I want to take the time to stop over here and talk about Beach Blvd Motorsports. From the time that we walk in until we finalize the deal, they treat us like five stars VIP members. We went to buy a 2019 Special Edition Raptor and came out with the raptor and a Suzuki RMX450Z for our son too. My experience was so good that I talked about it in my motorcycle group and already some went there... two raptors and two Jet skies later everybody is happy and more members of the group are planing on receiving the awesomeness customer service too. If you have the chance stop by and you will see!!!

Bought my new VStar from Glen - he was knowledgeable, friendly, knew a lot about this bike - as well as others. I'd gotten a lot of run around from First Coast MS in St Augustine - no haggling with Glen, it was what it was and that was that. I did a lot of research - before and after my purchase. Price was fair and felt like a I got a decent deal and felt like I was treated well - both at purchase time and on return trips for service and for just general questions. I'd buy another bike from this shop.

Jeremy and the other desk staff were so patient and kind. I appreciate their help and explanations to help me get my note back up and running. I've become a customer for life because of their kindness.

Just bought a Yamaha R1 2018 and got a great deal with a friendly staff. Glen was a big help in getting me the bike I wanted and the rest of staff involved also.

The sales staff and manager lied about bout purchasing a used motorcycle. I called ahead, describing the make, model, and year of the bike. After riding across town, they informed me that they wouldn't purchase a bike of that make and model. I feel like the sales staff was screwing with me since I originally said I wanted to trade in the bike for a new one, but later changed my mind. After reading the other reviews, I wouldn't trust these people.

So far so good. I'm nervous with people in my engines do too many bad experience in the past. I just brought my bike and today and they gave it a look-over. I hope by the end of next week I will have more to say about this place. I hope I will be using the service from now on I do not like working on my own engines anymore I am tired. I will give a 5-star when I find out what kind of place this is. So far they have been courteous with good customer service and honest.

Called to ask about a UTV and they hung up in my face after informing they didn t sell the brand I asked about.

We met Brian, a rep from Beach Motorsports, and he showed us a Waverunner at the Nocatee boat show and we later went to their store on Beach Blvd. We bought 1 Waverunner for now. Also purchased a small floating dock to store it on. Brian was great to do transaction with. Super honest, knowledgeable, and he coordinated with the dock supplier, and he coordinated their delivery of the yamaha to our closest boat launch to put it in the water and their driver placed into water for us and gave us the keys for a simple trip to our newly installed dock. The dock supplier said he gave us priority service because we were with Beach blvd Motordports a great company to work with. We ve used our new waverunner many times since then and love it. Thank you Brian!

Excellent service, I recommend for parts and service

I just got back into riding motorcycles again after a few years out, My Son had purchased an old 1995 Yamaha Virago 1100 for me, to get me back into riding again, except now, with him on his bike. So after a little coaxing, ( not much) I got back into it. So to be safe, I decided to take it to Beach Blvd Motorsports, and I got to tell you they did one great job, going through everything , giving good advice what to do,rebuilding what was neccessary, some good tires, and now I have one jam right Virago. Jeremy at the Service Center was right on top of everything. I recommend Beach Blvd Motorsports to anyone for Motorcycle or Marine motorsports. Thanks Guys for a great experience. R. S. Corley

Bad experience there, they check my credit in 15 second.... No good attention for Latin people

They treated me with kindness and was more than willing to do what ever it take to get what I needed.

Came here for a check on some work I did, liked them so much I sat around while they did some work. Deff. my new go to for my motorcycle.

I mostly buy parts and complete my own repairs for my 2 stroke bikes. Parts counter guys are great! I have also used the service department for repairs beyond my scope and they were fair. And I have spoken with sales associates regarding both mx bikes and boats and they were always helpful and never pushy.

My brother and I went there to get KTM 350s and were treated well and with respect. Really helpful sales crew Tyler was a good representative. Their general manager was super helpful and even help with the financing and paperwork. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Not long ago I bought a new busa from these guys. They were then and in subsequent visits very friendly and professional. They knew what they were talking about and answered all questions I had. They even came and got my bike from me while I was working to install the slider bars (nice flush cut install) and brought it back to my job. I brought my bike back for the first service, was greeted by salesmen who remembered their customer. I talked to at least 1 person in every department that day, got some good advise and after about an hour on the comfy couch in front of the big screen with a ps3 in the a/c, I was on my way with no issues. The GPS tracker they installed in my bike works as intended. It's been an all around great experience so far. Absolutely nothing to complain about even if I wanted to. Wait wait..... Nope nothing.

