfriendly or "heartless" conversation, I asked if she will not be servicing me again, she said "yes". I don't believe what I heard, so I asked her for the second time, are you not servicing me again? Another astounding "YES", my job is done.

With this low level of service, I have lost confident with the staff of this organization if they really care about their client. Will I recommend this organization to my family or friends? I bet you know my answer. TQ.

The Health Screening department is very good. From the service, nurses, the food , so incredible.

With highly experienced doctors with great deal of expert power, informative radiologist and high tech equipment for treating cancer help my parent out of the woods successfully. There also offers subsidies which help me reduce a lot of expense. Beacon provides friendly and good services for the patients and really showing a great care to my mother during the treatment. This hospital is very good, if I can give a rating of 10 out of 10, I am Dr. Lee Foo Chia brain tumor patient, he is very genius and very friendly, I owe him a life, because my brain tumor lifts all, so do the nurses very friendly and very helpful. my first brain tumor surgery in jakarta with a very famous doctor, but failed miserably and became a trial for doctors in Jakarta, many test and radiotherapy , the head was cleaved but the tumor was only lifted as much as 0.22 ml from a large number of 3 cm.

I really like this hospital because it has a very pleasant environment. The hospital is decorated nicely with colourful paintings and green plants which lighten up my mood. Also, the nurses and doctor are very friendly, they are very patient when answering my questions. I came here to see Dr Lee Foo Chiang to review my brain MRI. He is very patient and experienced. I am being well-explained on my condition. Good service overall!

My experience at Health Screening Centre. Their health screening facilities are good, very warm welcoming customer service personnel, and their staffs here are very friendly and helpful.

From a 1st call- Ms Meilka, Mammogram Dept, nurses & staffs at the payment counter whom attended to me was absulately polite, attentive & overall rendered a superb service.

Good service. Nurses and Doctor are so nice to me because I told them that I am Deaf. I am so appreciate with Dr. Tong Wen Chee because she tried to write and gave a simple explanation about my health result so I am able to understand better. I like Dr. Tong Wen Chee because her smiling is so cute. Give my thumb up! All the staffs are very kind.

My mom was planned for an admission but unfortunately the GL counter staff was not responding efficiently and giving the best answer . Every time call and ask for the GL status will replied will call back shortly to update but till the end there is no return call and very disappointing service from the GL/admission counter department

I came to this hospital for medical checkup.the staff so friendly.i would like to take this opportunity to drop my compliment to a lady ms.sena,since from morning till im moving out of this floor, im watching her.shes keep moving up and down by helping staff,welcoming and greating to the all out comers/customers.so friendly,a good caring to all of us,patient with answering question and invite us to have our breakfast,lunch & teabreak and get our feedback about the services.

She did offer her self to bring my lunch to my table after she see me that im using crutches,very kind of her.hope the hospital management give her reconition best staff of the year or a big bonus.

I hope other staffs should follow/take ms.sena as example.

Today 27 May i come for body checkup.Hospital provide good service.the staff all are friendly and energy here expecially Zaza from 1st floor customer service she is perfect.although bulan puasa but she is serving with smiling face always.n she always make sure the food is enough for us A big thankyou to Zaza and all the staff who in duty today at 1st floor.All of you are the best. thankyou and God bless you all

Have been having smooth, caring and well managed experience every time with Beacon since my treatment for wrist fracture since April 2017.

Dedicated health screening facilities. Food was ok. Replenishments of food was a bit slow. Had to wait to get a proper meal

Came for yearly Health Screening and this is my 2nd visit. Overall including environment are superb, food just nice and healthy. The process of health screening are smooth and fast. Everyone working proactive and energetic, i love that speed however there are couple of things may need improvement;

1. the report and consultation with doctor take longer to wait while my screening basically settle by 10 am but the report and consultation only available by 2 pm - i would be better if the report can come out a little bit early

2. Shall add another few more plug points for those who wanted to use for charging notebook while waiting for doctor or any,

3. The song played on the TV next to the entrance a little bit loud and the selection of song shall be relaxing type and lower down the volume so the customer can hear when their name being called by officer

The officer are very friendly especially Ms Sena and Ms Zaza.

I hv attended the health screening session scheduled at end 2018. Very good service. Food also provided. I could say it was delicious. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Will come again next year
