Worst school!! Please dont admit ur children in this school....this school shows that they are asking for very less fees but, it is not the case they demand fees more than that is shown...no compensation was given during lockdowwn..quality of teaching is very poor...this school doesn't even have proper place for games...loot the parents and can't even organise a annual sport event...full of lobby in the school...ur children will get mental stress and he/she will get mentally ill of u admit him in here...pls .. Don't Admit...they show fake ads and hoardings...teachers and principal are busy making money they don't care how u study in school...give exam dates 5 days before

Thank s school has prospered mainly because of its students and teachers.But the administration is very bad.Fees are also high.

It's good but the problem is with there minds. They try to fail you in class 7 and kick you out from school and take new admissions.

I would like to share my personal experience about BDMI at Pratapgarh in Garia. In my personal opinion it is the best English medium CBSE school in Kolkata I know a lot of parents, who would like their children to study in this school because of its excellent reputation of providing good education to the students.
If you want to make your son or daughter to receive a good all round education, including sports then I would recommend you should get your kid to join it.

This is one of the best cbse school in Kolkata...teachers are good and helpful...lot of extracurricular activities to enhance the overall development in a student...perfect for youngsters to build their career with a smiling face...

Good School.Teachers are both good and bad.Some teachers use slang languages and beat the students.But all are not like that.Biggest problem is..... Most of the Art and other activity teachers speak in Bengali instead of English which harms the students, and so students also speak mostly in Bengali or Hindi..... School result is very good though.But some students and teachers are humiliating the other students, and that is not correct...

The School is situated at Golam Mohammed Shah road. Up to class 5 classes are running presently. For further studies, Pratapgarh branch is available. Nearest metro station is Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Tollgunge. It us situated in Golf gardens area. Easily connected to Jadavpur as well as Tollgunge area v8a road where share auto is running continuously. Building is fully air conditioned.

I love to study in this school and the teachers are the very kind.

Its an English medium school. All facilities are there. Results are good.

The most pathetic school in Kolkata. The teachers always give upper hand to those students who take private tuitions from them. They only try to harass those who study on their own. They are tuition hungry and will stoop down to any level for money. Class 11 and class 12 Science teachers are worst especially Computer Science. They teach nothing and expect students that they will be of Einstein level. I didn't take any tuitions from any of the teachers and I suffered a lot. I got 95% in Boards. Those who will be reading my review (if anyone) please don't study here at least Class 11 and 12. There are many more better schools who will provide you better opportunities and will recognize you.

I am a student of this school. This is the worst school I have ever seen.The teachers will only help the toppers and the students more close to them.No manners and discipline for the teachers and students. Both teachers and students use foul languages. Never get your child admitted to this school ,if you want their bright future.

Good infrastructure but teachers are not qualified for an international school.And it is one of the few schools of Kolkata where teachers force students to take their tution.

Wisely speaking, it is one of the best schools in kolkata with over 8000 students, brilliant teachers , helpful staff excellent infrastructure with 4 playgrounds in which one is a international standard basketball court , Air conditioned classrooms, excellent library , With a world class art room , Dance and music room .

Proud to be a student of this wonderful school! Broad class rooms, infrastructure is too good and the school has lab facilities even! Teachers are best and I am sure that a student who is studying in this school will have a bright future. One of the worst school......fees is very high but the education quality and facility are not up to the mark...all types of bad habits are practised by the students of this school.....and the school is only a mere business...nothing else...creates a lot of traffic jam when the school starts or gets over...even the ambulances also gets struck during that time....they don't think about the normal public..... no one comes here to study only people from uneducated rich families come here....

From parent's point of view worst school to admit your ward. Its like a hospital; chaotic, noisey and utter nonsense. Admission desk's behaviour is extremely rude and unprofessional. Imagine if this is their behaviour before taking admission fees, what will happen once the fees been paid? Child will get absolute lost in this mayhem.
Just because few of their students scored good grades doesnt make the school a good one.
Certainly not recommended to get admission in this chaotic , unprofessional place.

Commerce faculty is quite good & good infrastructure.

I was a student of BDMI from class 1 and i would say this is one of the best schools in kolkata. The teachers are very much experienced and are too co-operative with the students. Due to the presence of various activities, a student gets refreshment from studies. Till class 10, the school tries their best to provide all possible features to each individual student. Even In 10+1 and 10+2, the teaching staffs are good, which is the prime factor in these two years. Overall, the school is also reasonable and the Infrastructure is well maintained. One can admit there children here with hesitations.

Horrible attitude of administrative staff. They think they are doing a great favor..... While doing their normal job for which they are paid. Have no respect for people's time.

Not recommended.A atmosphere of fear and distrust prevails among the school with below par faculty.

Best CBSE school in South Kolkata. This school has qualified teachers and nice amenities. Teaches every students to be a person with a nice perspective than a rat to run in the race. Parent-teacher communication is very good. They prioritize extra curricular activities as well.

It'a nice school. Nice teachers and a good number of supporting staff. The school also has a nice infrastructure and various branches. It's accepts students from Toddler to class 12.The school environment can be considered healthy. It has been here sice 1st may 1966.

Only school in Kolkata where admission is open throughout the year. Quality of education has gone down considerably, Now this is only a money making organisation. No wonder why they keep their fees structure not transparent in website unlike all other top quality schools in Kolkata.

Teachers are noobs in teaching and incharge behavior is ridiculous..overall 0 stars....

I am the student of this school. And I love to read in this school. But next year I will be going at the Gem Stones.

It's a very average school.When it comes to education the school is good but the teachers are not at all motivating and kind of rude.The students of this school lack discipline and are way too rowdy.The teachers are not at all supporting and they have failed miserably to inculcate good values,morals and ethics in the students.Lots of concepts are taught wrong here.Despite of all these flaws,the infrastructure of this school really deserves appreciation.

Very good and nice school with clean premises, good infrastructure, good amenities and also well planned, well maintained and all the staff are well behaved and well functioning.....

I Should not flaunt but....the school is great...!! The problem is the school has a huge number of students and hence the students do not get a proper concern--which is the basic thing they want from the teachers. But it is a very good school with respect to the education, exploration, co curricular activities and so forth.....

I am currently studying in class 12 in this school and I am proud to be a part of this great BDMI family . Well maintained school.
Most of the teachers are extremely cooperative and they teach good and why it should not be when principal mam herself and all the incharge mam are extremely student friendly , kind and polite with the guardians .
The bus - service is good .
Actually in one word everything is very good over here and these 3 to 4 lines above will not be sufficient for a great school like BDMI.
