Demetric was both punctual and professional, and did a good job on the plumbing inspection.
Cedric came on time and was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He inspected my heating system and found a slight issue, which he replaced the part and gave me a good price. When he completed the job, he explained every thing to me in very understandable terms.
Job was done service was quick and Chris was very friendly. Service was completed very quickly and my system was up and running.
After 13 days without air conditioning, repairmen form three different HVAC companies and one electrician looked at our HVAC system and found nothing, Tyler and Lane from Bardi found the problem in short order And had our system back up and running. Of course we give them the highest recommendations.

Tyler C. From Bardi texted that he was on his way and called to confirm someone would be at the house. He showed up on time, was professional and performed my quarterly maintenance. He found two capacitors in the AC unit that were failing and I had him go ahead and replace. All in all, an excellent experience once again from Bardi.
Danny was very polite and professional. He was very good about putting on his booties when he came in the house and wore his mask. He explained what his recommendations were in a way that was very easy to understand.
Cedric K is the best! He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time on my furnaces for the tune-up. I signed an annual contract and will definitely request him for the air conditioner tune-up in the spring!

Brian arrived early in the schedule window. He was attentive to my concerns and then promptly and efficiently addressed them. He also provided options to consider for system enhancements. I would definitely request he be assigned to any future service requests.
Perry was easy to work with and did a very thorough job, he checked every thing in our Air conditioner system and gave a very clear explanation of its problems. The system is 12 years old I was aware that it had a some issues, like most people I was not happy to find out that we would need to get a new system. But this was not Perry fault, He did an excellent job on explaining our various options from repair to a new system and I would certainly recommend him for any work you may require.

Our experience with Bardi has been absolutely the best. We have used them for HVAC and plumbing and are very happy with the quality of work. We did have a problem shortly after our new HVAC system was installed and Justin came out late the same night and replaced the faulty thermostat. He was pleasant and a true pro. He performed the repair and double checked everything. As an added bonus, our power and gas bills have dropped significantly and the statements reflect that we are using much less power and gas.

Bardi is very professional and have excellent sales people and technicians to help you get your HVAC system updated. Mike M. was super helpful and quickly responded to us after our HVAC broke down in the middle of summer and 90 degree temps. He came in an thoroughly inspected our home & existing units and educated us on our options for replacing and improving our system. The technical team installed everything with upmost attention to detail, and were able to reconfigure our utility closet and fit normal size air handler and water heater for improved performance. Would have liked to have more financing options available with no interest payments but the unfortunate timing of our HVAC breakdown was in between manufacturer rebate timeframes. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend Bardi to replace your HVAC system/Water Heater.
I recently had Bardi Heating, Cooling & Plumbing service my AC. I had a great experience. The service pro knew his job well and explained to me the services he would perform. After he completed his work, he explained to me what he found and what steps I needed to take to assure I stayed cool throughout the summer. He also explained the cost of the service ahead of time. I agree with Stuart Roehm. Something doesn't seem right. Could it be a scam? They quoted me a price starting at $5000 and ended up at $2000 to replace a 50 gal. hot water tank. Called a reliable plumber and the same work was done for $1295. BIG DIFFERENCE. Should be a zero not even one star.
Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Appointment was kept within the timeframe provided and updates were provided leading up to his arrival.
Unit was installed less than a year ago by a local company that was purchased by Casteel. Have had nothing but problems and they have been out SIXTEEN times, eventually replacing several components. Last week, the outside unit began short cycling in the evening once family members got home from work. Casteel refused to send anyone until the next day, even knowing the extent of their problems. Unbelievably bad customer service. We ve used Bardi in the past for service work and for an install at my parents home with great results. I called them and three hours later the unit was up and working perfectly again. Bardi has the best customer service in the area. Highly appreciative of Bardi s professionalism!

Great work by Eddie from Bardi! I had a routine plumbing check that comes free with my membership to Bardi and he found a leaky toilet that we didn't know about, and it was about to ruin a wall on the the first floor of our house. We were able to schedule this as well as a new water heater to be replaced ASAP. They came out and were fast and very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly and would last me as long as possible. Very happy to have them aboard.

Very knowledgable. Lots of illegal signals, seemed to not be able to do his job, there were lots of interruptions that could not be seen. Was very thorough.
My issue is that EVERY TIME Bardi comes to service my unit it ends up not working a short time later. I do not trust their workmanship. Nothing is this coincidental. It seems to me they are just tearing up the units to get more money. I am so frustrated and irritated! And to add insult to injury, the last tech did not wear gloves or booties and initially did not have a mask on. Coronavirus is serious and techs should act as though it is.
About 4 years ago we bought an AC unit with Bardi. Everything was going fine until about a year ago when the unit started making some weird noises everytime it started. We called bardi to come look at it and of course everytime they came the unit wouldn't make the noise this went on and on for months until bardi told us to record the noise so we did. Call them again and they said that they would look in to it. A month went by and we called again. Finally they said they would come again and when they did they said that the control panel was bad so we had to change it we did and payed them $500 to fix it. The next day the noise was back and was even worse. Called again and sent a recording and they said we re gonna look in to it never called back with any news or anything. Weeks went by and we called again to see what they were gonna do to our surprise they told us we are sending another tech. He came and oh surprise!!! We now have a bigger problem and it's about 2k to fix it. I called the next day and was told that they were gonna look in to it. They called 3 days later to tell us that Justin the manager was coming to check it and make it right he never showed up so I called the next day and he said they had called BS. I asked for a refund of my 500 and they said no let me (justin) come and make it right the 2 times he scheduled to come he never showed, even though I had told him either me or my husband had to stay home from work. Not a call or anything, finally last week u called and they told me that my refund had been processed but he still was going to come and make it right guess what never showed!!!
I have to give them a star to be able to write a review but really they dont deserve that.
Go spend your money somewhere else, spend it with a company that actually gives you honest work, working equipment and stand behind their work.
I called Bardi a couple days ago thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. Fortunately it only took two days. Our service persons name is Johnathon and I explained to him that the air condition unit hasn't worked for a week and was hoping I didn't have to replace the unit as I just didn't have $5k laying around. Within 2 minutes....(No lie, I swear), he identified the problem and within 6 minutes, including several trips back and forth to his truck and a conversation with me about other technical items, the unit was fixed. I couldn't believe how quick he was able to determine the issue and fix it.
The appointment was schedule between 6-8pm tonight and as a result of being freed up earlier, he called and asked if he could come earlier....I was perfectly fine with this and received a $30 reduction in the cost of the service from $95 to $65 ........
Bottom line is that I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the professionalism in which the service man (Johnathon) displayed.....Do not hesitate in using Bardi and Johnathon for your needs, the experience and the end result I received was much better than I could have hoped for and would have no problem calling them in the future at all.

