Avoid

Racist organisation. Ignore concerns raised by frontline staff regarding unsafe workload - in fact the organisation took revenge by unfairly referring its employee to GMC.

If I am the patient using this service, I will be extremely concern regarding my safety, given the culture within the organisation’s management team and the systemic problem within the organisation.

Arrived for an appointment on time at 1145. Was asked to park at the back of the building in a deserted car park. One hour later still here and have not been seen by anyone. Not confident even if I stay for another hour things will change.

A wonderful service. I phoned 111 on a bank holiday at 11:30am because is suspected my 10 year old child had tonsillitis. By 1:30pm we had seen a GP, received his prescription from the pharmacy and were on our way home. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you!!!!!

The NHS is fantastic. I needed an emergency weekend appointment. Within 2 hours of calling 111 I was sat with the doctor. I was treated with respect and the care taken to understand my symptoms was not at all rushed I felt cared for. Well done Mastercall

Ann Marie kept my spirits light during my assessment on the phone, Jane was really helpful inviting me in and Dr Rafique was a gentleman and very helpful. I arrived feeling extremely unwell. I was seen by a nurse and then Dr Miller who was marvellous Freindlty and reassuring. I was given excellent advice and antibiotics. The surgery was immaculate and the staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you

Absolutely horrendous experience for dental emerge...

Absolutely horrendous experience for dental emergency service! Just wasted an 1 hour and 35 minutes on hold after being redirected by NHS 111 to be eventually told there are ZERO appointments left in the whole of the Northwest. Called at 9am Sunday morning to be told at 10.35am! No automated message to say this or to say where I was in the queue!
