I entered treatment at Beachway in January 2019 and my experience there was nothing short of spectacular. There was not one single staff member that didn t have stories of hope to share and provide a shoulder to lean on when in times of crisis. My intake process was amazing. I was greeted by a welcoming face upon my arrival and was immediately made to feel safe, comfortable and at home. My therapist there specialized in mental health as well as addiction and she could not have been more perfect for me. She taught me DBT skills, various coping mechanisms, warning signs of my depression and how to stop that in its tracks. The facility is clean and has a real campus feel. The pool area is beautiful and I spent many an afternoon lounging in a hammock enjoying sun and calm. My case manager and I worked side by side to ensure that I had a healthy discharge plan in place prior to leaving treatment. She set me up with a great facility for outpatient treatment back home that included a doctor and therapist within the same facility. Just a week after treatment I was contacted by the Alumni Coordinator for a check in. Hearing from him made me feel very much a part of the Beachway family a great family to be a part of. There are Alumni meetings both online and in person to keep clients connected to a sober community. This wasn t my first treatment center, but it was the best by far and God willing will be my last. I was at beachway when it was in delray beach in 2013. An because of this treatment center iam coming up on 5 years. I took what I learned from them an use it in my everyday life. Out of all the centers I e been at this one seems to be more hands on with their patients.. iam forever grateful for my councilor jen I hope she's still there she's a tuff one but us addicts need someone like her being our support while in rehab.. iam forever grateful for every single one of you
Beachway Therapy center is by far the best rehabilitation program I ve ever been to. The entire staff, especially the tech staff! Mr. Max, Ms. Libby, Mr.James, and Jason the supervisor are all wonderful people and really helped me change my life for the better!!! I'm on a positive rant right now. I went to a couple treatments before but always relapsed. Maybe the time was just right, but I have stayed sober since leaving Beachway and I have almost a year! My therapist was the best. She was tough. I didn't like it at first, but now im grateful. She cared, so she kept the bar high and wouldn't let me slide. Also the rest of the staff was great. It was a much different experience. I followed through with recommendations, got a sponsor while I was there. I just finished my steps. Anyway, I recommend Beachway to anyone who wants help.
Definitely had a great experience with Beachway! Not personally but someone in my family was a patient here and they did an outstanding job with changing his attitude and helping to rid him of his addiction. He was his regular self again after being here and is now happy, moved out, and living his life. We can t thank Beachway and their staff enough!

I gave Beachway 5 stars not because I love rehab but because they helped me build a solid foundation on which I can build my recovery. The recovery process can be very painful at times. More often than not I found myself relating not only to the other clients but the therapists and all who work there. They care, they truly do. They stay connected with the times and give all they have - even if you aren't able to.
Will has saved my life. I came into beachway 8 months sober, struggling to find peace and feeling hopeless. I ve survived countless traumatic events and have seen nine different therapists and even went to a therapeutic community in Washington, and still felt suicidal. When I joined the trauma group my whole life changed. The work Will has facilitated is beyond a miracle, it s living art. If you are looking for clarity in your life and are willing to put the work in, find Will and work with him.
Excellent program. The staff and therapist are top notch. Great food and accommodations. One thing very unique about the program is that they offer trauma groups as well as family sessions and all the clients get a chance to engage. I will also say that even after you discharge they keep in touch with you and call to see how you are doing. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is struggling with addiction.
Beachway therapy center holds a very special place in my heart. It was the first adult treatment center I ever went to when I was just 19. It introduced to sobriety and Alcoholics Anonymous. Even though I didn t stay sober because I just wasn t willing yet, the therapy, the groups, the staff, and the administration is top notch. These people actually care. If it wasn t for beachway I wouldn t be able to say I m a sober man today. They re supplied with the tools I needed to maintain abstinence. And on March 8, 2017 I finally gave up the fight at 22 and have remained sober since.
Beachway is family to me. No matter where I go in life beachway will always have a place in my heart.

