Signed up their package membership for me and my family for long term health scan need. Helpful attention all the way before sign up.

Since after signing up to be a member, for over 2 weeks, no one bother to call up for follow up or to make an appointment. I called to my consultant Lillian Lim. Indeed she did help me to make an appointment. Sensing an unfriendly or "heartless" conversation, I asked if she will not be servicing me again, she said "yes". I don't believe what I heard, so I asked her for the second time, are you not servicing me again? Another astounding "YES", my job is done.

With this low level of service, I have lost confident with the staff of this organization if they really care about their client. Will I recommend this organization to my family or friends? I bet you know my answer. TQ.
