What a fabulous practice! I m so glad I found it. Dr. Ben is not just a great dentist and perfectionist but also a kind soul. He saved me from a root canal and that in and of itself was a hugh stress reliever. He also made sure the crown he fabricated for my back molar was perfect.

My children see Dr. Winnie at the practice. She is also fabulous. My kids have no fear going to the dentist and I know they are in good hands. Dr.Winnie is thorough, kind and forward thinking.

There office is run very efficiently. They get you in and out on time. Valerie is on top of calling with appointment reminders and quickly finds and answers insurance questions.

This practice is truly a little known gem on the upper west side.

I haven't visited a dental office in over 10 years due to my fear of simply being hurt and left with none stop unbearable pain. But when I walked into Next Generation Dental Dr. Ganjian promised me that he wouldn't hurt me and today I can testify that he is a man of his words. I had 2 tooth extracted PAINLESSLY and not to mention I was awake during both of the procedures and was able to go back to work with no issues. Dr. Ganjian called me to check up on me to confirm that I was ok. Dr. Ganjian and his staff are remarkable. Step by step instructions were given to me and clearly explain. I feel so comfortable and at ease. My fear of dentist is finally over thanks to Next Generation Dental. I will highly recommend this place to those who have major fears of the dentist. You will not regret it!!!

We are so happy to have found this practice. It so happened that Dr. Hsu was able to see my daughter on a weekend for a bad toothache that required extraction. From then on we've gone here for routine care and couldn't be happier. With 4 pediatric patients, plus one for orthodontia, and two adults, we have been extremely pleased 100% of the time with every one of the practitioners, the level of care and patient education. Plus it's always a real pleasure to deal with the front office staff, and scheduling is a breeze. Cannot recommend them more highly!

I have been seeing Dr. Paul Ganjian for several years. He is remarkably perceptive and one of the most gentle practitioners I've ever been to. It is rare to be treated by someone as caring and able as he is.

Dr Gangian is so gentle, thorough and caring. His office staff are always pleasant and helpful. I really feel that everyone in this office goes above and beyond. They are great with my teens and my more "mature" teeth. Highly recommended.

I have a lot of anxiety...especially when it comes to my teeth. So I'm sure I'm not the best patient. Not only is NextGen extremely understanding when it comes to the anxiety but they make me feel like I'm one of their favorite patients. I cannot stress how much easier they have made things for me mentally. I'm not a serial reviewer...this is for real...nextgen is great!

The most horrific dental experience I have ever had. I went for a cleaning. Dr. Ganjian is so rude. And so rough. He bruised my gums because he was so rough. He put fluoride in my mouth without even asking me if that was ok. He just told me after the fact and I use fluoride-free toothpaste. And he didn't even clean my teeth. He just dragged floss through them. I do a better job myself at night. Then I was charged $250. And they refuse to refund me more than $50. It was truly awful. My teeth aren't clean and I'm out $200.

I have been a patient of Dr Ben for over 10 years and he has provided me with excellent dental care and improved the health and cosmetics of my teeth significantly over this period. He always provides the utmost quality and professional care while doing it with a smile and a great sense of humor. He makes going to the dentist feel like a visit to an old family friend. My wife and I have come here for several years. Scheduling is simple, the staff is kind, and we've been pleased at both our ongoing cleanings as well as specialty care, when needed.

Dr. Ganjian erased all trepidation I had with visiting a dentist since I had been neglecting to do so for some time. He had comforted and ensured me of a nearly painfree treatment and even went through the pros and cons of different treatment plans. I believe they have two different locations, but I opted for the Central Park office for the convenience offered by the subways. I also had hesitations when I saw the reviews on yelp but realized they had good reviews on zocdoc and other healthcare review sites which seemed more appropriate than something designed for foodies.

I had some issues with my teeth initially that they were able to correct and have had no problems at all for almost 10 years. Next Generation Dental was fantastic during out visit. They are very child friendly and makes the children feel comfortable on the walk in!!! I was also seen, and they their time with me and thoroughly talked to me in detail about what my future goals are for my teeth. I will definitely visit again.