Beachway saved my life! I will forever be grateful for my counselors there who helped me identify my internal struggles which led to trauma in my life. Beachway was beautiful! My room mates were awesome and the staff were always around to take care. We did so many fun activities that taught us how to find joy in things other than drugs. I would (and have) recommend Beachway to anyone who is struggling out there.
In early November of last year, I arrived at Beachway TC hopeless, homeless and broken. A physical and emotional mess, the staff sat and talked with me for hours as one human being to another, regardless of their professional positions. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapists to the administrative staff made me feel like I was cared for and that my life had value. Throughout my experience at Beachway, the staff provided a safe and nurturing atmosphere for me to begin to be able to heal. They made it possible for me to get the help I needed both while there and after completing the program. Now 7 months sober, I still see my primary therapist there who helps me every week. I will always credit Beachway with helping me to get my life back.
Luxury NOT, staff were friendly and for the most part helpful. Accommodations for the money , I compare to a super 8 motel. Not to mention the Train that is right next to the housing, no pool and recreational facilities at all. My room had an old mattress and roaches. I did meet some great ladies which i am thankful for, the treatment is redundant and not intuitive and inventive, 12 step, that is about it. The Luxury is a false advertisement for the money. I would never go back or recommend.
Beachway Therapy Center is one of a kind! The therapists and tech staff are caring, understanding and always friendly. I really enjoyed the group therapy sessions at Beachway. Music and art therapy are even offered, it was always nice to take a break from the seriousness. The residences at Beachway are just as great! Each apartment is updated and nicely furnished and the amenities are awesome! I loved having my own kitchen. There is always pool, beach, or recreational time scheduled to help each client relax, you can even schedule a massage or an appointment with the chiropractor! I also enjoyed the gym they took us to, I ended up joining! Yoga is available as well. When I first arrived at Beahway I had some legal stuff going on and they were able to help with that too! If you are staying in Florida, Beachway will assist you in finding sober living. I stayed and continued in the IOP program and I couldn't be happier with the way my life is going! I am forever grateful for Beachway and the 'homey' atmosphere I felt there!

I came to Beachway in Feb, 2019. I chose this center for the work they do with trauma patients. I was involved with the trauma program and feel that I got much more than I could have ever expected. The facility offered me the opportunity to dig into my past and resurface some deep-seeded issues. I feel that this was the best opportunity I've ever experienced. I am a grateful Alumni of Beachway Therapy Center. I went to Beachway in August of 2016, where I spent 90 days in treatment. After treatment, I did as Beachway recommended and went to a sober living home in South Florida. After a few months there, I became the House Manager for the sober home and continued in that position for the next year. I have recently moved out on my own. I am truly living a life beyond my wildest dreams! I have a wonderful job that I love, friends, and continue to attend meetings and work with others in recovery.
If you are thinking of trying a new way of life, I highly recommend this facility. To be honest, when I got to Beachway, I knew that I wanted a better life, I just didn't know how to even start obtaining it and changing. The staff members at Beachway were very patient with me and loved me until I learned, little by little, to start loving myself. Special "thank you" to Debbie, who took my initial call and answered all of my questions, to the wonderful techs, Rebecca, Christiana, Terri, Jason, Barbara, my therapist, Big Brian, and James, who assisted me with discharge (resume, job search, etc) and continues to be a part of my recovery with weekly alumni meetings.
This special facility has given me a completely new life, one beyond my wildest dreams. When you come here, you are treated like family and you will develop friendships. I love the alumni meetings that are held at the facility and also that they offer online alumni meetings so I get a chance to connect with friends who do not live in the area.
The facility and grounds are beautiful. Activities are planned that are appropriate and keep you busy. It teaches you how to live a life free of alcohol and drugs and still have a wonderful time. Holidays are celebrated. If you need a break from being sick and tired and you want to find a new way to live..........five Beachway a call!
I would highly suggest anyone who's struggling to come here, the staff offers concern, help,love,hope and much more ect. It's really a good place to receive treatment if you really want it.They only ask you to put in work to get through struggles, it may sound hard but it'll all be worth it to continue your sobriety.
The trauma piece of therapy is as good as it gets! The therapist are top notch and go above and beyond to help each client daily. All of the therapy is individualized and I received the best care possible. I would recommend Beachway to a friend or loved one! If you go to Beachway good results will come from the experience.

