Well here it goes... let me start off by saying I take some responsibility as the vehicle I bought was based off an online advertisement and the salesman s details/images.

Bought a 2016 Ram rebel from Jeff the sales man at Bayside, communication was good, everything was great until I took possession of the vehicle...then ghosted, no answers back to my constant msg ing regarding issues with this perfect condition vehicle.

Issues were:
- tire tread was said to be greater than 80%... tires are certainly not new and I d say 50-60% is a realistic assessment.
- driver side window sticks and chatters the whole way down, when I raised the issue the sale man sent me some basic checklist with all the boxes checked off as his answer. I ve since followed up 3 times regarding the window asking him to set me up with a local dealer to fix, not a single answer.
- front bumper has a scratch and showing rust... not major but I had asked multiple times to outline any and all blemishing expecting a few but was promised none.

This to me is the typical smell ya later treatment once they ve got your money. I m 35 and I ve had 11 vehicles and probably equal boats and toys.... I m relatively experienced in buying and selling and this to me needs to be publicized. If you plan to buy a vehicle from this dealer do yourself a favour and cross examine everything... hindsight being 20/20 I should of held off for a vehicle in my region of Ontario.