A COMPLETE AND UTTER NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!

I was in the market for a PWC and had my eye on the 2018 GP 1800. It is a lot of money, but I thought I would see if I could qualify for a loan. I qualified over the phone and they told me everything I wanted to hear. Then the lies and deception surfaced.

First they told me I would have a full tank of gas, which was a lie. They only gave me a quarter tank. First hour in the water, I broke down at 6pm. Due to the Resonator not being installed correctly. I was stranded for 4 hours in the rain with two children, into the night. When I called them, all they could say was its operator error 99.9% of the time and that I must of did something wrong.

They offered no help. I eventually got towed and got home at 2am. They do not inspect the internal components of their units and just expect everything inside to be good from the factory. Then they told me I would have a cover in two days, It took a week after I told them it would be outside and that I needed a cover asap.

Then a Yamaha credit card came in the mail. At no point, was I informed that I did not qualify for the regular loan and that it was converted to a credit card. I thought I was getting a loan that would help my credit. Instead they deceived me and made me think it was a regular loan.

They maxed out a credit card they issued through Yamaha. Now my credit will be hurt, due to a maxed out credit card I cannot pay down soon enough. Their response was, you should of read the fine print. All these people care about, is screwing you over in every way possible and making as much money off you as they can.

Once they get what they want you are left alone and helpless, as they hide behind their shrouded policies. They even make a killing off of selling Yamaha warranties and gap coverage. Unless you have money to throw away, do not get a Yamaha period. But if you must go Yamaha, please find another dealer for your own Mental/financial health.

Yamaha and dealers are separate. The dealer is allowed to do what ever they want. So don t think Yamaha can help you at all. This has been by far, the worst experience of my life. The entire time I was treated as a burden and just another profit margin.

I left this review to prevent any future misery and false expectations. Do not trust this business. They are master deceivers and will say what ever it takes to fool you.

I took my motorcycle in due to some electrical problems. Steve, Mike and staff took great care of the issue. They endured my occasional calls for updates, answered my questions and were true to their word every step of the way. They will be my "go to" stop regarding "all things motorcycle" as long as I have one. Give them an opportunity to earn your business!!!

Exellent service, very proffesional and helpful. I had a problem they got the solution. It is fun to shop motorcycle parts when you meet so nice and helpfull people. I highly recommend this place.

Service department is top notch! Needed a new chain put on. I came in last min. Not a problem they took my bike in and got the job done in a timely and professional manner.

We drove 6 hours from the Panhandle of Florida to buy a boat from Beach Boulevard Motorsports and Marine. Why would we do that? Because after talking with Doug, seeing the inventory that BBMS has to offer, and feeling that we were being treated fair and honest, we just had to make the drive to see it for ourselves. From the moment we entered the store, to meeting Doug, seeing the boats, and then making an informed choice, we had to buy it. Sitting down with TJ, who is a professional at what he does, and him working directly with our bank to made sure everything was done correctly, we had no problem signing the documents to seal the deal. Then Doug introduced us to the owner, who was sincere and interested about meeting us, and took the time to talk not only about us buying a boat, but also about where we were from and how were we doing, we knew that place was the right place to be at to make our purchase. Our boat is still there waiting on parts we ordered to come in and be installed, and also for warranted items to be taken care of that not only I pointed out, but Doug did as well, but we are not worried one bit cause we know it will all be done right. We can't wait to get it home and show it off as there are not very many Ranger Bay 2510s in our area (maybe 2 ) but once people start seeing ours, they are gonna want to know where we got it, and we will definitely tell them where and that the drive to Jacksonville will be well worth their time...

hit me with the Bait and switch, Had everythign signed and some "banking error" left me only able to buy a bike 4000 dollars more than what i agreed upon. The manager thought he could take advantage of me, and he will get you too. Find a different shop.

Thanks to Mr. Glenn for selling me a 2020 Yamaha EX Delusxe jet ski. I am enjoying it so much and will be back to purchase a bigger toy next year.