As a person who rarely shares online , I could not resist the urge to personally thank my Trauma therapist, Will . He is a remarkable professional who addresses the core issues in addiction and life's deepest challenges. When he took me on , I had lost the ability to function, and the confidence to be myself . Today , I do not have survivor's guilt or a tortured existence due to years of exposure to war and negative self judgement . I recommend him to my military friends , firefighters, police , medical professionals and everyday people who have a traumatized experience. I believe trauma is the epitome of unexplained self destruction and loss of self and should be the cornerstone to every therapeutic community. Will takes this seriously and has had the opportunity to train with Judy Crane ( One of the highly regarded authorities of trauma treatment in the country)....making this a life changing experience. Beachway Therapy Center gave me a new start on life, rebuilt my confidence and hasn't left my side even though I've traveled home. The counselors were thorough with their initial interview process and as long as you are honest with them they will lay out a personalized path forward to your own recovery. Accommodations were not what I expected but I wasn't there to be comfortable, I was there to get well and the people from intake to release were amazing. It's hard for me to put into words how grateful I am for the process and staff at Beachway Therapy. If not for Beachway I wouldn't be sitting here right now. I can say with absolute certainty my life was spared because of the wonderful program and people at Beachway. I can name every single person who works for this remarkable facility, and while my memory is still cloudy, I can easily recall in detail how each Technician, Therapist and staff member played a part in helping me to recover from what can only be expressed as an absolutely horrible existence.
The living facilities are nice and comfortable. I was happy to have a single room and 1 or 2 housemates. The group of clients was managed very well by staff. We became very close over a short period of time. Beachway set up their program to encourage us to help one another on a daily basis, to support each other during a very difficult time in our lives and to hold one another accountable. The process gave each of us the best opportunity possible to survive and be free. It was clear to me immediately the staff at Beachway truly understands we are fighting for our lives.
The daily program is run by a knowledgeable clinical director, therapists who are incredibly well-versed in addiction and staff/technicians who level the playing field by being informed and experience with the disease of addiction. They all understand the importance of a 12 step recovery program, sponsorship, getting connected to recovering alcoholics/addicts in the area and a solid aftercare plan to increase client odds of success. They work very hard to provide each client with a chance to build individualized programs of recovery. In conjunction with deep therapy into the pervasiveness of addiction and addict behavior in our lives, the program at Beachway sets clients up to realize success and a life of recovery. Staff encouraged me to get connected to a program, prompting me to get a sponsor who showed me how to live sober, took me on passes to meetings and worked steps with me. Because of Beachway I found something that eluded me for many years. I finally had hope.
I learned to live in the solution during my time at Beachway, and I m still practicing what I learned today. I ll never be able to repay Beachway for what they have done for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My children thank you. My mother, my father and my sister thank you. I have a second chance at life because of all of you. I m eternally grateful for the compassion shown, the direction given and the encouragement I received during my stay. Your program and people saved my life. Thank God for all of you.
I had a very hard time trying to quit drinking tried going to AA and didn't fully comprehend the program made the decision to go to beach way best decision I ever made I'm now over a year sober and still picking up the pieces of my life this place saved my life I was hesitant at going here in the begining and wanted to bolt the first week but I stuck through it all the way to my 30 day mark and requested to be extended to 45 and then again to 60 staff was amazing program was amazing and I still stay in touch to this day if your ready to stop go in with an open mind and do your best to take suggestions because if your there your decisions haven't worked so far try some thing new

Beachway provided the support I needed, along with fun activities. All the staff were open and willing to listen to the way I felt. They were also very understanding and knowledgable of the situation I was in. We got massages twice a week, acupuncture, physical therapy, had meditation groups as well as smaller groups that would help you the open and comfortable with sharing. The residence was very clean and well kept. There were 2 pools a volleyball net and a basketball goal. Also not to forget the time we spent at the beach and at the gym, and outside meetings for extra support. Beachway was a life changing experience for me. It taught me so much. Some of the people I met there will be friends for a lifetime.