I will be completely honest, I am not a big fan of going to the dentist.... EVER. I will say, that several people recommended Dr. Ben to me, and I can truly say he is a stand-up guy, extremely personable, caring, and wants what is best for his patients. He goes out of his way to make sure that every procedure he does is thoroughly explained and I walk out of the office every time feeling like I got top notch care and a smile on my face. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and flexible. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I've been going to Next Generation for 12 years and highly recommend it. I typically see Dr. Ben, who never fails to ask how I'm doing and what's going on in my life - treating me like a friend instead of a patient. He always takes the time to explain any issue and makes sure that I'm taking the preventive measures so that I have healthy teeth in the future. When I've seen Dr. Paul, it's no different. The staff is also wonderful, especially Valerie. And I love that they have Sunday hours, which means you don't have to miss work for an appointment, but I'm usually in and out in under an hour anyway. The practice also does excellent work on cosmetic dentistry and is great with children. If you're looking for a personable dentist who will make sure you have top quality care, look no further.

I have been going to Dr. Ben for the past five months, and my experience has been the most pleasant and delightful. I brought my son Luca here on an emergency basis due to severe toothache. It was wonderful that the office is open on Sundays! Thanks to Dr.Ben Ganjian DDS, pulling out a huge three rooted tooth that had been sitting on a nerve, I'm happy to say, Luca is finally pain free. My son left smiling and happy therefore all is good. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have one easy dental patient and one... more challenging one. Both love going to the dentist because she is so amazingly calm and makes everything fun. They even miraculously took x-rays today, so shout-out to the hygienist too!

Clean, state of the art office in a beautiful neighborhood. Dr. Ganjian did excellent work, and the staff were all very pleasant and professional.

I called Next Dental Generation for emergency dental on a Sunday for my 5years old autistic baby(who by the way doesn't do well at doctors offices). As soon as I entered their office with, my daughter started weeping, cry & flopping. Even though she was having a slight melt down, I didn't feel judged. Nobody rolled their eyes or looked over at my daughter as if she was unruly. I felt as if they understood some of the difficulties that my child was facing. As my daughter name was called she flops to the floor. I was struggling with my bag to pick her up and a Doctor/dentist (I didn't get his name) said that's alright mom give me your bag (so I can pick her up) THAT WAS AMAZING!
My daughter actual Dentist was Dr. Lana. Dr. Lana was sooo patient with my daughter. She spoke to my child calmly, even drew a picture describing step by step what going to take place. In my head, I was saying to myself the ladies is amazing. Even with my child yelling and screaming Dr Lana still was thinking of ways to calm my child down. She didn't rush any process at all. Amazing stuff.. My experience there was exceptional. I spoke about my experience to my family n friends maybe for 3 days, lol. I just never experienced anything like that at a dentist/doctor office ever.

I'm definitely going back here next time. they have like the best equipment for your teeth and they guarantee they'll do a great job.

Through baby teeth, ortho appointments for my teen, routine and major dental services, the staff is always professional and courteous. The dentist are thorough, committed to patient satisfaction and always striving for perfection. The office hours are convenient, evenings and Sunday's are appreciated for a busy full/time working parent such as myself. I am a satisfied customer!

Dr. Ben and his staff are amazing! The scheduling experience is easy and very flexible, and I've been seen promptly when I arrive at both locations. His work is thorough and he takes the time to explain exactly why he needs to do what he's doing. In general, I'm not a huge fan of the dentist, but he makes is as pleasant as it could possibly be. I also appreciate how thorough they are with explaining my insurance benefits and how to best utilize them.

This was my first visit and from the moment I walked in the door the receptionist with a warm greeting filed all the necessary paper work .my dentist for the past 20 yrs has retired and I as concerned but after meeting dr Ben and he did a though checkup and then the hygienist who did the cleaning all my concerns were gone I'm very content to have this new relationship with next generation .

I've been going to Dr. Ben for the past 4 or 5 years. All the work he's done has been exacting. He's a perfectionist and will re-do things if they don't meet his standard (things that another dentist might let slide). They take insurance and handle all of that, which saves you hassle. The one thing I'd suggest is if you don't have insurance or get something not-covered by insurance, have a detailed conversation and ask questions about payment. I had a very expensive non-covered treatment that I'd asked to pay for in installments. He said sure, only to find out a week later that his idea of installments was two payments made one week apart. So be sure and be clarify anything like that. Other than that, just appreciate the 5-star quality of the care you will receive.

