Your drivers in Austin need to shape up their act. They are harrassing other motorists and acting extremely unprofessional. On several occasion I have witnessed your cab drivers screaming at motorists with rants of profanity., being overly aggressive on the roads, and generally being obnoxious. This is Austin not New York City... take that mentality elsewhere or I will have talks with my friends in the APD and then you'll answer to them.

I recently experienced the E-Cab in Austin at The Domain mall and it was absolutely amazing! I had a driver by the name of Rachel and she was outstanding! Rachel had excellent customer service and was very informative of how the Electronic Cab worked. She went above and beyond to help me find my car. Rachel made my first electronic cab experience worthwhile! She went above and beyond and was willing to help me. Thank you Rachel
