Build your own burger bar. Food was great. But a little pricey. Loved the outdoor seating.

Absolutely a great place to eat. The burgers are some superb and the shakes OMG the shakes are to die for!! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The owner Jesse is one of the nicest kindess guys around, a true family man with a heart of gold. You won't be disappointed when you go there!

Great burgers but a little on the pricy side. Be prepared for alot of food. If you're looking for just a sandwich, this isn't the place to go. The staff explains that the fries are free. To me this is a laim excuse to over charge people that don't want the fires. Fries aren't free, they're built into the price of the burgers. If you want a regular milkshake, don't pay attention to the milkshake board. The staff didn't know what I was talking about when I orderd my milkshake and when I pointed to the board, they said they don't use the board for regular milkshakes. Service was excellent, staff is nice, and the atmosphere is great. Just don't think it's right that I spent right at 40 bucks for 2 burgers, 1 thing of fries, and 2 milkshakes.

We barely got past the front door before the service went from bad to worse. Greeted with being mocked by the hostess. Seated by the front door (worse seat in the nearly empty place). Asked if there was anywhere else we could sit, and got an eyeroll. We walked out. I went back in and asked to speak to the manager, who had the same attitude as the front staff. Maybe just a local hangout and vacationers not welcomed.

If I didn't have a $100 gift card I would not be eating here. For the money you would think it would be very flavorful but it's more of a tourist attraction and not for the locals who would be coming back on the regular.

Burger was ok, service just ok. The thing I remember most is the poor lighting...

A great place, good food and great service

A little bit more than the typical burger spot, but soooooo much more than the typical BURGER! Hands down one of the best burgers that I have ever had!

So we visited Gulf Coast Burger Co. many time when it first opened and loved the way the set-up was where you go to the counter and ordered your custom made burger, the last few times we have been within the last 6-8 months they have changed it around where you are now seated and handed a menu. this last time we went about a week ago we were very disappointed. When handed the menu it doesn't insinuate anywhere on the menu to custom make a burger or that there is a little menu pad on your table to do a custom burger and the burger patties they now use are not a top notch type of burger patty, this is the same type of patty I sell for $3 at my grill on base. We used to rave to all of our friends and family about this place, and every time we would take them there it wouldn't hit the mark of what we so used to enjoy.

Very good. But expensive, but worth it! Must eat for PCB!

I'm a local and have been here many times before but this time was really disappointing. The food was definitely not like it used to be. The quality and taste has decreased a lot. The burger felt like frozen food put together. Sad and disappointed.

Went last night. I ordered a shrimp basket and onion rings. Way too salty to eat! Onion rings weren't cut thick enough. I peeled breading off to eat and there was hardly any onion inside. Tables too close together. Don't bring anyone in a wheelchair. I won't be back! Very disappointed in the food!

It wasn't crowded and it didn't take long to get our food. The chili tots were my favorite. I got a strawberry classic milkshake and it was the . My burger fell apart , but it was well done and was very good. The price was extreme I am not going to lie, but it was worth it to me.

All I can say Is wow about this shake lol I see why it's called a cat 5 shake it's good and sweet and big enough to share with 3 ppl

Build your own burger which, i love and ive had every kind, all are great. They have amazing options of sauces and toppings that are rare like aiolis. Of course the classics too. The sides are really good as well. And im not big on the stupidly huge milkshake craze but i did enjoy theirs. Also, service has always been great. Definitely will continue to go there for my burger cravings

Mackinzie, our server, was awesome. Very thoughtful and helped us with two young children. Everyone is bright, cheerful, and had a good attitude. The food was delicious. Not on the beach so gets less foot traffic, which was a plus for us - far less crowded. Highly recommended if you're in the mood for a genuine grilled burger.

Went for the first time with my wife this last weekend and it was great. Fun waiter and the burger selection is really good. Food was prompt and delicious. The shakes are ridiculously good, the come out looking just like the pictures in the menu.

Honestly just wasn't a fan. These burgers taste like frozen prepackaged burgers. Nothing particularly special about them.

Ordered the Florida burger. Good but they should not put a hot burger on top of lettuce. That is very bad

Ordered the 'Texas' with 'chili' but it was BBQ sauce. Threw me off a bit. Creative menu but quality of ingredients was not that great. Good service. Ice cream was good.

Loved the atmosphere and decor when we walked in! We just went for one of the Category 5 shakes and it was amazing! Although we did not get burgers this time, we definitely will next time. There were lots of options and they look so good! Great menu and atmosphere

This was a great burger joint to customize burgers. I really appreciated it had the veggie burger for my vegetarian friends, which they said they really enjoyed. I love all the toppings that they have available. It's a little more pricey than a regular burger place(ave $14 per plate give or take), but definitely worth the price if you wanna try something different. Also their milkshakes are pretty awesome. Big enough for 2 ppl to share. The people that work there was downright sweet. It's always nice to find a place with great food and kind folks too.

Great local place with awesome food and fantastic milk shakes. It is a little on the expensive side for the milkshakes, but when you see them in person you will understand the reasoning for the higher price.

Not for people on a diet. This is a food endulgence kinda place. Come hungry. Good tastes.

Texas Burger was good. My only critique is that burger was way overcooked. Cheese Curds were nice. Definitely try one of the shakes next time

An amazing place! Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The Cat 5s were a real hit, particularly the Cookies and Cream and Key Lime shakes. We also enjoyed the mushroom and Swiss and American burgers. We ll be back!

Everything we ordered tasted great and the service was very goo too. I didn't catch the young ladies name but she was very personable and kept our drinks full, answered our dumb questions and smiled the whole time. When the bill arrived I thought they left something off it was very reasonable for the amount of food. I will be back sooner rather than later.

Over rated burgers that aren t seasoned and the shakes are more eye candy than anything different. Been there done that for the picture but probably not coming back. Back Yard Burgers is just down the street and is a lot better.

This place was amazing. Great atmosphere and amazing food and shakes. Can t go wrong with this place. Highly recommend you stop by.

Good burger joint with a ton of choices. The Texas and Louisiana burgers are our favorites. Those shakes are crazy though! The kids will love them!

Burgers were just ok. Shakes are really the 'stars'. However, without notice, they removed the non-dairy shakes. And the flavors are pretty generic. For $10, I'd rather go somewhere else for ice cream. The service, though, was great.

Taylor was a great server. A series of unfortunate events occurred out of his control and he handled it like a champ! He was calm, cool, and collected and took care of our every need. We were a table of 15 originally but then dwindled down to 9, and yep he made everything better. Kudos to you sir and the GCB

The burgers are really good quality. The onion rings are great and the milkshakes are crazy! It's not the best burger I have ever had but when you factor in great customer service, it's a great experience!

The food was excellent, that's actually an understatement. Huge burgers, good appetizers, and gigantic shakes. It would be 5 stars but our service wasn't the best.
