A shame. I was prepared to make a purchase on a new bike. I was told that I could not test ride my bike. I had 10 miles or 10 minutes. What kind of stupidness is this!? Even if they let you ride the bike in the parking lot, that would be better than this 10/10 thing. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Unknown to Preston at the time of conversation and pricing, he was dealing with a Yamaha outboard sales specialist. I most appreciated Preston s ability to answer all of the detailed questions about the Yamaha Viking VI Ranch and also his ability to give me exact out the door pricing over the phone. The purchase of a very expensive toy was made pleasurable by Preston's and Beach Blvd. Motorsports professionalism. If your experience is anything like mine, you ll be happy dealing with Preston at Beach Boulevard Motorsports.

I took the time to read some of the reviews posted here regarding individual experiences at Beach Blvd Motorsports and as with any business transaction, you are going to have a small number of negative experiences and if you read into some of those negative reviews you will find that they (the reviewer) set higher expectations or results for themselves.

I had three separate experiences; with members of the Maintenance Department, Parts/Accessories Department and the Sales Department.

My first experience; I came in around 25 minutes before the closing of the service department, Mike, gladly took my information, got a mechanic to wheel my bike in and perform the services that I had requested and I will add, at a lot more reasonable price than quoted at two other locations.

My second experience; While waiting for my bike to be serviced, I was approached by a salesman (Mike, had warned me that I was going into a war zone). Preston, was not pressing, he just asked the right questions and offered to pay for the services being rendered if we could make a deal. Regretfully, we were not able to get me financed through Suzuki and I rode home with my bike.

A week later, Preston called me and told me that he could get me into the bike that I was looking at. The owner was conducting end of year inventory reduction and Preston gave me first crack at that beautiful 2013 Suzuki Boulevard C50T (with 2 miles on the odometer). I immediately contacted my Credit Union, had Preston send information to them and viola - approved. I advised Preston that I could not pick up the bike until the next day because of my work schedule. He asked me what time I got off and made a promise to wait for me that same evening. Needless to say his willingness to see me ride off into the sunset (more like darkness) was one of the qualities that will have me coming back to Beach Blvd Motorsports for all my bike needs.

My third experience, Preston's follow up, he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

I know this was long but if the experience is one that leaves you satisfied, take the time to write about it.

I was looking to buy a motorcycle, one of the sales man didn t know nothing and went another day to gives them another try and the other sales person was worst. When I asked him if he could get a better price he responded if you don t like the price then this might not be the bike for you . He was right my bike was in Orlando $1,500 cheaper.....

Just bought a new ranger boat and doug was my guy and new friend. He is very professional and kind, not a typical salesman. Clay the GM came and spoke with me which I enjoyed and Dovan the finance manager was fast and great. No one here wasted any of my time and I was treated like I was the only customer there. The service dept is very knowledgable of their products and not just a group of young kids. In closing I made the right choice by choosing this dealership and recommend anyone to give them a shot for your business.

Terrific selection of new and used motorcycles of all types. They even carry the zero all electric motorcycles which are a glimpse of the future. They had some awesome used gas powered ones for very reasonable prices including 2 Honda Gold wings one of which was in pristine condition for its age at a bargain price. I might have gotten it if I didn t already have an old one sitting in my garage. I m still seriously considering the zero although I didn t get to write it on the road because it was raining the day I went there to check it out

Recently bought a motorcycle from here. Preston was the sales rep that I had the opportunity to speak with. He was helpful with the overall process on acquiring a motorcycle . Overall basically, the whole staff there are all very kind and courteous and treat you with respect.

Great experience. I bought a 2021 KTM 350 and got a great deal. It was such a smooth process. Then a month later I traded in a YZ250 and bought another KTM 350 - this will be my race bike. I got a great price for my trade and again a great sales experience. Doug the sales associate was great to work with. The dealership is one of the best and I ve been buying bikes since 1981!

