I went to Beacon Hospital for a medical examination. The interior design of the hospital was novel, the medical staff was kind and the service was thoughtful.

I am writing to thank the entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to your hospital since Mar'20. Entering Beacon hospital on the 1st day for 2nd opinion was the right decision i made in my life for my father. After being diagnose with Stage 4 Nose cancer, our family was almost felt hopeless. With the help of CSR team (Jocelyn) and the professional doctor, Dato Dr Ibrahim and Dr Farah, who gave us courage to go through the cancer treatment. Even when we are facing with tough financial situation, the hospital did assist us by enrolling us under CSR project.

Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day, each staff member presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a thorough job, , it was apparent you all worked well together. A special thanks to the doctor for taking extra time to methodically and accurately diagnose the problem. Today my father is at last stage of treatment and he is recovering well!

Very clean, bright and well maintained hospital. Professional, courteous, friendly staff, always cheerful. A new experience.

It was a disappointed experience. While registration, the reception was frustrated because I just took 1 number for 4 persons. As there was no written instruction or anyone there to guide, my initial thought was I will do it at 1 go for myself, my parents and my sister. After I took another 3 numbers, 3 counters called us almost the same time; me and my sister have to attend to them together.
My mother (on wheelchair) has diabetes which I have highlighted while making appointment, during registration and to the nurse who briefed us. However, based on the sequence observed I don't see any priority was given to her in taking blood and ultrasound while I had to repeat multiple times to the nurses regarding her condition. Eventually, she gets to eat her medication and breakfast only around 11 p.m.
During my turn to do ultrasound, the doctor was not familiar with the machine instead another lady was doing a product training to him. This has prolonged at least 50% of the diagnose time as compared to other hospital. Other feedback, no priority lane for golden age, no number display board but shouting of name, no proper instructions, process flow was very confusing especially imaging department. We reached hospital around 7:40 p.m. and leave at 5 p.m. with only 1 report is out.
The 1 star gave is for the Medical Officer that provided good explanation to me and the staff (a lady bring patient from Level 1 to G) who tried to help my mom to expedite the ultrasound scanning.

Good service, nice staff, free buffet after checking and worthy. Cancer pack checking less than RM500. Most important report collect from same day because I m from ipoh. Highly recommended.

The Healthscreening Center at Beacon Hospital provides excellent service on top of their polite and competent staff. They also used better technology on ECG that it only took me 5mins to complete. They also provide buffet breakfast and lunch while we were there. If you're coming for a healthcare check up, be sure to come in between 9-10am so you could also get the results on the same day.

Love the hospitality here..friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

1) The medical check up - waiting room should be for patient and personnel for medical check up only not to all family members. Room is Very congested.

2) Staffs very friendly for 1st time medical check up. Overall rating is Good.

Come for a full physical examination with friends. The doctors and nurses here are very friendly and patiently explain. The physical examination in the morning will get the results in the afternoon, which is professional and effective. Like

I do health screening here. They provide check up based on package you take. Good experience. You don't have to wait for long. They provide breakfast and lunch. You can eat when you are waiting for your turn. Its my 2nd time doing health screening here. Worth trying.

I feel the hospital should have corporate uniform for all the staffs - different uniform for different roles. Some are in red and others have no uniform. Not sure who to ask for info.

This magnificent hospital has the only cyber knife in the country. It's used to accurately cut the affected areas with the smallest cut possible. Only 3-4 years old and with 95% success rate from more than 1500 surgeries, its looks good , don't you think?

The staffs anfd doctors of this hospital are very kind and compassionate. During my short stay in the hospital, the nurse, Nora got to know that my husband was working on shift and had to have late dinner in order to visit me during visit hour. She was so kind to order delivery for my husband. The ward was spacious and clean. Even the triple bed room was not crowded and charges was very reasonable. 5 stars for this loving hospital!

Always a pleasure to have health screening done here. Staff are professional and polite. They are also sensitive to patient's needs - the staff was aware that the buffet lunch ran out and that I was still doing my screening. She approached me to ask what food I would like and ordered it a la carter from the cafeteria. Furthermore, health screening at Beacon always comes with gift :)

The hospital environment is clean and tidy. The doctors, nurses and staff are very caring. I have been very cared for for two months. I also feel the warmth of the daily life. . Very human hospital.

My experience i need to change baju twice, 1 during x ray and 2nd is during stress test.
Breakfast menu need to improve, butter n kaya finish very fast n slow refill. Maybe can add some cakes or kuih.
Other than that thumbs up to the staff, a very fast service.

If you are seeking treatment in Beacon, don't be fooled by the many positive reviews on their Health Screening business and Cancer Treatment Centers. Want to share an unfortunate experience of engaging a doctor from this hospital which turned out to be arrogant and unethical during our interactions. With my mom's ailment in plain sight, she chose to exploit our vulnerable situation to upsell unnecessary screenings on my mom which raked up ridiculously exorbitant bill when checkout. Should have read the reviews here before deciding to visit this hospital but we were desperate. Really felt cheated at the end of this ordeal and I hope you wouldn't have to go through the same experience as we have.

I was accompany my grandmother Madeline Susie Loh for blood test today at Beacon Health Screening. Was impressed with the hospital service so warm and welcoming. From the hospital tent staff assisting and staff porter Zaly help wheel my grandmother with wheelchair up to health screening. Am thankful and feeling happy with great service received. Nurses was friendly and helpful. Counter cashier Ms Esyen was so helpful with registration. Ms. Ain customer service was so polite and assist with the food and drinks. Kudos to all staff in Health Screening. Well done!

Very run down facilities and too little single rooms! Only 2 for each ward. Poor patients in pain after op have to suffer and need to wait for single room

All the nurses and staffs were so helpful and caring while maintaining professional and efficient standard of service.
Along the hospitalisation, the nurse help my mum drew blood without makes her feel pain or left any bruises.

Dr Arasu is so gentle and nice person, yet very knowledgeable and experienced. He is so patient to explain all that we needed to know and being compassionate.

Going for Executive Health Screening. Good service and friendly staff. They never let patients waiting too long. Only ultrasound dept need to pick up on the service. Other than that are good include the foods provided

Did my first health screening here, the overall experience I ve had so far is quite pleasant. Everything was done swiftly without delay, staffs were polite and friendly. Worry less about hunger as they also provide breakfast and early lunch. Would recommend getting a health screen here.

Been here for health screening and I am impressed at the service and quality. They have modern facilities and advanced equipment. Nurses and staff are professional. Screening costs are reasonable. It's getting more crowded nowadays so service may be slower than it used to. My only gripe is that location is far from city center. If you want to visit, it is advised to stay around petaling jaya.

It's my first time here at Beacon Hospital for my annual health screening (body check up), all medical staff here are very friendly and helpful. beacon hopsital has a very comfortable enviroment for chemotherapy treatment. DATO Ibrahim is very nice dr who handle my case closely. I able to ask him anything if i dont feel well after my treatment. Nurses here also very friendly. NICOLE who from chemo center also friendly and kind. Who assisted me when i came for my first chemo.

I was being treated for stadium 3 breast cancer back in 2015-2016. I can feel that this he hospital served with the heart, all doctors are professional and caring. Examination for diagnose as well as treatments conducted very thorough & careful. Nurses & staff are also very nice and helpful. Thank you Beacon Hospital.
