It's hard for me to put into words how grateful I am for the process and staff at Beachway Therapy. If not for Beachway I wouldn't be sitting here right now. I can say with absolute certainty my life was spared because of the wonderful program and people at Beachway. I can name every single person who works for this remarkable facility, and while my memory is still cloudy, I can easily recall in detail how each Technician, Therapist and staff member played a part in helping me to recover from what can only be expressed as an absolutely horrible existence.

The living facilities are nice and comfortable. I was happy to have a single room and 1 or 2 housemates. The group of clients was managed very well by staff. We became very close over a short period of time. Beachway set up their program to encourage us to help one another on a daily basis, to support each other during a very difficult time in our lives and to hold one another accountable. The process gave each of us the best opportunity possible to survive and be free. It was clear to me immediately the staff at Beachway truly understands we are fighting for our lives.

The daily program is run by a knowledgeable clinical director, therapists who are incredibly well-versed in addiction and staff/technicians who level the playing field by being informed and experience with the disease of addiction. They all understand the importance of a 12 step recovery program, sponsorship, getting connected to recovering alcoholics/addicts in the area and a solid aftercare plan to increase client odds of success. They work very hard to provide each client with a chance to build individualized programs of recovery. In conjunction with deep therapy into the pervasiveness of addiction and addict behavior in our lives, the program at Beachway sets clients up to realize success and a life of recovery. Staff encouraged me to get connected to a program, prompting me to get a sponsor who showed me how to live sober, took me on passes to meetings and worked steps with me. Because of Beachway I found something that eluded me for many years. I finally had hope.

I learned to live in the solution during my time at Beachway, and I m still practicing what I learned today. I ll never be able to repay Beachway for what they have done for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My children thank you. My mother, my father and my sister thank you. I have a second chance at life because of all of you. I m eternally grateful for the compassion shown, the direction given and the encouragement I received during my stay. Your program and people saved my life. Thank God for all of you.