Fastest credit check I've seen in 28years. Walked in asked about a recreational vehicle. Asked about pricing did credit check literally 15 seconds later has answer with same price prior to asking. Went to atlantic powersports where they actually ran my credit! And gave me a fair rate.

Repair orders padded labor. The labor rate they charge, I get that , but u don't need, a full mechanic to do meneal task. They pad the labor, an expert mechanic, could actually performed task in 1/2 the time. Check labor hrs on Internet. Protect your self.

Great customer service. Just took a long time for approval. I'm sure the reasoning is because they were super busy, it was a Saturday, the banks were working from home.

Poor customer services in the services department. Have my brand new boat for a simple fix over a week and never call me for update, and never fix it. Have to pick up the boat and get it fix elsewhere. This s the second time. I will not recommend.

I brought my 2014 KTM 1190 Adventure in about a month ago to have a few issues checked out. A clunk coming from the front end while going over bumps and braking, a small amount of headshake at lower speeds, and a slow start. I told them to check for an ECU update for the slow start and to adjust the steering head bearings since that is what I had done to repair the issue in the past. Steve, the service manager, made me approve an hour diag in the beginning but told me if anything they found was warrantable I would not be charged. I contacted them several days later to find out what was going on and was surprised to hear him tell me that there was nothing wrong with my bike, that all of my issues were normal. He explained that the slow starting was normal, the clunk when going over bumps and braking was the brake pads moving in the caliper (pad shift), and that my headshake was caused by a combination of my bars being up so high (1.5" Rox risers) and the fact that I was riding around with the steering damper set to comfort mode. This bike is equipped with an electronically adjustable damping system that can be adjusted through a menu on the dash, this setting affects the damping of the suspension only, the steering damper is non-adjustable and doesn't even have a connector going to it so I knew he was lying. He said they were unable to get a hold of the manufacturer on any of theses issues but I could come pick up the bike whenever I was ready. I was still going to be responsible for the 1 hour diag he wanted to charge to sit around and come up with these lies of course.

Long story short, I contacted KTM, KTM told them to reflash the ECU and tighten the steering head bearings because these were both well known issues.. They did end up reflashing the ECU but still refused to touch the steering head. I ended up wasting a bunch of my time and still paying them $57 to lie to me about what was wrong with my bike. Steve accused me of giving him a hard time with it and calling the manufacturer to complain. I guess he was really looking forward to collecting my $107 without touching the bike and was still mad about having to do the reflash.

I took the bike to RideNow Powersports in Ocala and told them what was going on with it. They contacted KTM on their own, got instructions, and followed them without me having to argue to get them to do their jobs. They tightened the steering head bearings to KTMs updated, increased torque spec and now everything is good. No more clunk, no more headshake. The bike handles like its on rails and everything was covered under warranty, quickly, and with no drama.

Stay away from Beach Boulevards service department. They would rather charge you "diag" and then pretend there is nothing wrong with your bike then fix it under warranty and file a claim with the manufacturer. I sent an email to Andy Kent about my experience almost a month ago and still have not heard back from him.

These guys know what they are doing! They built an airbox for my Suzuki SV 1000S. This was a huge improvement in performance over the power commander that was installed by another shop! They also tuned up my Yamaha Warrior XV1700. Both bikes run great!

Excellent. Was looking for a brand new Yamaha v star 250. They had 2 now they have 1. It's was kind of a complex deal (3rd party private lender). They got me in and out in less than an hour.

Poor sales personnel and following up on inquiry. Had to call sales personnel on 4 occasions in 3 days to get info. After 4th call he said would have info to me in 10 min. Sent me a text message with a stupid number that would insult anyone with an IQ the temperature of a sunny day in the summer-complete waste of time with these people. Who in the hell performs business in excess of 20k on text message? I have a strong suspicion they are not into customers that have no need to finance. This way they don't have anyway to hide additional fees and profits in their deals. Sorry not my cup of tea, may work out for others.

