My daughter went to get her cough checked out yesterday the doctor checked her ears informing us that she had something in her right ear. And that we had to go A&E to get it removed.
We got the taxi to Fairfield hospital as it was a 4 hour wait at Rochdale. Only to be told 3 hours later that there was nothing there it was just the bone in her ear. Surly I doctor should know this.

Avoid!!!! Covid risk. One dummkopf doctor yesterday came out of a consultation in full ppe with scrubs, n95 mask, apron etc and then went bragging off to the reception staff about god knows what. CAUTION THIS THICKHEAD SHOULD HAVE CHANGED OUT OF PPE BEFORE ENTERING THE WAITING AREA. MY SON AND I MAY NOW HAVE COVID THANKS TO THIS IMBECILE
Although this is called barDOC, don t think they they have doctors, my wife just waited 2 hours to be told we don t have Doctors on , my wife s a nurse so was a total waste of time. Very poor, should advertise you don t have doctors working
Despite posting the closing hour as 3pm and although l arrived at 2.40pm l was informed that the last appt booking is 2.30. Why not actually say then that the clinic closes at 2.30pm, which it does! What a wasted journey! Staff not helpful!
Totally disgusted with the Doctor who came out to see my husband on Wednesday. He didn't want to know. All he did was took his temperature. My husband is critically ill in ICU now. He was rushed in on Thursday. I will be making a complaint.

I am giving a ZERO rating for this service. It is obviously a private company offering services to the NHS, charging for these services at top dollar, yet not perforing the service they are being paid for. A doctor turned up last Friday at the house of an elderly gent that I help care for and REFUSED to go in and see him. Said they had enough info and just posted antibiotics through his letterbox. An absolute shambolic provision of services to the NHS. This company needs removing from service provision by NHS procurement.
Woke this morning to find I was completely deaf in one ear. No prior symptoms so obviously a bit worried. Rang my GP and an appointment was made for 11.30 at Bardoc. I was seen at 11.27, great service, still deaf but we'll see what happens after docs advice. NHS still best in the world at point of delivery.
