I was laid off by the company without notice and notice pay as during my probation period as they stated my performance is below bar . I had worked only 2 months and for 4 months I was on the leave without pay in the tough time of covid 19. The manager and HR are the worst human inside the company. They don't care to give another chance .
Don't think about work life balance working there . Clearly Not recommended.
One of the worst company never gone through. HR venkatraju and Manager Kamal are most worst people as per my experience. Even management is not worried about employees work life balance. Its better not to consider this company by any folks. "Fresher don't go into trap".
Irritating Experience with interview process Hr Lokesh Reddy is the worst HR I ever met...I have Cleared all the rounds and submitted all the documents .......In HR Discussion he is saying that he will offer only 10%...After a follow up of a month for salary discussion he is asking me to join immediately with same salary ...Thank god I have rejected the offer
Very unprofessional company. I had given 2 rounds of technical interviews and cleared them both and the HR then asked me for my docs required for verification. I had to chase them for a month to get the feedback on my verification and after a month, an email was dropped to me saying we have found another candidate with matching skills. Wasted a whole month of my time and after selecting me, they suddenly email me of rejection.
All the one star reviews given here are absolutely true. I was selected here as a fresher for sap abap. If u are a fresher, they will ask for 3 year bond and a empty cheque of ur father's/mother's. There's a notorious HR named Lokesh Reddy, who is quite harsh, who doesn't act like a HR. They say that, we should satisfy the ego of the client and seniors of the company, only then you will evolve soon in life..itseems.. This company is not at all a employee friendly one. I got feedback from the ex-employees of this company, that this is almost a "fresher-suicide". Even though u complete the bond period, they will literally not give u the experience certificate or any documents and force you to stay longer. So, improve skill and try for better company..

Had gone for interview here for UI developer. They mainly focus on JavaScript. So make sure you brush up your JavaScript skills before going here. They also focus more on forms and validation part when it comes to coding round.