Purchased a Motorcycle through craigslist from outside of the USA
The advertisement said that the bike was 100% it did not need
anything. Got the bike shipped only to find out that the rear tire
was so bad that I could not get it certified. Spoke to the manager
and he assured that the Bike was looked at and was perfect.
Sent him pictures of the tire on the Motorbike to prove to him that
the tire was bad. He agreed, I spent $ 185.00 for tire and installation
Beach Blvd sent me a cheque for just over $ 100.00 how fair is that.
I will not deal with them again, they lack honesty.

Not a bad selection or location. I walked the entire showroom, even threw a leg over a few bikes, never to be greeted or offered assistance. I personally don't like a pesky sales person, but it is nice to at least have the offer, or an inquiry as to my needs.

Awful, do not do business here. Tells you one thing on the phone and another when you get there. I rate them as no stars quite honestly. They also charge high dealer fees (additional dealer profit) and mark up freight almost $200. Stay away.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Preston was my salesman and he gave me the best price i could find on my ski and i know that because i received quotes all the way down to dealerships in orlando. Not only did they beat other dealership prices by a significant amount but the whole process from start to finish (bout 1 1/2 hours) was rather quick as i had my two children with me. If you are in the market for a ski definitly check this place out if u dont u will regret it. If you want a casual non pressuring sales experience dont forget to ask for preston!

Steve L. was great to work with! He and Zero HQ sorted out my 2014 SR under warranty and got it running right. He always called to keep me posted on progress and obviously enjoys his work and his customers.

When I bought my first bike I shopped all the Moto stores in town. Beach Blvd Motor Sports is the only place that greeted me at the door with a smile. I've bought 8 motorcycles from Clay and Tj in the past few years and they have been the same great people every time. The atmosphere is fun the inventory is awesome (go team Yamaha!!) New or used. I won't shop anywhere else.

I have bought several bikes here and got each of them serviced here! I used to live just down the road from them, now its over an hour to get to them. Its worth the drive when you find someone you trust.

The prices online look great. I was promptly called the following morning about an inquiry I placed on CycleTrader. Drove two hours down after not being able to get a otd price over the phone. After running the numbers at the store and after $1,000 towards the bike they showed a total number of $480 more than the asking price. This is with 1k down. Get the f out of here. 4% sales tax on said bike is approximately $100. So you mean to tell me the dealer fees etc are over 1k? For real? On a dirtbike? I just said thank you and left. It was so far off it wasn't worth haggling with them. The mismatch of the numbers were enough for me to just walk out. I had every intention of buying that bike and just paying cash. Nah. Come on man. They were friendly enough and they do have some nice bikes, but with the math they're doing, I won't be going back. If you plan on going, know that the Internet price is a farce. At least my local dealer will give you a otd price over the phone and his fees are nowhere near the figures that they scribbled down even though tax here would be 7%.

I highly recommend this business! They are helpful, understanding, and really put their customers first. My husband and I purchased an R3 for myself and Dave was more than I could have hoped for. He strived to give us the best deal and work with our schedule, as my husband and I both work full time jobs he was able to have my motorcycle delivered to me! Beach Blvd. motorsports is fantastic!

"I had been think about getting an exhaust system for my Honda Hawk GT ever since I got it, but when I finally went to pull the trigger, I found that the exhaust (by M4) had just gone out of production. I looked all over and found that all of the places that offered the pipe for sale were selling on spec and could not actually produce the pipe they offered. Several pulled the product from their offereings, but several continue to fraudulently offer products they cannot provide. Even calls to M4 (as a customer) were fruitless. Then came Steve Norton! Steve generously offered a proposal on the Hawk GT Facebook page to organize a group buy to get these pipes built. In doing so, Beach Blvd Motorsports would carry a set number of pipes in stock to fill the required amount for the build and make this happen. Their pricing was VERY reasonable and no one, and I mean NO ONE else was willing to take that chance. I was a little leery of handing over hundreds of dollars in advance to someone I had never done business with and whose location was a thousand miles from my home, but Steves sincerity, regular accessibility and feedback gave me confidence and I took the chance. It took several weeks but we finally got all the ducks in a row and the order was placed. My pipe arrived just the other day. I could not be more pleased!!! Thank you to Steve Norton and Beach Blvd Motorsports for making this happen!!! As I mentioned Beach Blvd Motorsports took several M4 exhaust systems for the Honda NT650 Hawk GT for in stock sale, so if you have a Hawk GT (and if you dont, you should, they are amazing bikes) and you want the best exhaust system for one, Steve is the guy to see and BBM is the ONLY place that can actually deliver one. Last I checked, their prices STILL remain very reasonable!!! I cannot thank them or recommend them enough!"