Terrible parts customer service. I called for a part for my bike I ride a Kawasaki dealer the guy was rude as all get out because he doesn't deal with Kawasaki. When he found out I don't ride the makes he offers he seemed to change his attitude towards negative town. Basically if you want to deal with jerkoffs ...go here.

Haven t took my jet skis out on the water in over a year, didn t feel comfortable in going out with the family so I made sure they got my watercrafts water ready. Thank you guys for all you did

Single best dealership I've been to in Jacksonville so far. Parts are always on time when they're not in stock. The parts guys are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The salesmen are informative without being pushy and always willing to take their time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Will be returning to buy my next bike, and every part I need for it and my current one, from BBMS.

They spam their craigslist listings so search results in Jacksonville are a pain to look through. Try searching "KTM" in Jacksonville and see what comes up.

Alex and the guys met all my expectations. I went to look at CF moto 600. Realized that I like the touring model the best but they had sold the last one earlier that day. We sat down and worked out a deal few days later. I told them color does not mater but I did like the camo best which is 300.00 dollar upgrade. To my surprise Alex called me next day let know to come back in they had found one. When I got there it was the camo model and they agreed to not mark it up 300.00. They did not pressure me in any way and met all my expectations

Glen helped me purchase my new GSXR 600. Relaxed, laid back, no pressure. We came in late to pick it up after it was ready and he still helped us without a problem.

Stopped in last Sunday to check out a couple bikes. Was greeted by Doug. Nice, friendly, no pressure. Told me all about the bikes I was looking at. Didn't make me feel like an idiot. Finally turned me on to the brand new 2017 KTM that I ended up buying two days later. He was also willing to compare other brands for me that I was going to look at later that day. Jeremy in parts and accessories was really helpful and friendly. Jay the tech also spent a couple minutes with me. Clay in finance was also friendly with no pressure. I felt really comfortable buying from these guys.

Mike in service is top notch. Have been going here for all of my needs for an old machine and they are very knowledgeable in every way. Great group to do business with and you don't here that like ever...

Got my dream bike (again) and this place did it again. They hit the mark even better second time but no complaints on my first purchase either. Staff is great all around from parts to sales to service. When im radii for my next (3rd) ktm I'll definitely be coming back to this store.

I've sat on a lot of bikes and they always give me plenty of space. If I have questions, I just ask. The same with their riding gear. I have made purchases there and will do so again when needed.

Allow me to express how highly disappointed I am at BEACH BLV MOTORSPORTS service department and how awful their service is!

We dropped our jet skis off 6 weeks ago now with the following issues (mainly warranty) stated.... 2 broken glove box covers, a broken gas cap, and a vibration/whining noise which i stated to (Mike) at the service counter, that it probably has a bad bearing in the drive line somewhere. For the past three weeks we have been told that our skis will be ready on Friday. Well Friday would come, and the weekend would pass AGAIN with no call. WE Call Tuesday morning with the same responses, I m sorry it ll be ready Friday. The following Wednesday comes and we are told our impeller on one ski needs to be replaced and we give the go ahead to do the work on both skis, as well as replace the wear rings on both while they are there. We hang up the phone with the same promised delivery day again, FRIDAY! Friday comes and we get a call that one of the parts were damaged during shipping and won t be in and ready till Tuesday.... okayyyyy things happen what ever, ok just get it done ASAP!!! Same response again!!! (Okay it ll be ready this Friday we promise!!!) It s now Saturday and we are just being told the bearing in the pump that they just had completely apart to fix the impeller is shot..... Now If we rewind about 6 weeks ago when I dropped these things off, remember I stated there was a bearing going bad??? Why wouldn t you check the bearings if the customer stated that that s what was going wrong!????!!! Now we are stuck another week waiting Again!!! THANKS A LOT BEACH BLV MOTORSPORTS!!!

Searched all over the southeast for the right deal on the 2015 YZ 250... Finally found it with Beach Boulevard Motorsports they had the best deal by far...and I really appreciated Brian Tipton working the deaI and delivering the bike two thumbs up thanks guys !!

Great, easy experience purchasing my used 2015 Yamaha FZ6R.

They seemed nice enough but I decided to look elsewhere as they aren't very responsive. I figure if it's this hard to get a response from someone when looking to buy then I don't even want to know what the after sales support would be like.

