The whole experience was great! From customer service ( who actually remembered me from my last appointment) to the doctors, they were very attentive. Dr. Liew from ENT and Dr. Azlin , a resident MD were two of the most bubbly doctors who actually take interest in their patients. We need more hospitals like this!

My new favorite place to go! Kudos to Ms. Angeline for all the necessary arrangements. I went for a medical checkup. What I like the most is the fact that there is always someone to guide you through the process and bring you to the intended rooms for checkups. Great work! I felt healthier leaving the place than when I first arrived.

No complaints about the doctors and nurses. The Indonesian team staffs also friendly and very helpful since the first time we came here to treat my mother last year. A slight complaint about the finance dept and cashiers on the ground floor, otherwise i would give 5 stars rating to Beacon. Keep up the good work and God Bless

The first time I came to this hospital, I didn't feel like a hospital, and I had breakfast/lunch. People were very comfortable. come back next time.

I came here for health screening. Staff very friendly, hospital very nice. Just need to wait due to so many people do the health screening as well. Over all high recommended.

Came here for a free health screening won in a competition.

The Health Screening Lobby is more like a hotel than a hospital. Staff is professional and very courteous. A light breakfast with bread, biscuits, coffee and tea is provided after your screening.

Beacon also claims to be the top Cancer center in the country.

Note though, if you come for an appointment, it will still be first come first served. Appointments will be given priority over walk-ins.

Good environment & clean hospital.the registration counter is fast and efficient.the nurse is helpful and fast reapond,willing to help.the medical doctor is willing to pay attention to listen and give patient advice.

Bad doctors work here. Dont do your medical check up here. Wasting time.

The hospital environment is rather clean, calm and warm. The hospital is filled up with colorful furniture.

Great service from Customer Service Executive, Ms. Sena. She was very extremely helpful to solve my issues concerning the results of the medical exams conducted a while back and she put me in touch with the right persons, and obtained closure immediately. Keep it up!

Executive Health Screening

Good service, provide pickup from our office. They prepare good food (breakfast, lunch). Medical staff was professional, during ultrasound the doctor brief about my liver and prostate. Plus they give us special gift.

We are here for the first time at the recommendation of my son. Indeed a refreshing experience with the staff being polite and helpful. The good thing is that you will be able to collect the results of all the tests on the same day.

I went to Beacon Hospital with my husband. I had such a wonderful experience with services provided. Staff very friendly and fast doing work, 2 staff keep observing and keep updating customer on the queue number. Overall I'm very satisfied with all hospitalities here.

The staff here are very nice helpful and caring. Provide nice food and drink to customers. Nice and comfortable environment.

Everything was good and the test was done in a perfect manner. Slight improvement for the waiting time for the report to be out and consultation with MO.

This is my annual visit and I hope for my 3rd visit, the process could be much faster. Overall- excellent services.

Thank you Dr Ong for regain my mother s eye sight. Mum has been in blurred vision for more than a year. Until we got to know from relative that Beacon Hospital is providing subsidized cataract surgery for low income group. We gave a try to apply and we being selected! Dr Ong was very patience and friendly. Mum was very happy to see him during her follow up visit. Another good thing about this programme is free transportation was provided. My sister can accompany my mum to the hospital for surgery without having any hassle. Thank you Dr Ong. Thank you Beacon Hospital

For Indonesians, especially with cancer and tumor problems, I highly recommend therapy in this hospital. Costs are notified in advance. Even when returning home the deposit is returned. My mother, thank God, is healthy with cyberknife therapy at beacon hospital. For my father, carpal tunnel syndrome surgery did not show a thread of surgery. Operating costs are more affordable than S hospitals in Jakarta. My uncle was surprised after bladder surgery, there was no pain when recovering. For myself, in Indonesia I often go to the ENT doctor because the ears are often itchy, but just take one treatment to Doctor Raymond in Beacon and given a miracle ointment right away it doesn't itch anymore. The cost of a visit and and medication to an ENT doctor are not much different from private hospitals in Indonesia.
The latest experience I made an appointment with Doctor Goh, a lung specialist, he turned out to be on a sudden leave, which surprisingly was a consultation carried out by him by phone & WhatsApp from a private number. I just need to take the medicine in the hospital when I come again.
Medical check-up packages are also very affordable.
I highly recommend this place to make you healthier.

This is a very friendly hospital. The doctor are very warm and make you feel at ease. The staff smile, are helpful and even serve food / coffee and tea while you wait. It s probably the best hospital experience I ve had. If you need a health screening test or require health services, I d recommend this place.