Came in the dealership about 2:00 pm to browse for a bike. Walked around, didn t get not one single bit of acknowledgement. Went near the maintenance desk where two employees were at and they looked me right in my face and didn t say anything. I continued browsing and noticed 3 desks where salespeople where sitting. Not one of them came up, said hello or anything. Spent about 20 minutes in the shop and a maintenance man comes out upset talking to his boss about there s no help in the back. Walked right by them and guess what? Still no acknowledgement. Walked past all the desks again where they were sitting and then walked to my car to look up another dealership. If you can t acknowledge a customer, you damn sure ain t getting my money.

Poor customer service. They engaged me with a what do you want and get out attitude. I asked if they carried exhaust for hayabusa because I saw a exhaust on the wall and I was told that they are a parts store not a chrome shop or something like that. No need for the extra comments. Won't see me there again.. or recommend.

BBMS has a great staff that is willing to work with to get you riding right away! My salesman Brian was very helpul and knowledgable and the bike they sold me is everything they said it would be! I suggest everyone get their bike here!!

I purchased a new Yamaha 242 S. I called in Thursday around 3pm and 24hrs later Jeff was delivering my new boat to my doorstep. The boat is gorgeous the deal was amazing and the customer service is superior........... UPDATE.....I've had the boat for 4 months now. Do not buy Yamaha Jet Boats. They do not tell you that the boats are not MMEA 2k compatible and aftermarket fish finders and nav units cannot be connected to the engines. They do not even have an adapter or gateway available. If you're serious about boating/fishing and not just piddling around in the river do not buy a Yamaha jet boat. If you call Yamaha customer service people just try to get you off the phone or direct you to a dealer instead of making an actual effort to come up with a solution. Thanks for a 70k usless playtoy Yamaha. I'll remove this review when Yamaha provides me with a way to use the electronics in my boat that I choose. Not their proprietary Connext junk. Update.......8-8-20.More great stuff from YAMAHA! Now the ignition panel has just fallen off. Apparently not strong enough glue??? for Florida heat. Is this thing assembled with glue sticks? Thats sire what it look like. Maybe 5200 next time or maybe a mechanical fastner that doesn't use glus??? Seriously guys?? 70k for this junk???? Does lemon law apply to boats???Thanks for a quality 2020 BRAND NEW boat falling apart after 4 months. LOL WHAT A JOKE THIS GARBAGE IS!!!!!! DONT BUY YAMAHA!!!

A True Story Of Greed .... They knew this but did not tell me.
$650.00 STOLEN
Bike quit on me on I95 in Jacksonville. So I had it towed to this place.
They said I needed a new fuel pump.
When I asked for the old pump back .. IT WAS ONLY A LOOSE WIRE. I asked why they did not just solder the wire (the answer is obvious to me) I was told by The Owner that Suzuki did not allow that.
......... Yet his other store (now closed) soldered it for me @ $ 55.00 ( a little steep for 3 min. work, but OK.)
When I went back to the owner with this information he offered to re-install my old pump for 2 hrs labor $170.00, but Would Not refund or take the new pump back that I NEVER NEEDED .
......And he Fired the poor guy who soldered the wire. Not the Svc. Mgr. who ordered him to solder it.
Had they told me the truth I could have taken it 100 other places and had the problem fixed for under $200.00

Good selection and knowledgeable staff. The new Zero electric bikes are in stock and cheaper than other brands. You can test drive and decide for yourself whether something is for you. No high pressure tactics experienced.