After realizing that i was powerless over drinking and surrender to the fact that i needed professional help, I started my research for the best possible place in Florida that will provide me with the best care, support and therapy, I quickly realized after reading reviews and speaking with a very good friend that knew about Beachway , this was the place to go.
When I arrived I was very nervous and emotional but from the minute I walked in I felt very welcome, confortabile and relax, everyone knew who I was and knew my name, that was comforting to me already.
I'm please to write this review because i had the privilege, the Honor and the pleasure to meet the most amazing Therapists, Doctors, Nurses and Techs all amazing people, every single person was truly special for me and my initial recovery from day one, I with confidence can say that the Kindness, Honesty and only purpose of everyone at Beachway is Truly to Help Everyone with the Desire to get Well and back on their feet .
I finished a 30 day program and when I left my amazing therapist W... coordinate for me a continuation, like a maintenance program, meetings with an outside therapist and groups for me to keep up with the work and my sobriety once back in the outside world.
I'm happy to let everyone know that have the Desire to Overcome Addictions, that this place, Beachway was a blessing for my self and my family and that at list for me, Beachway has become my Temple of Meditation and Emotions Awareness and where I know, I will always have good true friends if I ever going to need them.

Beachway changed my life and the lives of many people that I love. A lot of us had lost hope but Beachway provided such a different experience. The entire staff was motivated and dedicated to helping anyone that they could. They did everything in their power to build genuine connections and inspire the clients to do better. I met some of my best friends at Beachway and I still go back to visit the facility from time to time. Beachway was the only place that helped me stay sober and it has been almost 3 years. I am so thankful that Beachway has been a part of my life, I wouldn t be where I am today without it.
This facility saved my life. The clinicians are fantastic. The therapists are extremely competent and truly care about you as a person. I wasn't just another number on a spreadsheet, or a statistic to them. I would recommend this center to anyone who ready to change.
Apparently you are doing nothing right for John Brown. He has been worse since he has come back from 3 times at your facility. He has been to 5 other before you. Unfortunately, I know it's him. You don't do anything to help him. Try harder.
We just learned that the admissions specialist who saved our babys life is no longer at this center....that is the name and identification on the paper she sent us! I asked a very beloved friend of mine to post this question on this site because I was not sure what I was doing. We have not been able to get a hold of amanda and have been so concerned because she is one of the sole reasons we chose beachways center!!! We are very saddened by this news and we all are beside ourselves that we werent made aware of this or for us to even thank her or send her a gift or have an explanation...she saved a LIFE. Shame on you beachway for letting this angel walk out of your doors!!!She has been the only person capable on gods earth to get threw to our baby and make them smile in years and want...not even want..EXCITED to get help...years!!!! I have tried to reach out to her personally on the facebook application but have not got a response yet...we dont know if this breaks the hippa law and thats why she cant respond? We would like answers to this because she was the guardian angel that was sent to our family and was keeping an eye on them and are minds at peace! I will be waiting a response. I do no want to get my loved one kicked out of the program, ruin there progress from this or anyone to get in trouble,,,,,just an explanation!!!!!?? We are PRAYING she is still using her gift. It was like she was a friend as soon as we called the number.

We would like to provide an update on our loved ones situation because our first review may have been out of line and we did not wish to get anyone in trouble. He is doing well and we are very greatful for all the clinicians and staff at beach way who helped save his life. Since returning home he has been a theousand percent better,,,he is himself again!!! We received a response a few weeks ago from his old admissions counselor and she explained what the mix up was, that was a real stand up thing to do in our eyes admitting fault. This center is the real deal and provided the exact care that he needed. Thank you for healing his heart, we were really at wits end until we made the call. He completed his recommendation of the sober living program and we finally have him back. God bless you all and hugs and blessings to all the staff, your all truly miracle workers!!!!! Xoxo
I am so thankful for Beachway. A few months ago I came down here completely broken, miserable, and with no idea what I was going to do. Their staff and facility helped me get on the path that I am on today. I truly am happier than i ve ever been and if anyone is looking for help, is hurting, and just doesn t know what to do or if things will ever get better. Please give Beachway a chance, if you give it a chance I know from personal experience that you can recover and become the person you re meant to be.
I went through Beachway Therapy Center impatient, IOP and outpatient from April 2016 to August 2016. In impatient I was helped with understanding my alcoholism and the best actions to take for my recovery. I had a great one on one therapist who helped me get to the roots of my problems and really understood what I was going through. Also in impatient I built relationships with people in outside meetings and found a sponser. I was allowed to go to meetings and work on step work with my sponser while in impatient. When I transferred from impatient to outpatient I was recieving great care continuing with one on one and group therapy. I've been through previous rehabs before but Beachway has saved my life and gave me a new outlook on life. I know if ever need anything I can always get a hold of my therapists or others who work there and they will help me the best they can. I'm so happy to have gone through Beachway.
I would like to start by saying hello to the newcomers Who are interested in beachway Therapy Center. If you're serious about your recovery this is the place to go. The day I walked in the doors of beachway I was greeted with a handshake and a hug by the intake director named Will. I was a little scared and a little nervous but new I was in the right place. The counselors therapists and staff are amazing. My therapist was Big B he told me day one if you give me one hundred percent I'll give you one hundred and ten. And he sure did. I would give the housing a 9 out of 10 as we all know no one is perfect the rooms are clean comfortable and they even Supply their own maid service that comes in and cleans and replenishes clean towels and sheets. Today I am over a hundred days sober and I owe it all to beachway therapy and all they have taught me. And even after graduation they are still there for me to this day. The alumni director James keeps in touch via text messages and the occasional phone call to check in. And one of my favorites is a twice a month online meeting where you get to check in through phone or FaceTime with other alumni who have graduated the program..
Thank you Beach way, because of you today I am a better man a better husband and a better son.

