Bought my new Wrx Sti Patricia is very realistic and down to earth she is honest and very helpful. Steve from service is also awsome he cares about his customers more then making sales for service. I personally trust these two as well as the Finance department they are a great dealership to purchase a car from!

Useless add on's like security and scratch insurance being added to the car ended up paying 27k for a base forester. Do not come here as they make false promises. Go find yourself an auto broker like SAG or something. These people are all crooks.
I worked with Chris Malone. This could not have been a smoother leasing transaction. At the last minute, Chris even made a home delivery of the new leased vehicle in order to accommodate my wife's health needs.
Check engine light came on while I was visiting family for Thanksgiving. I called them there Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they got me right in to look at it. The service department is great!

Right before Thanksgiving and closing the tech Jon, Service Manager Andrew and Mark made time to safely refill and check our tires with air for the winter season and oil change. And fixed my fuse box cover. Bay Ridge Subaru fully and promptly serviced our brand new CrossTrek at an important time thank you. Clovis(our Golden Retriever) enjoy the many toys(his Subaru keys)and great attention he received too!

Could not get these guys to sell me a car. I initially contacted Bay Ridge early to mid-May, interested in a couple of the cars listed on the site. After an initial conversation with an administrator, I waited to hear from a sales rep to discuss pricing. After a week or so I didn't hear back so I reached out again, a sales rep wasn't available, so I left a message asking to be called back. No call. I sent a followup email May 29 asking if I should pursue my purchase elsewhere, at which point, I got a call back from a sales rep. We discussed pricing and I told him I'd call back soon to move forward with the purchase. When I called back, he wasn't available so I left another message. When I didn't hear back again for several days, I called again and spoke with a receptionist who informed me they were taking reservations for sales calls, so I made a reservation for June 9th at 12:45. I didn't hear from them until after 1:30. I spoke with a different sales rep and told him Id like to move forward with the purchase of a specific vehicle, at which point he informed me the car was no longer available. To say the least, communication and customer service here was really lacking.
After weeks of getting the run around I called a different dealership and drove home in my new Subaru that weekend.
1 week before Thanksgiving I realized I had to have the rear hatch on my 1999 Outback repaired before leaving NYC to spend the holiday helping my mom move things between storage units in Maryland. Of course the service schedule was full when I called on Friday. So Monday morning I was there 8am, begged for service by Wednesday, and was accepted. The work was finished as promised on Tuesday, including new windshield wipers. I picked the car up 11am Wednesday and got to Mom's 4pm as promised, just avoiding the worst of the holiday traffic. On Thanksgiving my son-in-law was called back to work in New Jersey (he's in the Coast Guard) but because my car was repaired, I was able to offer my daughter and her kids transport back to New Jersey on Saturday as originally planned. So my son-in-law was able to go back to work Thursday night, my sister and I got my Mom's storage move complete Friday, and Saturday I got to spend 2 hours at a trampoline park with my daughter and grandkids before taking them home Saturday afternoon. That evening I completed the journey back to NYC safely despite driving rain the whole way, thanks to my brand new windshield wipers and my perfectly maintained Outback. Thank you Bayridge Subaru for saving my family holiday!

So I immediately reorganize what a great sales/customer service repressive of Subaru @ Bay Ridge Peter Marconi was when my sister and daughter entered the showroom. My sister and daughter needed a new car at the same time, so after shopping several deals we settled on Bay Ridge Subaru because of the professional courtesy we received from Peter. We would like to thank Peter for working with us in getting two beautiful Impreza.
I just wrapped up a deal on a new vehicle purchase with Bay Ridge Subaru. The process was very fair and honest. I test drove the vehicle, spoke with several dealers in the area and communicated with them on offers I had received. I ultimately went with them because they dealt with me the same way I dealt with them - Fairly and honestly. We set up the deal via e-mail and when I came in to finalize, everything was exactly as we negotiated, with no surprises and excellent service. Rusty, my sales professional could not have been better and was extremely responsive and professional. If you are interested in a Subaru, you would be well served to talk to these guys, even if you are working with other dealers.
This is our third Subaru that we've bought from Bay Ridge Subaru. We now live in Manhattan and still bring the car to them because we feel they're honest, reliable and they always treat us professionally and with respect. The work is always done properly.