This was my first experience with Beach Blvd. Powersports. Glen was excellent to deal with and the price was fair. The bike was prepped and delivered quickly.

"Ive been coming into BBM for years.. Mostly just to order stuff from the parts department. I walked in to pick up some parts and I saw a leftover 2019 gsxr 1000. Ive owned several dozen motorcycles but never purchased a brand new one. Brian made it simple and easy. It was nearly impossible to walk away from that bike for the price and it took maybe 10 minutes to fill out some paperwork. Terrible service, they don't care about you AT ALL after you purchase from them. When I have questions regarding my motorcycle I bought there, they always pawn you off on another department. Salesmen have little knowledge of merchandise on the floor. Sell you things you don't need, don't back up their products, the list goes on. Don't waste your time, WORST buying experience of my life. PS-DO NOT BUY A CALAMP tracking device. They sell for over $1,000 and all it does is drain your battery and ruin your life. Then, they won't do anything about it.

This place is great, moved to jacksonville florida about a year ago and wanted to find a good shop with great people to work with. I found it with beach Blvd. Always helpful and a great knowledgeable staff. Will be using them when it's time for a new KTM!

Short and sweet. Charged me 30 to mount my rear tire. They chipped the powder coat and told me that's just par for mounting tires. They gave me 10 dollars and told me to go someplace else next time. As if I had ever planed on coming back.

I received a great deal on my trade. Andy was was very helpful without being pushy. Overall great experience and I would definitely purchase here again.

I bought a CB300R from Jeff at beach blvd power sports, and it literally could not have been any easier. Jeff wasn't pushy, he didn't pressure me at all, and at no point in time did I feel like I was talking to a sales person. He worked with me through financing, and even kept me entertained with some good conversation while we were waiting for things to process. On my way from PA to Bimini via waverunner, with a stop in Jacksonville. Ski wouldn't start 1000 miles from home and my vacation was looking like it was gonna be canceled. Enter Mike Stratton. Called the dealership for no other reason than they were the closet to me and what a surprise. After laying out my issue, Mike said "come on over and lets have a look". From the look of the dealership, it is the usual summer blitiz, but Mike came out greeeted me and got to work imediatly. I was expecting the worst, but Mike had me up and running within 30 mins. Even though my battery was fully charged when I left, and only 2 years old, it was almost dead. Mike said we have batteries here, gave me the brand and model and had the new 1 installed in minutes, also checked the charging system which was fine. Talk about excellent customer service. Wish they were a little bit closer to PA. They would have my business 100% of the time.

Recently had my R6 front tire changed. Well a couple days later I notice a nocking sound so when I get home and inspect. 2 bolts are missing from my front tire fender (cowling). I call the dealer told them that they forgot to put back the bolts. They argued that they dont take the cowling off to change a tire. The dealership didnt do anything about it except give me 2 bolts without the nuts that didn't fit. And reminded me they are not responsibl. Never Again nor do I recommend

I had an excellent experience dealing with Preston. My deal was an online deal. I was in New York when I put a deposit on the 09 Kawasaki Concours 1400 to hold it for a short time. I asked many annoying questions trying to get as much info on the bike as possible and to make sure I didn't get taken for a ride somehow when I got there. Preston didn't skip a beat, he answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure that all was in order when I got there. The bike met all my expectations and then some. Preston was a pleasure to deal with, in fact, when the dust settles, and I'm able to purchase a brand new bike, I'll be taking a trip to Beach Blvd Motorsports to deal with Preston again.

Some times after making an expensive purchase you may find yourself second guessing your decision. I'm not second guessing my decision to buy a CForce 500s from Beach Blvd Motorsports. This is such a solid and fun ATV. We just love it. The colors of these ATVs look so much better in person than in photos or videos. Everything on our unit works great. The salesman Jeff was great, and answered all my questions. This ATV is so much better than the Honda, we were considering that I'm now glad the Honda dealers actions pushed me in the direction of CFMoto.
