It is with mixed feelings was in Esbjerg Thursday night wanted a workshop cart They had one but could not find it was written up and they would call the next day did not hear from them so I drove there over Friday night to hear if they had found it but no no one had looked for Got a good service from Kasper who apologized many times but it is not His fault He did what he could but no luck So the status is that not everyone is equally customer-friendly and puts the customer first, it is also tiring to have to do something for his salary But thanks to Casper you did what you could

100% ok I have shopped quite a few times in Esbjerg, and always received a good treatment. Now I have ordered items for collection, an hour after ordering there was an SMS that the item was ready for collection It was nice easy and an easy way to shop I will do it again when you know what goods you need

Insanely poor customer support. Called them twice yesterday, to place an order and hear about delivery. Neither of the two people in the tube could help, but I could then drive a trip down to Bauhaus Esbjerg on March 1 as they open there ... In your description on item number 6200919A it says that it is heavy and delivered to my address by truck. But customer service says that you can not ..

Poor service, ordered item not ready for promised day and instead of calling, I waited for 4 hours for the supplier. Next day again it together game. Customer support could not help and / or get in touch with the department store. What are you poor and bad for your job.

Missed a mahogany solid table top so they had 4 pieces. in stock and drove subsequently to Esbjerg (70 km). On arrival, I realized that they did NOT have anyone in stock and were told that someone had tasted wrong. The store manager Michael U replied that such is just and was not willing to any compensation (possibly rejection of another countertop) the conclusion is that you can not complain about the service because there is not anyone.

Should buy a stool. After unsuccessful search, I turned to one of the garden department staff. Result: nothing, since he didn't really know anything, but he could refer me to someone else who could tell it to be found somewhere last time on the left. I think he should have gone down to find it sought.

Was in the Esbjerg department today and wanted to buy 3 bags of pinstrup ornamental bark which is in catalog this week to 249, but only had 2 where there was a hole and some fell out, it also lay there 3 days ago, More
