Hi everyone who wish to read a review before admitting their ward in a school. I am an alumni of this great institution and the only reason why after even ten years I wish to write about my school is because I wish I could again relieve my adolescence once again which was my school days.

Disciplined and faculties are good but too much costly.

WORST TEACHERS IN THE PLANET

I visited the school for an exam. I found the school really very good for education.smart educational arrangements.Teachers are helpful too

It is Wonderful school.You should get admitted in this school. My child is studying in this school since prep and he is now in class 9 and he is very satisfied with teachers. Teachers are very cooperative and very helpful and supportive.He is also scoring well in exams.

I was there for 4 years and studies were good and I enjoyed a lot

I have spend 16years of my life in this school. Back then it was not International but Institute. No matter what people blabber about my school, I have always been a proud student of BDMI.Teachers are very friendly and easily approachable. This school is affiliated under C.B.S.E. curriculum and one of the leading school in Kolkata in terms of education and knowledge. The Infrastructural facilities are getting developed day by day. BDMI will always be the pioneer of my future.

Very good CBSE school in the southern fringe of Kolkata near GARIA.
I have the opportunity to be associated with this school since 1997 when my son was admitted in this scool at their Bijoygarh branch.
I have seen the development school for the past 20 years

For admission they insist on written test despite that it is banned by Cbse. Admission incharge lacks sensitivity and compassion towards Student.

It is the most oldest and best school in India and Dubai. It has got innumerable awards in all the fields.
BDMI IS BDMI- NO OTHER SCHOOL CAN REPLACE IT

I had to visit BDMI for my nephew's admission. There are 3 seperate buildings (could be more) scattered in that area and I had to visit the admission department in the Stepping Stone block. It's of considerable size with proper security (it seemed). The security staff was cordial and directed me to the concerned dept.

The Ma'ams were extremely efficient and patient. I was listened to and they answered to all my queries. It was a nice, hassle free visit.

One of the worst schools in kolkata.Teachers are so egoistic they think they can behave rudely with anyone.They treat weak students like animals.They discourage the students especially during 11-12 standard.Currently i am a third year college student and when i look back i experience the trauma of my school life.School full of retarded students and bullies.Teachers only know how to harass an innocent student,they fear the bullies..Please dont join this school..if you are a parent and you dont want your child to have a childhood full of depression...then please avoid this school and admit your son/daughter to any other school.I hope it helps.And please dont get influenced those typical positive reviews..

Worst school of kolkata they know only how to do business specially the teachers are very bad and specially the admission incharge is very rude and ill mannered.I read here more than 10 years but during admission in class 11 I faced very bad impact not a single teacher was Co-operative. And the faculty of Science stream is worst. I recommend not to join this school they will surely destroy your future by demovating u in each and every step and if you are not joining their private tution they'll manage u to fail and will force u to join their tution or do remedial classes.Join any other school who will give value to you and your money.

A very confusing place with one building present beside the main road and the other one present inside a confusing lane 10 mins away from the former.

Being a student of this school (presently I'm in 12th grade), this is possibly the worst school in Kolkata. Till class 10 it's a good one, but if you're from 11/12 and a science student, no matter how much effort you give, most of you will fail in exams, because the teachers are running after money. Yes! They want tuitions. This is only for science students. Please don't get admitted in this hell!!

This school is very good. Centrally Air Conditioned classrooms. High class modern facilities. Many elevators are there for the relief of the students. The behaviour of the teachers and the office staffs are the best. Connectivity of the school is very good....

As a student of class 10 ,I prefer the students to change the school from class 9.The teachers in the higher building are very uncomfortable. This is like a business centre. Teachers will force you to study in their private tuitions or they will deduct marks. And the main point the school is a very bad place for studying .If a student is feeling uncomfortable in any sum ,the teacher will not help instead they will give threats that on the next ptm they will give the parents a letter that will consist of a information that tells that your ward is not studying .And it often leads to TC. So please if you pass in class 8 don't go to The higher building (Gemstone)This school has a teacher Sata**** .She often disturbs students and tells to join her tuitions. Please,Kindly do something according this problem.

One of the best school ...my daughter is studying since prep now she is in clsss 8 ....i must say teachers r very supportive and easily approachable whenever required holistic education is privided ...according to my daughter the school is her just second home

Worst and very unprofessional school. They denied admission to my daughter even though she is a meritorious student and gold medalist in Olympiad just because me n my husband r undergoing legal case between us. Whereas, other good schools understood the situation and are ready to give admission to my child. If a school cannot understand that child has the right of education and they have nothing to do with whatever happens between their parents. The worst part was, they were informed about the situation then too they asked us to take admission form by paying 500/- and later denied admission. On the top they suggested to come for admission once the case is over ( 5-10 years). The school lacks ethical ground.

If you want to be popular or waste your money, then you can join this school

This school is completely a business centre. Teachers will pressurize you for taking private tuitions otherwise they will give you very less marks in each an every exam.In this building the Physical education teacher and dance teacher will treat you like an animal. If you are thinking of taking admission in this school I would recommend you that please don't take admission in this school otherwise this school will make your life hell.

This school is basically harrassing the parents, Reception are unprofessional and also not cooperating with child.

nice infrastructure.... though its english medium but students are well versed in vernaculars as well... results are also good.. stream and subject combination good ... started from nursery and passed out in 12. a long long journey, witnessed growth and change.

B D Memorial, Kamalgazi, Kolkata is having worst computer teacher. Exam is in Feb and they have given a huge new chapters to be completed before exam.

How a student can complete this huge course in a super stipulated timeline...

I would suggest to change the computer teacher who is handling for Class X for year 2021.

I would say only one word about the teacher "NON SENSE"

Very good school for kids as well as for toddlers. Friendly teachers and we'll maintained infrastructure. Kids can learn a lot of stuff while studying here. I have been a part of it. I have a good experience and memories about it.

Not recommended.A atmosphere of fear and distrust prevails among the school with below par faculty.

business minded school...takes a lot of admissions in class 11 and then ends up throwing them out of the school especially the science stream...if u have high ambitions in your life then don't judge a book by its cover bcoz u might get a prenotion by seeing the infrastructures...teachers will constantly try to pull u down....they will make u fail until and unless u go for their tutions bcoz the tough question papers are not according to cbse pattern and are of competing exams level ...the saddest part is students who deserve to perform fail just bcoz they don't go for school teachers tution...

An exceptionally mediocre school which should've never gotten CBSE affiliation. Barring a few teachers this place is an example of how career destroying favouritism in an educational institution can get if left unchecked. But make no mistakes, this school has a lot of potential to grow. The infrastructure is more than adequate, the library has enough books, security is tight, good washrooms and everything else. If only the management could get rid of some of the teachers who've corrupted this institution with their malpractices, this would be a great place to grow.