All the staff are friendly and ever ready for an immediate assist to the handicapped. Delighted with the quality of staff and doctor, caring and professional in their advice and conduct.Foods are served in house as well, for breakfast and lunch.

My 1st visit to this hospital for full medical check-up. Though it was Sunday 23 December 2018, but this place is pack with visitors. I reach here at 9.00am and completed all medical examination the last one of course the Stress Test. I didn't noticed i had spent 5 hrs here as the hospital staff n assistant are so friendly, courteous and very pleadple. The warm hospitality reception hv definitely divert my attention and i would highly recommend you to come here to experience it yourself.

Location wise it's not the most strategic as it's surrounded by factories. Parking is very limited & dim basement parking. However the tea & coffee making facility with toast is great. Staff are overall friendly & helpful.

I would like to thank Dr. Ng Sau Yee (my gynae), Dr. Ong Keh Aun, the team of nurses in the operation theatre and team of nurses of Tulip Ward. The doctors did a great job. Nurses are very attentive, caring and gentle. Appreciate all the care you all had given me. God bless all of you.

Professional and fast health screen service. Has alot of staff and hassle free. Get a free luggage also when receive the medical report.

Friendly service, they always attend cistomer with smile. Miss Sena even walk extra miles to serve my four children milo.and breads. A hospital that truly care for their patient's well being.

It's either the doctors or the medical staffs in this hospital are overloaded with their daily work or they are trained to be like a machine that lacking of human touch. Mistakes after mistakes that shouldn't happen in a hospital is happened here regularly.
Don't take their apology seriously. It is not sincere and valueless. Else i won't be seeing same mistakes that complained by other patients is repeated again and again that seem like no ending. It's really 'ugly' when we use UNPROFESSIONAL to describe a hospital. The rating here and Google review doesn't really reflect the true quality of the hospital. Skip this 'Be a Con' Hospital if you cherish your life and time.

Did health screening today. From my observation, some needed improvements;

1. Nurses at the main counter need to shout to call customer. Sometimes when a lot of people around, its hard to hear the calling. Maybe you can invest in decent pa system.

2. Food choices are limited and server needed more training in handling customer inquiries.

Pleasant and very friendly especially nurses that took my blood test and of course MD Sena at customer service. She is really excellent, and do greet us and pleasant to everyone.

Home Feel Oncology Specialist Hospital
My first visit to Beacon Hospital is really surprised me. The hospital atmosphere is rather calm and warm than tense. The hospital is filled up with colourful furniture to create positive vibes. Free flow of drinks and snack are provided. Furthermore, there are massage chairs available for customers to have some massage while waiting for their turn. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. We were served by Ms Frennie. She assisted me throughout the entire process, from registration to payment. This special service provided by Beacon is really warm hearted which I never get similar service from other hospitals that I visited before.

The service efficiency is very high will not make patients wait for too long, recommended!

All Doctors Here Very Professional & All The Nurse Is Very Helpfulness & Friendly.

if u are looking for a hospital with friendly staff and doctors, this is the place to go to. my first visit for a medical exam and never felt more relaxed! from the registration all the way to the consultation doctors were so caring,polite and the most importantly with a smile.
The radiologist on duty( so sorry.. i couldn't see your name tag),really made all the xray related activities less nerve racking. her gentle disposition and care, helped me get through the sessions.
just one thing that could help is if the nurses could call the patients by standing outside the room..else the patients have to keep guessing where this voice is coming from

Very bad experience for my father in this hospital . The doctor is very good and professional but the nurse there ~~~~
I am not sure is it the shortage of nurse or the work overloaded . My father who need to drink Milk every 3 hours , the nurse are not punctual to come . Every time need to call them and sometime wait for 1 hours.
Besides, my father need to re- scan x-ray again as the person in charges said that the X-ray not clear @.@ . How many times need to do the X-ray ???????

The staff is good and helpful,but the management system is so bad, it called Mana Ada System. Appointment said 9:15, we reached at 8:45, after registering and waited for more than 1 and half hour to take the blood, than have to wait for another 1 hour plus to get the eye sight and weight & height test. Than took another hour to have stress test. After complaints then a bit faster. After lunch we waiting for reports, we waiting for 3 hours now 3:30, still waiting. I not recommend to do the health check with this hospital unless u don't mind to wait. Other hospitals will take about 3 hours to complete the whole thing.

The staff are really friendly and helpful to my father when waiting the report. I hope this attitued can remain in this hospital.
