We just learned that the admissions specialist who saved our babys life is no longer at this center....that is the name and identification on the paper she sent us! I asked a very beloved friend of mine to post this question on this site because I was not sure what I was doing. We have not been able to get a hold of amanda and have been so concerned because she is one of the sole reasons we chose beachways center!!! We are very saddened by this news and we all are beside ourselves that we werent made aware of this or for us to even thank her or send her a gift or have an explanation...she saved a LIFE. Shame on you beachway for letting this angel walk out of your doors!!!She has been the only person capable on gods earth to get threw to our baby and make them smile in years and want...not even want..EXCITED to get help...years!!!! I have tried to reach out to her personally on the facebook application but have not got a response yet...we dont know if this breaks the hippa law and thats why she cant respond? We would like answers to this because she was the guardian angel that was sent to our family and was keeping an eye on them and are minds at peace! I will be waiting a response. I do no want to get my loved one kicked out of the program, ruin there progress from this or anyone to get in trouble,,,,,just an explanation!!!!!?? We are PRAYING she is still using her gift. It was like she was a friend as soon as we called the number.

We would like to provide an update on our loved ones situation because our first review may have been out of line and we did not wish to get anyone in trouble. He is doing well and we are very greatful for all the clinicians and staff at beach way who helped save his life. Since returning home he has been a theousand percent better,,,he is himself again!!! We received a response a few weeks ago from his old admissions counselor and she explained what the mix up was, that was a real stand up thing to do in our eyes admitting fault. This center is the real deal and provided the exact care that he needed. Thank you for healing his heart, we were really at wits end until we made the call. He completed his recommendation of the sober living program and we finally have him back. God bless you all and hugs and blessings to all the staff, your all truly miracle workers!!!!! Xoxo
