To say this was a great car buying experience would be an understatement. This was an awesome getting to know new friends experience. Neal, Jarret and everyone are just down to earth good people. We found we had similar interests in sports, country living and fishing. Not to mention our daily commute. BBC is not about selling automobiles, high pressure tactics or anything you may have ever experienced at a dealership. They are about meeting your needs and helping in any way they can. It's simply not about the bottom line here.

I have worked in the Internet IT industry since 1996 so I'm usually a car dealer's worst nightmare - an extremely savvy and educated consumer. I use every tool available. KBB, NADA blue and black book, auto trader, trucar, publicdata etc. Name it, I use it to my benefit. Did BBC make money on our transaction? Of course they did, that's what every company is in business for. It's what pays salaries, rent, overhead etc. etc. But in no way was Neal out to take advantage me. BBC was happy, and I was happy. I seriously could not be more pleased. Go see them. You won't be sorry.
