I see most have rated 4-5 stars... I m sorry but our experience it really doesn t even rate the 1 star that I gave. Wasn t very pleased with the ordering process. The young man taking our order was rushing us tapping his fingers, rolling his eyes and huffing. Didn t know I had went to a fast food type place like McDonalds to order at the counter and get your own drink.
No one informed us after getting our drink cups where to get drinks or how the process worked. As we have never been here.
As with most restaurants that you pay $$ you order and are served at your table but not here. It s a self service fast food place.
Another customer informed us where we had to go to get our own drinks.
Very disappointed in the food. I ordered a turkey burger which was very dry and lacked flavor. My husband ordered chicken and waffles... thinking he was getting chicken and waffles but to our surprise it was chicken nuggets in an ice cream waffle cone. The waffle was so hard he hit it several times on the table for it to finally break into pieces. The wait staff was rude and not helpful. Very disappointing as I work in the food industry. Maybe some more wait staff training is in order. We went here in hopes of an awesome experience and a wonderful meal. That wasn t the case.

It s unfortunate that you just didn t say your sorry for the poor experience we had at your restaurant. I had expected you to say sorry for your experience and please come back for another try which we would have gladly done. But that s not happening now. You re response was quite rude for a business owner. I was honest in hopes to help you improve your business. Guess no one can have their own opinion on your reviews for your food and waitstaff.
