These guys are awesome. Steve Scott Jeff and the whole staff are the best of the best. Dropped off my bikes for service, and they came back better than new. Everything was done when they said it would be. Price was great. I can not say enough good about these guys. I have bought 2 new bikes from them as well and that could not have been a better. I was able to get pre-approved and got a call to set up an appointment to view the ski I was interested in. We were able to negotiate a deal I was happy with, without much hassle. I had worked the night before and appreciated the comfortable seating in the waiting area. If I had to nitpick, I did have to come back to the store to get a flush adapter. I am truly happy with the ski and the entire process.

Nice people. But the sales guy was untruthful about financing options. I was looking to get a Suzuki SV650 via the 0% financing option. To my face he told me that option was no longer available. Well, behold, I went home and it is still available. He just wanted to finance in-house. He said, "Its just a few bucks extra per month anyways". Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. I was ready to pull the trigger and you chased me out over a few bucks a month. Too bad.

Gets all of my XT350 parts there. Even hard to find Yamaha parts!

I went in here wanting a new bike. I was NEVER hassled by any sales rep, other than the occasional "Am i finding everything ok", when I was ready with a couple questions Glen helped me out, genuine guy, never felt pressured to buy. Helped me through the entire process and left that night on a brand new 2017. Fair prices, great guys. Highly recommend.

One thing that turns me off is an aggressive salesman Wasn t like that with Jeff would highly recommend him. Glenn was excellent to work with, not pushy, answered all my questions completely and helped me get the bike I wanted. I only have two regrets, first that I didn't go ahead and accessorize the bike immediately and second that I didn't deal on a bike even sooner. The deal I was given was extremely fair and will continue to be a customer.

Came down here looking for a new helmet and possible new jacket. Didnt find a jacket that really appealed to me, but did find a helmet I wanted. Had to order because they didnt have my size on hand. Also ended up taking home another helmet they had on hand (for my other half). Soon as the order came in for mine, John called. Drove down to pick it up and he knew exactly who I was when I walked in. While someone else was asking what they could help me with, he was already walking back out with my new helmet for me to try on. :)

Had a great experience with BBMS! Everything went smooth. Everything went quick. Couldnt have had a better experience with a boat purchase. All I had to do was kick back and relax while everything was taken care of.

The parts department has zero people skills. Customer service zero stars. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the trip, but it on amazon. Cheaper and better customer service if you can wait a day or two.

While the sales staff is friendly and helpful, I don t know that I d return for any future business. The finance manager, Doran, has a bit of a condescending attitude that I didn t appreciate. So much so that I considered returning the bike we bought. Overall though, aside from dealing with Doran, we had a good experience. Check your attitude at the door Doran, and get squared away.

I had to take my bike in to address a few recalls and Steve in the service department was awesome to work with! I made an appointment and when I showed up he had already started my paperwork, which is incredible because usually when I have to take a vehicle in to any dealership they are always unprepared even with an appointment. I will definitely be back for any service needs in the future.

Got the bike I wanted quick and simple. This is the 3rd bike I've bought here new and couldn't be happier. My sales guy Jeff Adams was super friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. Financing was patient with my slow-to-help bank and I left a happy customer. I take my bikes there for all service needs too, they get things done.

The Service department is Awsome. Always keep you up to date. What more could you ask for. Mike and all the guys do a great job.

Do not go here for any motor work. They had their TOP guy rebuild my motor and the counter balancer was way off leaving a nasty vibration which caused a broken frame, two full exhausts destroyed as well as two rear differentials and a drive shaft to all be destroyed. Several bolts inside were also loose and the cam towers were in the wrong spot as well as dowel pins on the case halves were in the wrong spots. This issue cost me over two years without my YXZ1000R in addition to thousands of dollars and many headaches. They simply have no clue.

These are all lies... Best place to get a bike worked on or to buy a bike!

I have bought a lot of vehicles and have never had a smoother, more professional purchase experience than the one with Beach Blvd. Motorsports. The bike is really great! I feel like I got a good deal (good enough that I drove 300 miles for it). The guys were great, helping me load and secure the bike in my van. They are a first rate business and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Guys in the shop were extremely rude. Called and asked if them could press a new steering stem in for me and they more or less called me an idiot and said it couldnt be done. They for some reason were laughing and cracking jokes amongst themselves about me asking them if they could do the job.

Drove across the street to Cycle Image and they did the job for me in about 30 minutes, no problem.
There are so many great, friendly, passionate mechanics in jax to pick from. No need to deal with these guys.