I moved to New York 3 years ago, and I was searching for a general dentist. Thankfully, Dr. Ben Ganjian accepted my insurance. I have dental phobia and broke down when I found out that I needed extensive dental work. Dr. Ganjian reassured me that everything would be okay. He does EXCELLENT cosmetic work. He placed a crown that is IDENTICAL to my other teeth. It's hard for me to tell where the crown was even placed. He is very professional, and his office staff members and dental assistant are all great to work with. He referred me to an endodontist and periodontist, both also part of the group, who did excellent work on my teeth. The endodontist, Dr. Evan Lynn, has already completed 3 painless root canals. I never thought a root canal could be painless. I am very thankful to have found Dr. Ganjian and recommend him to anyone seeking great dental care. This dental practice is like a family to me.

It's hard to find a good dentist whom you can trust-- this is the best dental office I've found in New York after living here for 10 years. Dr. Ganjian is a highly skilled dentist who is warm and trustworthy, and who always does what is best for the patient. His team is fantastic, skilled, and very professional. The hygienists are the best and give the gentlest cleanings. Even if you don't live in the area, it's worth the trip to the UWS!

I have been going to Next Generation Dental for the last six years. Dr. Ganjian provides fantastic customer care and walks through all your options before moving ahead with the one that you feel most comfortable with. Numerous times the office has accommodated my emergency needs as well as travel schedule despite how busy they may be. Weekend appointments are great for those who can't manage to get away during the work day and Dr Ganjian always has a smile on his face!!

My experience at next generation dental has been excellent. I saw the Periodontist Dr. Lisa Uglario for placement of an Implant. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (and trust me I had a lot). It was a painless procedure and even afterwards I was surprised to find that I barely have any residual pain. The staff there was great especially the front desk Valerie, she was super sweet and helped me with all of my insurance info. Ive never had such a relaxing dental experience. Highly recommend. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr Paul and Benjamin Ganjian who will be placing a cap on my implant and they are great. I recommend this entire practice to any one who needs a great dentist.

I had a dental emergency and stumbled across this office. Dr. Ben is fantastic, he is patient, caring, and very understanding. I was really scared and he talked me through the entire procedure. The entire staff was professional and polite.

I started coming to Next Generation Dental after a recommendation from my sister. Both me and my son have been seeing the dentist here for the last 5 years and we have always had great service. Anytime I need a procedure they explain it well before doing it and I am given pricing so I can schedule when it works best for me. I first started going to Next Generation Dental a few years ago when my daughter had to have some corrective dentistry done to fix a problem caused by another dentist and we were looking for a practice that served children. Since I started taking her every six months, I decided to start seeing Dr. Ganjian myself, the first time I've had regular dental appointments since I was a kid. I couldn't be happier with the practice. Dr. Ganjian is a great dentist, very skilled and determined to satisfy, and everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. Takes most of the pain out of seeing the dentist.

The dentist is really friendly and he cares about helping you with your dental hygiene. I almost would ve had to get 2 root canals if not for him saving my teeth.

This dentist Dr Ben is a thief. I've contacted him multiple times for money that he owes me. Not only that they use a $100 gift card incentive to get reviews. They have an F rating with the BBB. Do Not Trust!

The wait is never long. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Ganjian always takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions I might have. It feels like an extended family.

My experience starting on march 2017 during a Sunday that I had a big pain on my tooth....and I found a wonderful team and Doctor Ben Ganjian that helped me that Sunday and all the next days. Thank you!! you are all so professional and with a so "human heart"!!

I have been using Next generation for around 7 years and they have been like family to me . I have unfortunately had a lot of dental problems and Dr Ben has guided me through them so much love and care... Last second appointments when i need them, Sunday and late night visits when I can not get out of work and he makes sure to call me and follow up after each procedure to see how I am doing.... Dr Ben is a perfectionist, if he is not happy with the work or something happens to a crown it is replaced free of cost immediately... He even made me a free bite guard to try and protect against my grinding and has replaced it free of cost when it broke, solely because he cares about me and my dental health... Highly Recommended !

