Water pressure was low and had to get the outside faucet to turn on. The person I spoke to scheduling a visit was a really nice lady. These two guys came out, told them everything they needed was in the garage..but they decided to tour my home anyway which I didn't approve of. Guess what? Everything they needed to mess with was in the freaking GARAGE! They charged me $225 dollars to turn a faucet knob on that linked to the outside faucet and adjust the water pressure. Took them 2mins. WATER PRESSURE STILL REMAINS THE SAME!!! I am so pissed off. I wasted my money. I NEVER got the invoice from them And it's been a week. Seriously I feel like I didn't get treated professionally. OVERPAID FOR THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED FOR SURE.

I called Bardi in the morning with a broken AC on a 93 degree day. They were the only company out of the few I called that could get someone out same day. They only had an after hours appointment available which costs more but I took it anyway. Turns out I got a call from Danny that he was available early. YAY! He got there in about 20 minutes and within maybe 15 he had diagnosed the issue, approved the repair and got to work. In and out in less than an hour AND since he was early I didn't have to pay the extra fee for an after hours appointment. Woot woot! 10/10 would hire again.

I contacted Bardi for a hot water heater flush and...

I contacted Bardi for a hot water heater flush and to fix my leaky bathtub faucet. The plumber came out and flushed the hot water heater with no problem. When it came to the leaky bathtub faucet, after removing the face plate, the plumber attempted to replace the cartridge. He said the cartridge was not the problem; it was the valve that needed replacing and that required opening up my wall and $1000 price tag. I said I could not afford that and I made sure to ask that the faulty valve would not cause any more than the current leaking faucet in the bathtub. The plumber said yes it will still leak but into the tub. I paid for my service, and that was that. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, I come home to water leaking from the wall that is on the other side of the shower and a puddle on the floor. I immediately call Bardi and ask for someone to come right away. At first, they said they could get someone on Tuesday; I was calling on a Friday. After speaking with a supervisor who told me I still had to pay for the visit even though it was most likely caused by the plumber s error 2 weeks prior, I had him send the same plumber. As I waited, my boyfriend came over to inspect the work the plumber would do (I wish I had asked him over the first time, but I digress). The plumber finally arrived and was quick to tell me that he told me 2 weeks ago it was going to leak, I reminded him that I asked him and he only told me it would leak into the tub. The plumber heads to the bathtub and opens the faceplate with my boyfriend right behind him watching, and wouldn t you know? He was able to fix the cartridge this time, and now my bathtub doesn t leak! He did take $100 off, but I still had to pay $250. The plumber ended up installing the cartridge backward and my boyfriend had to go back in and fix the plumber s work. I will never use Bardi again nor would I recommend them. I also now am dealing with water damage in my living room due to their negligence that they do not seem to care about. Save your time, money, and headaches and use someone else!

All the technicians and support staff with Bardi have been great. They are very knowledgeable and explain the work and the options very clearly. They ve updated my furnace and serviced my air conditioning system. They are punctual, polite and very efficient. I highly recommend this business.

Bardi has replaced one of my primary home's furnac...

Bardi has replaced one of my primary home's furnace and repaired another one, they even checked out the third while they were here. These have been separate visits and each time great technicians and follow up customer service. We have also used Bardi to replace two furnaces at two rental properties. I have never had an issue and if there was ever anything wrong, they came back out promptly even if it was not directly related to their equipment. Their pricing is about middle of the road, but the customer service, accountability and responsiveness is what keeps me calling back.

Worse service ever, check my unit in February and state the unit was fine now that it is hot my unit will not blow cold air. I pay them every month on a plan and the technician had the nerve to say for $250 he can do an extensive search for the problem and my question to him was, what have they been doing when they came to my house in February, Rip Off.

My faucet was broken and leaking everywhere. They were able to come same day. In the end my faucet was too old and damaged to be repaired so he hooked up a new one in about 20 minutes. They're consistently professional and trustworthy.

Although no one wants to have an issue with their ac unit in August ( or any month for that matter) Brandon was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He was a pro and had the issue corrected the same day. Didn t want to drop the loot ( who does) but I am grateful to have AC again.

First time using Bardi. Very satisfied with the service. Arrived in the window they gave and explained the entire process of what would occur and the pricing. The tech Perry was very professional and wasted no time in getting the job done. The lady who set up the appointment was very professional in explaining how you could fit me in on short notice. My AC is working to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend to anyone with AC or Plumbing problems

The technician (Chris M) was professional and helpful. He reviewed our systems and gave us an honest and frank assessment of their condition. They were in pretty bad shape and he took the time to review and explain (in detail) several options at varying price ranges for the work and services needed. Everything from just trying to keep the systems "limping" along for now, to a couple different options for total replacement. Yet it wasn't a hard sell, he gave us the information we needed to make a decision for our situation. I will gladly use Bardi again based on my experience with Chris. He represents you well. Thank you.

I m very satisfied with my service with Bardi and have been using them for a number of years. My technician was extremely professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Brian H was extremely respectful of my home and came prepared with a mask and shoe coverings. He also advised me that Bardi provides COVID-19 testing for its employees. I was a bit hesitant initially about letting someone in my home but I felt a lot better after speaking with him. Thank you Brian H and thank you Bardi for your excellent service!