I have been to 2 previous rehab facilities for 30 days each and I must say this center is by far above and beyond the rest. I learned as much in my first 3 days of rehab at Beachway than I did at the previous 2 combined for the 30 days each.
The staff was extremely friendly,courteous and understanding to what I was going through and did their best to put my mind at peace and give me the tools to help with my addiction, cravings, triggers and not relapsing. I am extremely grateful to everyone there from the Techs, Dr's, resource room personel, counselors, cash managers etc.
I would highly recommend this center as it's located in a great climate and gives you a feeling of serenity.

I was able to utilize all they had to offer during treatment, & the staff was helpful and caring while helping me to work on myself during my time there. I m blessed to continue have continuous sobriety almost a year later, something which I could never imagine before, and am afforded the opportunity to do service through H&I and the alumni program. Prior to coming to treatment, I felt hopeless. I had tried getting clean on my own several times and even tried an outpatient program, but was unsuccessful. I will never forget when I finally built up the courage to pick up the phone to call Beachway, and the nicest guy named John picked up the phone. He talked to me for hours, telling me his story, listening to mine, and answering the multitude of questions I had. This being my first experience with an inpatient program, I had absolutely no idea what to expect once I walked through the door. He was so kind and, upon sensing the fear in my voice that I couldn t go on living like this anymore, he agreed to stay on the phone even longer to conduct my assessment that night as opposed to calling me back later in the week.
The clinical staff were great, the group discussions are informative and helpful in teaching you not only about the addiction and how it impacts your thinking, but helpful tools you can use to stay sober even when life creeps up on you. The therapists are great, allowing for both individual and group therapy with your assigned therapists. I was inpatient for 33 days and outpatient for 28, so some of the group sessions became somewhat repetitive after a while; however, there was always something said that I hadn't heard before and was helpful.
The techs are great. If any review disagrees, it is most likely because the reviewer was a problem client and didn't like following the rules. The techs truly care about the patients and many are in recovery themselves, so they are understanding and easy to talk to.
The best decision I made prior to coming to Beachway, was deciding to come to Beachway! They saved my life and taught me skills and techniques to help me live my best life.

The support at Beachway is amazing and I felt right at home when coming there. The staff is always understanding and the follow up phone calls after leaving helped save my life because Sean the Alumni coordinator reached out to make sure I was doing Ok.
The care and compassion is so perfectly matched with tough love! I truly believe they saved my son s life and I will forever be grateful to every amazing person involved... The communication is incredible. Calls are returned, questions answered! They educate the whole family! The facility is clean and safe. Your loved ones don t feel like prisoners, as some may have experienced in the past. They run such an organized and effective program!
Beachway is a great place and program, And most of the people there are great, There is one guy that works there and his name is James and he is the definition of a great guy. Has great work ethic, respect and willingness to help others. He will get what ever it is you need help/ done, done period. He goes beyond expectations for everything and anything. I came to Beach Way in January of 2019 because my life had become unmanageable from the power of alcohol. After staying for two months I have learned all the tools I need to become successful, happy and sober. Wonderful facility, caring staff, and therapy sessions that leave you always thankful and wanting more. I couldn t have asked for anything different, this saved my life in more ways than just putting down the bottle.
Things were great there. The therapists knew what they were doing. They gave great professional advice and really care about the patients. The techs were absolutely amazing.
I was at beachway for 60 days it was one of the best experiences of my life. They helped me get my life back on track and help me learn to love my self. I owe them more than I could ever repay