This was my 1st time purchasing a motorcycle from a dealership, with that said I had reached out to the dealership via email and I got a reply back and after a few emails, stating I was looking for and that the bike was located at another dealership 150 miles away and if they could help me with tracking down the bike.
Tyler B. was my salesman and he is amazing. I decided to make a visit to the dealership and meet with Tyler B. and talk with him face to face and right off the back he was responsive understanding and willing to work with me and what I wanted. I never once did I fell that he was trying to up-sell me which kept us on the same page. I always felt that he was being honest with me, and all he wanted was to get me the bike I wanted at the best price.
Although I wasn't ready to purchase for reasons outside of my control, we stayed in contact and any question I had he quickly answered, he still worked with me as if I was. Not once did he bother me as if he was chasing a commission.
With all this said, my 1st time purchasing from a Dealership was very pleasant and I look forward to doing more business with Tyler B. and the team.

I attempted to purchase a new Yamaha Grizzly atv from this dealer and could not get them to give me a price, call me back, or sell me one. I called, visited the store, and online chatted and each time was told someone would get back with me. I spent two weeks trying to give them my business. I m not sure if they thought I didn t have the money or what. I went to their competitor, RideNow, reached a deal within an hour, and purchased my new 2019 Yamaha Grizzly 700 EPS SE. I will drive across town to their competition for all my service and parts needs due to the poor customer service at Beach Blvd Motorsports. I highly recommend you do the same.

Friendly people and gave me a good price almost close to what was the advertised price out the door. Wish selection was better on off road but still have a lot if different items. Even helped me load. Seem like good guys. Will return.

i got approved for a loan to buy a used motorcycle but you cannot test drive it...
when is the last time anyone bought a vehicle that they didn't test drive... ridiculous.
they told me to pay for and then I get ten minutes or ten miles to return it. WHAT A JOKE!
I am taking my money elsewhere and suggest you do the same....

We purchased a motorcross bike and ran into a slight motor issue after about 7 hrs of ride time. After calling the service and financing manager we where contacted by the Owner,(Andy). After his call he had us bring it in and is having his guys tear it down at no cost to us. This service is above and beyond what any other shop would do. Great to do business with and would recommend them to anyone. Can't wait until our next purchase!!!

I purchased a Yamaha TTR 110, and a Yamaha TTR 230. The staff was awesome to deal with, primarily Preston. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped and showed me how to load the bikes in the back of my truck. Explained everything in detail and made several calls after the purchase to make sure everything was going good. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again, they were great to deal with.

After trying to work with another dealership in Jacksonville and being told that they refused to help me, saying there was no way I was going to buy a bike from them because I wouldn't drive all the way to Jacksonville (this was over the phone). Funny enough, after talking to Preston for a few minutes about what I was looking for, I drove to Jacksonville to buy a bike, because he had the level of professionalism necessary to earn my business. I had a great experience working with Preston as he was very knowledgeable about the KX450, that I purchased, which made for a very easy decision and purchase process.

I would definitely recommend Beach Blvd Motorsports, especially Preston.

(I would even drive back to Jacksonville to buy from them again)

Keep a close eye on these folks when it comes to final pricing. They love to play games. Ask them to break down any final offer and question the break down.

Tyson Preston and the rest staff at BBMS was awesome and always takes care of my needs. I would recommend them if ever in need for a motorcycle.

Unlike other car sales places these guys want you to shop around before deciding. We first went there 3 years ago, they were happy we wanted to take our time with deciding. The information is very factual and they care more for your safety.

A big pro: Driving a new bike can be an adjustment and they know it. They will deliver the bike to you for free so you don't have to fight with beach boulevard traffic with a new bike you are still learning. When I make my purchase it will be at this location.

Not sure how these guys expect to sell anything when they won't give you a price. I took the time on Wednesday to narrow down my choices of jet skis to three models. The salesman Glenn did a great presentation until the end. When I asked for out-the-door prices on each, he took my email address and said he would send the prices the next day. Thursday passed and no email was sent. On Friday I called well after lunch and spoke with the salesman. He said he was busy and would call back. I was busy with work and we exchanged phone calls three times. I asked him on the third call to email the prices. He agreed but they never were sent. I called and spoke to Clay the Gen Mgr. He stated that he would give me a price but not his best price because I would go to a competitor and they would beat his deal and miss my sale. I told him that was old school and he would definitely lose the sale if he didn't give me a price. Originally I had no intentions of shopping a competitor. Clay finally agreed at 5pm on Friday to email the prices. It is now Saturday and no email. I guess they limit their sales to impulse buyers that sign on the first visit. I will definitely shop a competitor now and buy from someone who doesn't play old school games. All they had to do is make it easy and give me a price on the first visit! I do not recommend Beach Blvd Motorsports. I have no desire to own a product that would require service at a business that is not up front in the pricing process.

