Great bowling venue! Well kept and space for kids parties and arcades. Plenty of parking too!

Great fun, very good for a team bonding or night out

Great for bowling but the bar area is terrible, never any staff and most of the drinks taste off.

Always understaffed, however the staff that ARE there are very good. Helpful, friendly, professional and really work hard. It s just a shame there aren t a couple more of them sometimes.

After eating locally ... had a great time playing with laser shooting games, motorbike arcade racing and disk table tennis before playing bowls - good value entertainment - best time I've had in years.

Always fun to go bowling, this place is no exception. Nice vibe, drinks and food and an arcade filled with games! Also in the same building as a bar with a pool area (as in snooker, don't worry about bringing goggles and Speedos here). Local to me and will be going again when I fancy battering the family at some bowling.

Great place to go. Clean and up to date. Cafe, Bar and restaurant. Disco lights on the lanes. Arcades to go on if waiting for a lane. Helpful friendly staff.

Fantastic family day or night out ! Staff always friendly and helpful .for our NYE party the staff went above and beyond to make sure my son had a certain drink waiting for him that wasn't served on the premises so was purchased by the staff from a local store ! Cannot ask for more than that! brilliant night had by all 5

Booked online before hand, little pricey but good service

Good fun for the kids. Bowling is colourful and neon. With a little arcade for the kids and a bar with pool for the adults

Decent but a bit slow to get you to your lane, even when prebooked

Toilets are rancid absolutely stink. Staff were rude on front desk.

It was a good evening out but I think they need more staff on in the evening

Great place for all age groups but the call centre team is not good. The bookings were confirmed on the phone but it was not registered on their system probably due to lack of communication. Had to reduce our play time by 1 hr due to this issue. The staff members on the floor were unapologetic as well!

They made it an exciting experience by saying that if you scored a strike when the staff are watching and there is a pink pin in front then you get a free scratch card. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Good fun and although we had a wait as we hadn't pre-booked, the lady on the counter was extremely helpful and friendly

Expensive compared to others, a few were having trouble with the 'computer'

Friendly staff very helpful. We are in the burger bar which was disappointing food appeared to be microwaved took ages to come to the table. Saw a couple of people waiting a long time to be served as staff wernt around

bowing was good after being moved not one but twice to different lanes due to it failing. food service was poor. no condaments just 4 burgers slung on a tray. not worth the money paid.

Started off good, then got let down by the time it took to get service

Took my daughter for her birthday party. And it started well straight on to a lane for her and friends, then we get told there are no chicken nuggets or mac cheese so my daughter went without food as she doesn't eat burger or sausages. Couldn't get group photo as there was no ink in the printer, no game vouchers were given to the children as advertised and then the food turns up during the game so we didn't get to sit down all together as the hostess had said we should of had a table after to eat and do the birthday cake and as we had no where to sit we stayed in the lane, then the lane was sold and asked to move at 20 past 6. But the party was booked from 5 till 7.
Do not waste your money on your child's birthday here.absolutely farcical experience.

As a bowling alley it is great. No issues with the machines and always looks nice! Arcades are great and some really cool two player games. Hours of enjoyment at the alley. The pool area is also great with 4 tables in total, good atmosphere and a great night. Then only bad thing is the food, nachos were the most boring tastless things I've ever had, burgers were okay, but had next to no salad inside. Would come for bowling, not to eat!

Staff were great, very accommodating towards our large group booking food was pretty good too !

Good fun, kids loved it, we won 1000 ticket jackpot but when the counting machine totalled them there were only 900. But the staff quickly resolved the issue.

All staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful without being out with it. Good atmosphere, premises clean and tidy. As a league bowler I would suggest that the lanes need more attention paid to them.

The bowling part was great but the arcade and the pub was really poor. The arcade is so full with machines and games that you can barely walk around, I am sure this would be considered a healthy and safety issue if it was ever looked into or if there was an emergency. The pub was fine but very dirty, the tables were not clean, we had to clean it up ourselves while there was plenty of staff standing around watching. The staff don't look motivated at all, it's like they don't want to be there. The charis were worn out and old. Overall I was expecting the place to be a little better.

Party prices could be clearer online and in store all different and packages not very good

Had a good time here with my children bowling and the arcades and air hockey plenty of selection of things to do loads of bowling lanes

We visited for a couple of hours as a spare of the moment thing, due to the bad weather..
My family and I played on some arcades and then grabbed something to eat... All reasonably priced, good variety of games. Placed was clean enough and staff were friendly.

If u can't bowl then leave....if u hit the pink pin don't drink the pissdrink!!!!

Long wait for the bar but other than that it was a great night out

It was OK because the experience of games was excellent but the cleaning was very poor. I would suggest that they upgrade the cleaning.

Great for a rainy or cold day, kids enjoyed it with the neon lighting...