Was online shopping to find a very specific bike. Found what I was searching for and left a message to see if the bike was still available. Very first thing the next day I received a call from Glenn, we talked and found out that the bike was not in the inventory. After searching for about 3 weeks and messaging about 10 dealers this is the first time anyone has actually called me about my inquiry. Very pleased with the customer service and would gladly give Beach Boulevard Motorsports my business.

Our recent experience was amazing here. Preston was very helpful and didn't hover around my wife and me like most salesmen tend to do. When we had a question about the scooter he was right on it, and if he didn't have the answer at that time he would seek the answer. If anyone is looking for any motorcycle or scooter, I would definitely have no doubt on recommending this specific place. The customer service was outstanding and if we make any further purchases it will be here for sure.

Brought my KTM RC390 in for a frustrating warranty claim. I've had negative experiences from my local dealer so I decided, under advice from a Jacksonville local, to take my KTM here. What a turnaround!! The service staff was on point, explaining the problem and giving me detailed updates on the repair and status of my vehicle. The tech was knowledgeable and gave off a sense of proficiency. Been dealing face-to-face with Mike who's been a big help and I feel like my vehicle is being taken care of to the best of everyone's ability.

My next purchase will be from Beach Blvd Motorsports, and they will be the sole dealer to service it. Real group of quality staff at this establishment, worth the drive from Gainesville.

And another dealer that's a complete dumbass. I've ridden Gixxer 1000s 750s etc all kinds of supersport bikes. I'm looking into sport touring ridden a sv650 ridden a FZ 6 but don't know what the feel or power or anything is about on a 900 or 1000 sport touring bike. The salesman told me they don't do test drives I'm coming to find no motorcycle shops do this. I'll be coming with cash in hand and they won't let me test ride. The salesman tried to tell me it feels the same if you're sitting still on the bike or doing a hundred mile an hour and try to tell me it's like buying a pair of gloves you go buy a pair of gloves test them out in the work field and see if you like them if not get a different pair of gloves. I guess that m*********** s***'s money because I don't know anybody that has $6,000 to just blow say oop I don't like it I'm going to go get another one. Big difference between $10 and 6 grand buddy. So they want me to buy the bike first not knowing what it has what it rides like or what it feels like he said"it's a 1000cc motorcycle it's got plenty of power" no s*** Sherlock but you go hop on a 2-stroke 250 then hop on a 4-stroke 450 you tell me how how much different it is then then tell me the sportbikes are the same as Sport Touring. I'll take my 6K cash elsewhere.

I bought my Burgman a month ago and their team was reasonable. I felt appreciated and welcomed. I got a hole in the rear tire this week and took it in for them to look at. They showed immediate concern and I mean everyone. They had three guys on it immediately, including Steve who manages the shop. They turned around a new tire installation in 45 minutes or so. So polite and caring, I couldn't be happier.

After searching for months and getting frustrated with my boat search I kept getting the runaround from all of the other dealers. It came to a point were I had lost faith. I then decided to call beach blvd and man I m glad I did. I spoke with Jeff Adams In sales and he was awesome, a real genuine guy and very down to earth. He didn t make price the main focus at all during the experience and he only cared that I was happy. I work in the car buisiness where customer service is very important and I felt as if I was treated first class. He told me repeatedly not to worry and we will find a way to make it work and they did! If you guys want first class service I highly recommend Jeff A at beach blvd. I live almost 100 miles away from their dealership and was well worth the drive! Thank you guys!!!!

Bad experience with these people. Mostly with 2 of the mechanics. Bought a brand new bike. They charged the battery but they did absolutely NOTHING else until I complained. They didn't check ANY fluids. It had bad gas in it which caused the bike to break down on may way home. Fortunately I was less than a mile away from the shop. The best part was 2 mechanics telling me that because it's a 2 stroke it's not supposed to idle! Flat lied to my face. I'm not buying their assessment so I talk to the sales guy. They pick it up, drop it off late the next day. I check all the fluids because obviously I'm not trusting them to do it. I'm glad I did..the gear oil in the crank case was VERY low.. after reading the owner's manual I find its proper fill level, I had to order the correct oil for it so it wouldn't be damaged. My complaint is being bold faced lied to by 2 of the most useless mechanics I've ever encountered. Also for the sales department NOT making sure this bike was checked before sending it out! Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT TRUST THE MECHANICS. They WILL send you out with as bike that has NOT been properly gone through.. if they'd done this to someone NOT experienced with motorcycles and working on them, they'd have probably gotten away with the lies. If you're looking for a new bike GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