Our son went to Beachway Therapy Center for both addition and behavioral issues. He has been so much better since his treatment. The staff at Beachway were always helpful and patient with all of our concerns. The monthly family sessions were a huge part of making us understand our son's addition and how we as a family can keep him on the right path. This is a great facility that genuinely cares about you're mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Simply, Beachway not only changed, but saved my life. Before I arrived, life for me was a continual struggle. I went through beachway about a little over one year ago. I had a great experience during my time there. I found the staff to be very engaging and caring. They have recently hired a new alumni coordinator who I believe does a fantastic job. He is very dedicated to his work and truly cares about each client. I came to Beachway in December 2018. During my 60 days at Beachway, I experienced such amazing progress with the help, care and guidance of amazing therapists, technicians, and other staff. There are an array of counseling techniques but I found group therapy to be the most effective method to help me progress in my treatment. Beachway offered different opportunities for healing such as a biochair experience, massages, equine therapy, and art and music therapy. The trauma therapy is amazing and the counselor is highly professional and an expert in the field. I loved Beachway so much that I decided to stay in their IOP program and continuing working with Dina for counseling. My hopes are that people who struggle will explore the opportunities at Beachway because I believe that this center can change lives of those who have faith.
As a mother of an addict that went to Beachway, I had a very positive experience. The staff was welcoming and informative from the beginning. My calls to check on my daughter were welcomed and I always felt the sincerity of the staff that they cared about her well being and sobriety. From day one they taught her that it was possible, through recovery, to live life, have friends, have fun and feel loved by those she had hurt through her addiction. She had constant support to help her through the journey of achieving all that. Beachway saved her life! And gave us back the amazing young woman we had! She has been sober for 6 years! She always felt comfortable there and the staff has become a real family to us. Beachway Theraphy Center Changed my entire life. 3 months ago I was living homeless in my car drinking straight vodka & doing meth in a very dark place...Didn't want to live...Didn't want to die...A Feeling you never want to experience! I got on a plane with just a suitcase of clothes...no $, all alone & came here to Beachway. A very nice woman from the center picked me up from the Ft. Lauderdale airport called Hollywood. It began in First Step Detox, on December 15th I woke up & walked outside to a beautiful sunny day & walked to the nurses station & I was seen by the first staff member of Beachway Theraphy Center & from that moment on my life has been nothing but an ongoing learning experience of how a normal person deals with life on life's terms without drinking or drugging. Beachway has helped me immensely get thru a tramatic 23 year relationship with a man & Start to Love myself again besides stay Clean & Sober! The staff all the way down to the alligators on the lawn have turned me into a New Person! My life is a New Beginning thanks to Beachway Theraphy Center & I Am truly blessed to have experienced this Golden Opportunity & on my way to the Road to Recovery! I attended Beachway on two different occasions and both times were amazing. The second time I stayed for their IOP program after completeting the higher level of care. The staff are all great. Very caring and compassionate. The facility and housing is very nice and comfortable and the groups are well rounded. The therapists are all very good and most are in recovery themselves. I highly recommend Beachway to anyone looking for help for themselves or a loved one of any age.
Facility seems to be in it for the wrong reasons. Unfortunately this a trending pattern for a lot of south florida treatment programs. Very poor communication, staff doesn't seem to ever return calls. Be weary of sending yourself or a loved one and make sure to do some extra research when making your decision.
Anyone struggling with drug/also Jim addiction or any dual diagnosis, I would recommend beachway in a heart beat. They go above and beyond to take care of their clients!
I am an alcoholic and I couldn't get better after nearly 40 years of trying everything I could think of. You can't do it alone and that's where Beachway Therapy Center came in. The counselors were professionals whom most of which had been there, done that. So they felt my pain. The whole staff at Beachway were on board at helping all of us with our individual pain and sufferings. I am a member if the alumni group that allows those of us who have been through the program to stay in touch with a weekly phone/computer skype regardless where we are located in the country. It's my favorite. I am grateful to beachway getting me sober! Thanks!