Dr. Paul and Dr. Ben at Next Generation Dental are wonderful. I've been a patient of theirs for almost 10 years and they have always provided me with excellent care. The best dental staff ever! It is so easy to get appointments and once you are there, no long waiting time! My daughter had to get extrations twice before she can get her braces. I was a nervous wreck!! Dr. Ben eased my anxiety. About 20 minutes later, he called me in the room, i thought something went wrong, but he was finished! I couldn't believe it! My daughter told me he was so gentle! She had no swelling! He called on both occasions to check on my daughter. My husband is very hard to please and he was impressed that the dentist called! His words were " he must be a good dentist to call and check on his patient, never seen that before!! Thank you Next Generation Dental!!!

Dr Ben has always been a phenomenal dentist in my time with him. he has raised the bar on what your routine dental visit is. High detail cleanings & honest consultation. On an off occasion I also had another dentist assist, and she was just as fantastic

I have been a patient of Next Generation Dental for many years. I started in one location on the Upper West Side but moved to the West End Towers location as it was more convenient for me. The experience in the office is always one of professionalism, respect and even fun. Dr. Ben has cared for my teeth for most of these years and has provided a very pain-free experience. I do not worry if I have to have any type of dental surgery as I know I will not be in pain during the process. I most appreciate their on-time appointments. I visit the office during my lunch hour and I am always guaranteed to make it back in time. He has also provided insight and advice pertaining to the benefits of good dental health to ones over-all physical health. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

This is Aniedi and I have been with next generation for too many years now. My children have also been with them for so long But recently the service and knowledge of the office and dentist have been appalling. I am very skeptical to even get my tooth cleaned. Dentist argued about what tooth was worked on (unbelievable) X-ray was lost. I left several messages for Doctor Ben and did not reply until I followed up with an email. I don't need a response just buyer beware.!!

The dentist Benjamin, charged me a lot of money to do a root canal in 2010. I didn t have insurance, so he negotiated the price of procedure with me.
A year after I left New York, my root canal started hurting really bad. I went to a dentist who did X-ray. We discovered the the original root canal procedure was a disaster. There was 1 out of 3 roots done properly, a broken drill piece in one of the roots and the 3rd one was untouched. He never told me about what a disaster of a job he did. Charged me full price. Very dishonest. I wouldn t recommend him.

I ve been going here for years even though I moved to Queens and am no longer in the neighborhood. Appointments start within a couple minutes of arriving, everyone is friendly and nice. My partner started here as well but with the other brother so we like them both.

I loved the way Dr. Ben treated my tooth. He is really professional, yet friendly and knows how to make patient comfortable. I liked the staff also, the environment of the office is very welcoming.

I always was scared to dentist and I often had bad experiences with them, yes I can say I attract bad dentist. BUT, when you found ONE GOOD, it's good to share the good news. Next generation Dental is a wonderful office. Dr Benjamin Ganjian is a very talented dentist with a lot of empathy. He is here to listen to you and help you in any case. I trust him a lot. Same pleasure when you come to the pediatric dentistry service: they are so good that my son never noticed he has an injection before they extract his tooth! Wonderful work. I recommend this dental office to everyone who wants to have the best service.
In addition, I want to add that Valerie at the front desk is the best. She is nice and helpful, I like her a lot.
One more thing, the orthodontist service has the same high quality service, she is nice and she calm down my teenage daughter when she panicked the first time she had her post braces. Thanks again for everything!!!

Dr. Ben from my first appointment has been nothing but great. For a man who is not a big fan of dentists, he makes the experience something that can calm anyone's nerves. He doesn't rush like other dentists, he treats each patient with respect and gives all the time needed. When I have questions, he's always willing to answer, even calling directly himself after a procedure to ensure everything is good. I would highly recommend him and his business.

I've been seeing Dr. Ben and Dr. Paul at Next Generation Dental for more than a decade and have never been disappointed. They are not only highly skilled, but conscientous, respectful and kind. From routine care to dealing with (self-inflicted) emergencies, they have always provided the highest levels of care. I have happily recommended them to friends and family for many years.

Waiting room is pretty short and it is kid-friendly. staff are exceptionally polite & helpful also It was my daughters first time at dentist office and pediatric dentists are very friendly.
