On my way from PA to Bimini via waverunner, with a stop in Jacksonville. Ski wouldn't start 1000 miles from home and my vacation was looking like it was gonna be canceled. Enter Mike Stratton. Called the dealership for no other reason than they were the closet to me and what a surprise. After laying out my issue, Mike said "come on over and lets have a look". From the look of the dealership, it is the usual summer blitiz, but Mike came out greeeted me and got to work imediatly. I was expecting the worst, but Mike had me up and running within 30 mins. Even though my battery was fully charged when I left, and only 2 years old, it was almost dead. Mike said we have batteries here, gave me the brand and model and had the new 1 installed in minutes, also checked the charging system which was fine. Talk about excellent customer service. Wish they were a little bit closer to PA. They would have my business 100% of the time.