MOTORCYCLE FOOTPEG AND REAR BRAKE LEVER DETACHED ON HIGHWAY AFTER SERVICE. The tech did not tighten it on and it could have ended badly. Service manager offered a free oil change. I normally do my own services like that. I now have a child so tried to take them up on it and they failed to note it on my records so refused to offer it and then questioned the need to take the footpeg off for the original service as if I was making up the entire story.

I needed an oil change, the guys there immediately got my bike in and got it done, the price was great and they didn't try to upsell me anything, just did what I needed and got me on my way. I'll definitely be going to them for any of my future needs.

Quick and easy, in and out service. Was there at most 30-45 minutes and was out with my new purchase. Highly recommended.

Just bought a 19 fx cruiser HO from Terrance and couldn't be happier. From calling him the day before talking about my trade in which I got a fair price for. To the next morning I was only there an hour and 20 minutes and I was on my way to the water with my brand new ski. It was an incredibly easy and fast process. No pressure from anyone and everyone was happy to answer any questions I had. Go see Terrance he's the man.

My 2014 VMAX broke down on I-295 and I looked up nearby Yamaha service centers when Beach blvd Motorsports came up. Called the location and
they were super polite and patient.When I got there, Matt and Bill from service helped me get a detailed estimate,they were very patient and
professional as I worked my way through the process .The person from parts whom I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in giving me the pricing on the parts the bike needed.
Again Matt was very helpful reaching out regarding the battery replacement and also when I went in to pick up the bike.

Overall a great experience at Beach Blvd. Motorsports & Marine .Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends

The sales team is awesome no hassle buying this is my second purchase for motorcycle at BEACH BOULEVARD motorsports . They have an awesome service department that I trust .

I had called the man before going in. He would not give me any price info over the phone. He explained to me he would give my the best price to earn my local buiseness. He also said they would price match anyone. I went to buy a bike with a MSRP of $6459. Guy came back with $8100 out the door. I gave him an email for a competitor for $7000 OTD. He acted like I had attacked and phsically harmed him. I don't need drama from a salesman. Best he came back with was $7200 and that was with him taking money from his child's college fund. No thanks.

I will never buy another item from this store ever again. Not only were they $2000.00 over everyone else but they sold me a maintenance package and said if wasnt use when I sell the wave runner that it can be cancelled and refunded back to me. After only having for a couple of months and seeing how bad they ripped me off, I sold the wave runner and now they wont do my refund. The maintenance was never even used. This is horrible business and are complete liars. I will not recommend this dealer ever. You should run as fast as you can from them. They are very dishonest and will over charge you on everything. Stay away.

" I called around, and personally went to several Ktm dealers in my area of south Georgia north Florida. Local dealer would not work with me on the price of a brand new KTM 85SX, and they would have to order it. 2weeks or more out. Made one phone call to Doug Bevan, explained to him that I had cash money. I wanted the absolute best price out the door he was able to do. Usually dealerships will not give you the best price over the phone, but I explained I was 2.5hrs away. He replied make him an offer. Within five minutes he was calling me back and I was headed 2.5hrs down to his dealership to purchase the bike. Once I arrived he greated me, and showed me the exact bike I was purchasing. Everyone was very helpful even the parts guys were super knowledgeable. I was so pleased I purchased parts and accessories for the bike with the money I saved on the initial purchase. Test drove a bike I was really interested in, turns out it was way too much bike for me. I was very pleased with my whole experience and really got along with the sales person.

Yes they put your name on the title but that is to cover their butt. I wouldn't let anyone take out a bike at free will and I don't blame them.

Not very happy at.....bought a brand new bike...breaks down on my way home. Then get flat out lied to when the mechanics tell me the bikes not supposed to idle. Yes it's a dirt bike, yes.its a 2 stroke......and YES its supposed to idle.......lies and theifs.........buyer beware!