My air went out on A hot Sunday, I called and they were here the next morning. Now A/C is working better than before it went out. Tech was friendly and explained the issue. I am very pleased with the service provided. I am now going to sign up for the membership program.

Scott Clawson came on time, was very professional and detailed. I had purchased a range and Sears's team tried to unplug the old one and connect the new one, but they were not capable of doing their job and left. Sears sent a new team that came three weeks after! Again, they did not know how to do the job. I called Bardi on Tuesday 9/22/15, and a few hours later Scott came and solved my problem in one hour approximately.
Not only he knew his job and did a great job, but also he was kind and understanding. He came for a gas pipe that was "supposed to be defective, and/or a glued ". Scott gave a look and confirmed that there was no glue and no repairs were needed." He then asked me if all I needed was the installation and because he was not told that I would need that, he had to go and buy a Dolly to move my old and new range.
If or when I need a plumber, I will only call Scott!

I have had Bardi out to repair several times for projects from small to large. They always do a quality job and stand by their work. They are not the least expensive but they are local and I am typically willing to pay a little more to support local businesses.
I have hired several HVAC companies in the past to address HVAC needs I had, but I always felt as if those other companies were taking advantage of me.
Things were different when I hired Bardi Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. They had previously replace one of my air conditioning unit and did a fantastic job! When my waterline broke, I knew who I had to call to get prompt service. The Bardi's took care of me and really made me feel like a valued customer.
The technician was professional, courteous and made me feel at ease. He explained the entire process from beginning to end, and provided details regarding what may have caused the waterline to break. He also provided tips on how I can mitigate future damages. He assured me that everything will be taken care of, and it was. The employees were extremely helpful and were very accommodating to my requests.

I bought a new HVAC system from Bardi in May 2020. Pricing and installation were competitive and professional. But a promised post-installation visit to review the completed job was never conducted, and it took multiple calls to the Bardi office to finally get the follow up visit scheduled. If you are looking for an HVAC company that provides "white glove" service from start to finish and beyond, based on my experience, you may want to consider an alternative.

Bardi Techs are on-time, don't get lost on the way (google's map app often sends people to a nearby church instead), are polite and know their stuff. this time it was my winter furnace inspection - but he could answer questions about my water heater and a concern on my AC. All previous Bardi checks are accessible on his tablet, with pictures, so he can see if something has been that way - or is something new. I like that a lot.
Sam was incredible! He refused to give up until the problem was resolved. He had the most pleasant attitude and I hope next time I need Bardi (they are the only ones I use! ) I hope they send Sam back out!

I'm in the market for heating and cooling a converted attic. I've had 5 different companies and representatives over in the past week to look at what needs to be done and give me their quote for the job.
I have not made a decision yet but my five star rating is for Josh and his thorough inspection and all the additional information about my homes systems. I just bought and moved in to this home.
I was extremely impressed with his demeanor and helpful tips for my home and it certainly is influencing my decision on who I choose to do the installation. If I choose Bardi, I will update this review afterwards.

Trevor C came out on the 4th of July to fix my AC. I had contacted 9 other companies who had no availability to help me until Monday (two days later ). Bardi had an emergency spot open for me, and even though I paid an extra price for it, it was worth it! Trevor was very professional and worked quickly. He identified the problem, let me know he had the parts to fix it and how much it would be, and then fixed it very quickly. He took my payment on-site and sent me an emailed invoice. 10/10
I just wanted to take the time to edit this review because I had Bardi come out again, this time for a plumbing issue. They. Did. Not. Disappoint. This time Chris Smallwood diagnosed and fixed an issue with my garbage disposal that I ve had for about a year. I ve had other companies come out and somehow they didn t figure out the actual root of the problem. Chris was very professional, patient with my poorly behaved dog and efficient in his repairs. I also loved the communication from Bardi all along the way. Every person I talked to on the phone was so sweet and understanding. Still 10/10, would recommend :)
I was having heating and cooling problems on one half of my house. They resolved the issue by re-aligning the ducts and I have not had a problem since. The technition Cedric was professional and very knowledgeable about his job. I highly recommend Bardi's.

Technician very upfront with high cost of materials and did a through and neat gas grill line install.
I had a leak on a pipe that was in the slab. Eric came on Friday and after fixing the hot water pipe, discovered that the cold water pipe had a bigger leak. He left and I was an entire weekend without any water. The manager came Monday morning and fixed the whole mess. I would've give them 4 stars because of the messed up weekend, but they didn't charge me more and they did an awesome job. Knock on wood everything is good now.