Beachway Therapy has helped our family tremendously. We will always be grateful and have nothing but the utmost respect for the entire facility from top to bottom. My son attended the facility in 2015, and may I say that Beachway was the first treatment program able to connect with him on a personal as well as professional level ever. He was changed emotionally, spiritually and physically. It was the first time our family felt hope that he had found some answers within himself to live a productive life. His therapist always stayed in contact with he as well as our family upon his return. Tragically 5 months upon returning home he was involved in a terrible car accident and died several days later in April of 2016. I myself was also was an addict. I relapsed after my sons death and to be honest was at the lowest point of my entire life. I was welcomed to the program of Beachway Therapy Center. The entire process from beginning to end was nothing but professional. I received the resources, counseling, medical treatment as well as anything else necessary to cope and live a productive life free from anything mood or mind altering. They helped my entire family. I know today that I don't have to use drugs or alcohol in order to live life. I also know that I can feel the pain of living without my son without having to numb out. The realization of this has saved my life!! Recovery is about gratitude, change and humility. Although I never expected any perks while there, I had the opportunity twice a month to have a manicure and pedicure, my hair done, a massage at least once a week if not more, beach trips, several other choices of extra activities and there were 2 pools at the residence address. I live a happy life of recovery today and still visit Beachway once a month to spend time with my therapist. They have never let me or my family down in any way. I consider it a privilege and honor to have been allowed to attend this treatment center.
Anyone not happy with Beachway is probably just not ready to grow up and take responsibility for their own recovery. Recovery is up to the client.
Beachway will FOREVER hold a special place in my heart. I had absolutely nothing when I walked in those doors and was in a dark place in my life. They showed me how to live again.... They gave me hope, when I had none. They showed me love, even when I felt undeserving of it. I stopped thinking I knew what was best, and listened to every suggestion they gave me. Listen, these few words will never justify how grateful I am for Beachway and getting a second chance at life. By the Grace of God, I will be coming up on 3 years of sobriety next month. That foundation was built with the direction, love, and support of everyone at Beachway....

My boyfriend took part as a client at Beachway, and over all, I was highly impressed. They gave me weekly updates on his progress as well as allowing him to make daily calls to me before 9 or 10pm. They helped him realize he had a problem and direct him in ways to cope with it. He's been sober for over a year now, and continue to pursue the sober lifestyle. He s grown so much as a person and continues to do so.
I spent 51 days here. I am currently 118 days sober. Anyone who makes negative comments about Beachway are probably not sober. Look, if you WANT to be sober, then Beachway will help you get there. If you DO NOT want to be sober then you re wasting your time wherever you go.
Beachway offers a trauma group that was extremely beneficial for me. I have suffered multiple types of trauma but had never dealt with it before. Will, the trauma therapist, is simply the best. If you want someone to hold you accountable and help you sort through your issues then he s your guy. I can honestly say that he has helped me become (and stay) sober.
Yes, the days are repetitive. You will attend groups until you wanna puke. Good. You need it. By the end of my stay I was burnt out on groups. Now, I miss them. I understand now why it s repetitive. Because they want to beat it into your brain what addiction is and how its affected you and your family. More importantly, what you can do to get and stay sober.
It s not all groups - all the time. You have free time and activities available. The food is amazing (shout out to Rocky) and you have food available 24/7. The staff, especially Max, are some of the nicest, patient, and most amazing
people you ll meet.

I had a loved one go through Beachway s program, and their treatment was, by far, the best. He had attempted rehab on several other occasions, with other treatment centers, and was not successful. Beachway made it easy for us every step of the way, starting by working with the insurance company, facilitating his individualized treatment plan, and now he s in Sober Living and has never felt better! I can honestly say he would not have made it this far without their excellent care. I highly recommend Beachway! Thank you to the entire staff!
Beachway helped save my life. Before coming to Beachway I only did rehab and no aftercare. Beachway showed me IOP options and living in a half way house would help in my recovery. As of today it has been working great. The staff was awesome and contuines to help me.
I went to Beachway therapy center in 2011. In just one short week I will be celebrating six years clean and sober!! I tried another center before coming to beachway and I felt like I was just another number to them. At beachway, I got all the 1 on 1 therapy that I needed. Beachway became like a family to me. I am still really involved with the alumni program! I would recommend this program every time! I went back to school and recently received my license to be a drug and alcohol counselor!!
