I am typically not a fan of dealers - I have had better luck with one-owner, slightly used vehicles or in some cases, certified pre-owned. But I do my research. I was looking for a nice Tundra and wasn't really in a hurry. But I found an AMAZING custom one for sale by owner. Tried to contact the owner several ways but to no avail. I finally got an email that it had been sold. I was devastated. I couldn't really find anything but basic stock vehicles that didn't interest me after that, so I opened my search to include dealer inventory and limited my search to exactly what I wanted. And POOF! There it was! The very same vehicle that I wanted a week before! Exactly that vehicle! Instead now it was at BBC Motorsports. What is that? So I googled and found that it is an indoor showroom that was less than 1/2 mile from my office. I was there a few minutes after they opened at 10 on Friday. I drove off with my truck that afternoon. Neal was amazing. Everything went like clockwork. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of vehicle. They know their stuff and the transaction is personal. It is as far from a typical dealership and all of their tactics as you can get. I am very pleased with them and I absolutely LOVE my truck!