Bardi Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is the best. I called on a Sunday and their Tech was out first thing Monday morning! Boyd diagnosed the problem right away and a couple hours later my AC unit was cooling again. Thanks Boyd for such a great job! I would recommend Bardi to anyone and everyone!!

I have had a maintenance contract for HVAC & Plumbing with Bardi for years & it is worth worth every cent!

Today James came to inspect my HVAC & was professional, courteous & gave me some excellent suggestions. As part of the inspection James checked the pipes that drained the condensation & noticed it was partially blocked. He thoroughly cleaned it & now it is draining properly. Since my HVAC is located in my attic, I hate to think how much money it would have cost me to repair a water leak caused by a stopped up condensation drain! Thank you James for a job well done & thank you Bardi for hiring James.

Scott also came today to inspect my plumbing. He was professional, & also gave me some excellent education on things I could do to keep my plumbing system running smoothly. Scott did an thorough inspection & I was impressed with his thorough knowledge. Thanks Scott for an awesome job. You rock & thank you Bardi for sending Scott today!

I had a wonderful visit with Bardi Heating/Cooling& Plumbing, Mr. Stephen came out and did a thorough check on my AC unit, he was very professional and knowledgeable when I asked questions about the problem I was having with my unit. I will definitely recommend this company to friends& family or anyone looking to have they're AC unit serviced.

Bardi Heating,Cooling,Plumbing came back out to complete a plumbing inspection Mr. David checked my spetic to find out, I needed my septic drained. He set everything up with the company they use Pump Co came out the same day and drained my septic, cleaned the filter and unclogged the slow drain and clogged grease issue I was having. Bardi is truly the best hands down I've saved money by purchasing the maintenance plan they check your heating, cooling& plumbing. You want a company that's going to do the job right call Bardi Heating, Cooling& Plumbing! Customer service was superb every time I called and asked questions or had any concerns.Thank you Bardi!!

I have used Bardi twice for a gas leak and a leaking pipe. Eric was our technician both times. The communication and punctuality were spot on. Eric did a great job of identifying the leak which AGL had missed and his fix took care of our leak with a lot less cost than I had worried it would. He was very personable and we had a great experience with Bardi and will continue to use them.

Was unable to fix the unit to provide heat for Thanksgiving. Instead, said the only solution is to replace the heat strip for $1200, which will also take over a week. I used another specialist who fixed the issue right away and quoted $100 for the heat strip replacement.

Bardi first came out a few weeks back to replace my water heater. But when the new heater wasn t delivering hot water as quickly to the faucet as our old model with a recirculating pump did, Bardi came back out and installed a replacement pump at no extra cost. They truly stand by their work. Thank you so much!

I am sitting here now, time set aside for an appointment, for a second time. For the second time now I get a call at the time of appointment to say they are not coming. Of course the initial visit to inspect the system they come because they take have the payment for repairs up front. Now I am left having to set aside time a third day in hopes this time they actually come. On top of that I cannot just choose another company because they already have my money. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I dont feel so good on the choice I made for repair companies. Hopefully the repair, if it ever happens, will give me some reason to change my mind

He arrived right on time, got the job done and gave us some good advice.

It is very rare that I post a negative review, but...

It is very rare that I post a negative review, but I do believe this one is warranted. I had Bardi set to come out on Friday and they called to say they were a tech down and had to reschedule. This was ok as I understand, as a business owner myself, things happen. They set me up for the following Monday morning after I stressed to them that I have a water heater pressure valve situation and it could turn into a flood if it is not handled very soon. So Monday morning comes and they call and say they are going to have to reschedule again but this time it is for next week.....I told them this is unacceptable and I was very disappointed, thus, I am calling another company.
On a positive, they have a nice text and email reminder system and the folks I talked to were pleasant.......just terrible on execution.

I subscribe to the Friends of Bardi to maintain so...

I subscribe to the Friends of Bardi to maintain some older HVAC systems. Not sure why anyone wouldn't get their system checked on twice a year as a homeowner since you use it year round and a lot can happen in that short time with any system. Anyway, Bardi offers a competitive price in the area and they are rated well because they are courteous, on time, and take special care to make sure you absolutely understand what they are diagnosing and recommending. Chris M. was my technician and I was very pleased with his professionalism and approach. I have only positive things to say about this company! 5 stars

My only suggestion is they take a proactive approach with their loyal customers and try to call them to schedule bi-yearly service calls ahead of the busy season. I have a difficult time remembering to make sure I get my system maintained at the optimal times. I've had a company do this previously and it was a tremendous help.

Mike M came out to look at my unit after it went out unexpectedly. I was without cool air for about 2 straight days and in Ga weather that can seem like an eternity. He made an extra effort to make sure I was taken care of over the weekend by setting up a space cooler until my install date during the week. He was very professional and maintained great communication with me throughout the process. I would most definitely refer family and friends for their service. I now feel comfortable in my home.
